羟基自由基引发的马来酸酐聚合反应机理AM1研究

用AM1方法计算了马来酸酐、羟基自由基及其加成产物α-羟基丁二酸酐基自由基的电子结构、电荷分布和键级.应用前线轨道理论和成键三原则研究了羟基自由基引发下马来酸酐聚合过程中α-羟基丁二酸酐基自由基活性中间体参与反应的可能性及其自由基聚合反应机理.计算结果表明:马来酸酐基态分子的HOMO和LUMO分别对应于双键CC的成键π-MO和反键π -MO;马来酸酐的羟基自由基加成反应活化能计算值为55 7kJ/mol;马来酸酐在羟基自由基引发下的自由基聚合产物是链式结构,与实验事实相符.     

POLYMERIZATION OF OCTAFLUOROCYCLOBUTANE IN GLOW DISCHARGE Ⅱ. ESCA AND IR CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYMER STRUCTURE*

In a capacitively coupled discharge with external electrodes, He, H_2, N_2 or Ar were used as plasmagas, polymerization of octafluorocyclobutane was carried out under different conditions by varyingdischarge power, pressure, plasma gas and plasma-gas/monomer ratio. Structure of polymerizedproducts was characterized by IR spectroscopy and ESCA measurement. It was found that therewere six elements in the products, i.e. C, F, Si, O, N and H. The probably existed groups in poly-mers wer investigated. By analyzing the resolved peaks of C_(1S) region in ESCA spectra, effect of thereaction conditions on degree of branching of the polymerized products and the relationship of thepolymer structure wth the mechanism of the competitive ablation and polymerization process werestudied. In addition, polymer deposition process occurring in glow discharge was discussed.

用同步荧光法研究细胞色素C在水溶液中的存在形态

用同步荧光光谱法研究细胞色素Ｃ在水溶液中的存在形态，发现细胞色素Ｃ中色氨酸残基的同步荧光光谱随浓度改变而发生变化，在较稀的溶液中，只观察到色氨酸残基的一个荧光峰，在较浓的溶液中也观察到一个荧光峰，而在这两个浓度之间时，这两个峰共存，可能反映了细胞色素Ｃ在不同浓度溶液中聚集状态的不同，当向存在两个荧光峰的溶液中加入不同浓度的脲，在一定脲浓度范围内，细胞色素Ｃ不发生变性，脲的作用使细胞色素Ｃ的单体浓度     

Thermodynamic parameters of interaction of HC1 with alcohols in water Ⅲ.HCl-ethanol-water system at 278.15-318.15 K

Pt,H2(g,p0)HCl(mE)|AgCl-AgPt, H2(g, p0)|HCl(mE), EtOH(mN)|AgCl-Ag have been measured at 10 degree intervals from 278.15 to 318.15 K, where EtOH refers to ethanol, mE=0.005-0.1 mol.kg-1, mN=0.4-1.0 mol.kg-1. The salting constant kS of EtOH by HCl and the thermodynamic parameters of interaction, fEN(gEN> hEN, sEN] cP,EN)> of EtOH with HCI in water have been evaluated. It has been shown that kS>0, gEN>0,hEN>0, SEN>0 ,and cp,EN<0.The signs of these parameters and the temperature dependence of them have been discussed on the basis of structural interaction and the group additivity models.     

First Total Synthesis of A New 5-Deoxyflavone

A novel 5-deoxyflavone compound, 7, 8-dimethoxy-3′, 4′-methylene-dioxyflavone (1), was in 2002 isolated from the root bark of Albizia Odoratissima. [1] The compound 1 was preparaed from pyrogallic acid (2) and piperonal(5) in four steps (Scheme 1). [2] The spectroscopic data (1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and IR) of 1 were in good agreement with those of natural product. [ 1]     

Facile Ionic Liquids-Promoted One-Pot Synthesis of Polyhydroquinoline Derivatives under Solvent Free Conditions

In recent years, much attention has been directed towards the syntheses of 1,4-dihydropyridyl compounds due to the fact that 1,4-dihydropyridyl compounds possess a variety of biological activities.[1] In view of the importance of polyhydroquinoline derivatives, many classical methods for the synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives were reported[2] by conventional heating and refluxing approaches in the presence of organic solvent. These methods, however, involve long reaction time, harsh reaction conditions, the use of a large quantity of organic solvent and unsatisfactory yields. Therefore,improvements in such syntheses have been sought continuously.

合成了一种含硫希夫碱—1，4-双[(2’-甲醛缩硫代氨基脲基)苯氧甲基]乙烷及其中间产物1，4-双[(2’-甲醛)苯氧甲基]乙烷．其结构经元素分析，IR和1H NMR表征。     

1,4-双(9-O-奎宁)-2,3-二氮杂萘-OsO4催化烯烃的不对称氨羟化反应

在氧化-供氮试剂N-氯代氨基甲酸苄酯存在下,1,4-双(9-O-奎宁)-2,3-二氮杂萘-OsO4催化剂在5种烯烃的不对称氨羟化反应中表现出极高的对映选择性(85%～99%e.e.)和区域选择性,产率48%～68%.     

单边裂纹聚苯乙烯样品拉伸断裂过程的声发射

本文测定了单边裂纹聚苯乙烯(PS)样品在拉伸加载时的声发射以及声发射事件按幅度、脉宽、计数和位置的分布,实验证实,单边裂纹PS样品拉伸时的声发射来源于裂纹端部银纹区的变形、断裂和扩展,大部分总振铃计数由裂纹亚临界和失稳扩展引起,在重复加载时观察到PS声发射的Kaiser效应。
