阳极氧化膜WO3（Ⅱ）：电显色的介质效应

用循环计时电量法、循环伏安法、电化学现场(in-situ)紫外可见反射光谱技术和光电流谱技术研究了溶剂和阳离子(H~+,Li~+)对阳极氧化膜WO_3电显色稳定性和过程的影响。从循环计时电量图可以测定表征膜稳定性的氢或锂的累积量和暂态周期数。实验发现W/WO_3/LiCLO_4乙腈溶液体系具有高的电显色稳定性。引起WO_3膜可逆电显色的H~+和Li~+离子的嵌-脱过程的界面电化学机理不同。着色态WO_3膜的色心是自由电子,其密度超过10~(21)/cm~3,生色机理是等离子体振荡。     

Synthesis and Mesogenic Properties of Liquid Crystals Containing Terminal Cyclohexylmethanol,Cyclopentylmethanol, Cyclobutylmethanol and Cyclopropylmethanol Moiety

Four series of compounds 11?50 containing terminal alicyclic rings such as cyclohexylmethyl, cyclopentylmethyl, cyclobutylmethyl, and cyclopropylmethyl rings were synthesized and their liquid crystal behavior studied. The ring size and the length of flexible alkoxy chain influence the phase formation in different ways. While the smaller ring and the shorter alkoxy chain tend to favor the formation of the N phase, the larger ring and the longer alkoxy chain tend to favor the formation of the SmC phase. All the compounds except 11 and 21 exhibit SmA phases. The widest temperature range of the N, SmA, and SmC phases are found in the compounds 41 , 46 , and 20 , respectively, which are 75 °C for 41 , 115 °C for 46 , and 100 °C for 20 .     

应用普通扫描仪作薄层色谱定量分析的初步研究

尝试应用普通扫描仪作薄层色谱定量分析。样品通过硅胶板层析展开后，用碘蒸汽显色，再用普通扫描仪记录其图像，通过图像分析技术计算出斑点中样品的量。结果表明，对油醇、油酸、月桂胺和焦谷氨酸油酯等长碳链有机化合物，样点在nmol级的范围内时计算量与实际量有良好的线性相关性。     

Direct electrochemistry and electrocatalysis of hemoglobin in gelatine film modified glassy carbon electrode

Direct electrochemical and electrocatalytic behavior of hemoglobin (Hb) immobilized on glass carbon electrode (GCE) containing gelatine (Gel) films was investigated. The characteristics of Hb/Gel film modified GC electrode were performed by using SEM microscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy and electrochemical methods. The immobilized Hb showed a couple of quasi-reversible redox peak with a formal potential of −0.38 V (versus SCE) in 0.1 M pH 7.0 PBS. The formal potential changed linearly from pH 4.03 to 8.41 with a slope value of −52.0 mV pH⁻¹, which suggested that a proton transfer was accompanied with each electron transfer (ET) in the electrochemical reaction. The Hb/gelatine/GCE displayed a rapid amperometric response to the reduction of H₂O₂ and nitrite.     

高稳定性CaO-ZrO2固体碱催化剂的表征和催化性能

用共沉淀法经高温焙烧制备了CaO摩尔分数从10%至50%的CaO-ZrO₂系列催化剂, 将其应用于碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯过程, 并通过XRD, FT-IR, BET, ICP, CO₂-TPD, XPS等表征手段研究了催化剂的物性及其催化性能随组成变化的的规律. 结果表明, 当CaO摩尔分数高于30%时, 表面出现游离的CaO, 虽然具有强碱性和高活性, 但是稳定性差; 而当CaO摩尔分数低于30%时, Ca^2＋进入ZrO₂晶格, CaO与ZrO₂形成连续固溶体, 并且随着CaO含量的增加, 晶格氧的电荷密度增加, 催化剂的碱性增强, 使得CaO-ZrO₂催化剂在碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯过程中获得了高活性和高稳定性.     

A New and Efficient Synthetic Method and Antibacterial Activities of Oxazolidinone Analogues

A series of novel oxazolidinone analogues were prepared by a new and efficient synthetic method and their antibacterial activities were determined. These compounds wer echaracterized by LC-MS and ^1H NMR.     

La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线的制备及表征

利用Sol-gel法结合氧化铝模板技术制备了La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线, 并研究了两种热处理方法对 La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线结构和形貌的影响. 快速升温到800 ℃得到的La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线较粗, 其直径大于氧化铝模板的孔径, 而经过缓慢升温到400 ℃预处理再升温到800 ℃得到的La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线, 其直径和氧化铝模板的孔径相当, 都约为35 nm. X射线衍射和透射电镜分析结果表明, 两种方法得到的 La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线都是具有钙钛矿结构的属于单斜晶系的多晶材料.     

Sensitive Determination of DNA by Resonance Light Scattering with Pentamethoxyl Red

A novel sensitive method for the determination of nucleic acid (DNA) using the resonance light scattering (RLS) spectra of pentamethoxyl red has been developed. It is based on the effects on the resonance light scattering of Pentamethoxyl Red. The effective factors and the optimum conditions were studied, and the enhanced intensity of RLS is in proportion to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range of 0–2.54 µg mL⁻¹ for ct-DNA, 0–4.54 µg mL⁻¹ for hs-DNA. The limits of detection are 1.1 and 2.1 ng mL⁻¹, respectively. Most foreign substances do not interfere in the determination, and the method has good selectivity and high sensitivity. It has been applied to the determination of DNA in synthetic samples and in real samples with satisfactory results.     

Rapid Synthesis of Lead Oxide Nanorods by One-step Solid-state Chemical Reaction at Room Temperature

A simple and facile method was reported to synthesize lead oxide nanorods. Nanorods of lead oxide were obtained directly from grinding solid metal salt and sodium hydroxide in agate mortar with the assistance of a suitable nonionic surfactant in only one step, which is different from the result of hydroxide in solution. The product has been characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. The formation mechanism of rod-like morphology is discussed and the surfactant plays an important soft-template role in modifying the interface of solid-state reaction and according process of rod-formation.     

Nitration Reaction Catalyzed by Horseradish Peroxidase in the Presence of H2O2 and NaNO2

The enzymatic nitration of phenol and m-cresol catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase was studied in the presence of H2O2 and NaNO2. The results showed that the nitration products of phenol were 2-nitro and 4-nitrophenols. There was also a small amount of by-products of hydroquinone and catechol. The influences of various reaction parameters, including pH, organic solvent type, and concentrations of NaNO2 and H2O2, on the nitration products were investigated. The yields of 4-nitrophenol and 2-nitrophenol were 14% and 12%, respectively. The nitration products of m-cresol were 4-nitro-m-cresol and 6-nitro-m-cresol, and the yields of 4-nitro-m-cresol and 6-nitro-m-cresol were 19% and 30%, respectively.
