立体化、创新型的光学课程教学体系与模式的研究

为了培养高水平的创新型人才,我们从精选课程教学内容、运用现代化的教学手段以及改革考核方式等方面对光学课程作了改革,取得了良好的教学效果.     

光学元件激光预处理技术

国外学者用1064 nm激光对pickoff镜进行预处理,发现损伤阈值平均提高38.8%。国内研究者用CO2激光中度抛光后,熔石英基片的损伤阈值提到了30%左右,激光波长、扫描方式等对处理效果影响也比较明显。介绍了三种公认的预处理机制,将离线与在线处理方式做了简单地比较,并对国内外激光预处理技术的发展和前景进行了展望。     

偏振态的高速实时测量方法的研究

偏振态的测量在光通信领域有着重要的作用,因此越来越受到人们的关注。在分析现有方案的基础上,推导出了新的斯托克斯计算公式,以此公式为依据提出了一种能对高速变化的偏振态进行实时测量的新方案,并对可能产生的误差因素进行了分析。给出了制作实用化测量模块所要达到的器件要求和制作工艺。     

紫外分光光度法测定路边青中多酚含量

用紫外分光光度法测定了路边青中多酚含量,并对实验结果进行了方法学考查。实验测得路边青中多酚含量为1.7293%,平均加标回收率为99.4%,加标回收的RSD为1.7%。精密度、重复性和稳定性分析的相对标准偏差分别为0.29%、0.41%和0.35%。     

奥扎格雷对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的抑制动力学

抗血小板凝聚药奥扎格雷不仅抑制酪氨酸酶单酚酶活性,而且对二酚酶具有很强抑制。导致单酚酶活力和二酚酶活力下降50%的奥扎格雷浓度(IC50)分别为1.35mmol/L和3.45mmol/L。奥扎格雷对单酚酶的抑制效应主要表现于酶催化反应的延滞时间有明显的延长。奥扎格雷对二酚酶的抑制作用表现为可逆的竞争性和非竞争性混合型抑制。     

不良导体导热系数的测量与探讨

根据利用物体散热速率求传热速率的实验思想,给出了橡胶盘导热系数的实验结果。并对散热速率做了分析,给出了一个修正方案。     

Multi-mode Spiral Wave in a Coupled Oscillatory Medium

Multi-mode spiral wave and its breakup in 1-d and 2-d coupled oscillatory media is studied here by theoretic analysis and numerical simulations. The analysis in 1-d system shows that the dispersion relation curve could be nonmonotonic depending on the coupling strength. It may also lead to the coexistence of different wave numbers within one system. Direct numerical observations in 1-d and 2-d systems conform to the prediction of dispersion relation analysis. Our findings indicate that the wave grouping can also be observed in oscillatory media without tip meandering and waves with negative group velocity can occur without inhomogeneity.     

On the Hybrid Power Mean Involving the Two-Term Exponential Sums and Polynomial Character Sums

The main purpose of this paper is using the analytic method and the properties of trigonometric sums and character sums to study the computational problem of one kind hybrid power mean involving two-term exponential sums and polynomial character sums. Then the authors give some interesting calculating formulae for them.     

Stochastic Maximum Principle for Forward-Backward Regime Switching Jump Diffusion Systems and Applications to Finance

The authors prove a sufficient stochastic maximum principle for the optimal control of a forward-backward Markov regime switching jump diffusion system and show its connection to dynamic programming principle. The result is applied to a cash flow valuation problem with terminal wealth constraint in a financial market. An explicit optimal strategy is obtained in this example.     

一种基于集成学习的试题多知识点标注方法

个性化试题推荐、试题难度预测、学习者建模等教育数据挖掘任务需要使用到学生作答数据资源及试题知识点标注,现阶段的试题数据都是由人工标注知识点。因此,利用机器学习方法自动标注试题知识点是一项迫切的需求。针对海量试题资源情况下的试题知识点自动标注问题,本文提出了一种基于集成学习的试题多知识点标注方法。首先,形式化定义了试题知识点标注问题,并借助教材目录和领域知识构建知识点的知识图谱作为类别标签。其次,采用基于集成学习的方法训练多个支持向量机作为基分类器,筛选出表现优异的基分类器进行集成,构建出试题多知识点标注模型。最后,以某在线教育平台数据库中的高中数学试题为实验数据集,应用所提方法预测试题考察的知识点,取得了较好的效果。
