用于二聚物三能级蒸气激光系统的环形谐振腔设计

针对二聚物三能级蒸气激光系统增益相对于泵浦光方向显著的不对称特性,本文设计了一种稳定的能够充分利用介质增益特性的环形谐振腔,给出了象散和慧差补偿及泵浦激光与谐振腔匹配的条件。文中还给出了Na_2B~1Ⅱ_u-X~1∑_g~+跃迁激光谐振腔设计数据。     

基于EPP协议的便携机数据采集系统

设计了基于EPP协议的便携机数据采集系统 ,给出了技术解决方案。方案具有软硬件设计简捷、无需插卡等优点 ,可使外设工作于PC并行口的多种模式下。解决了线阵CCD图像采集系统与笔记本电脑之间的数据通讯 ,达到了便携数据采集的目的。     

动态模糊随机信息处理的数学方法

本文系统地概述了我们近年来提出的动态模糊随机信息处理的数学方法,内容包括模糊随机变量、模糊随机过程和模糊随机微分方程的基本解法等方面的基本概念、基本定义和某些重要的定理,以及动态系统的模糊随机响应与可靠性分析的方法等。这些方法是为我们研究工程实际问题的需要逐步发展起来的,对于处理某些类型的问题简便实用。     

人原始生殖细胞的分离和体外培养

从4～10周龄药物流产胚胎的生殖嵴和肠系膜组织中分离原始生殖细胞(primordial germ cells,PGCs),培养在添加人重组白血病抑制因子(rh LIF)、人重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh bFGF)和Forskolin的小鼠饲养层细胞上.经过4～7 d培养,PGCs形成典型的鸟巢状集落.集落在传代过程中保持碱性磷酸酶活性,且胚胎阶段性特异抗原1(SSEA-1)、胚胎阶段性特异抗原3(SSEA-3)免疫荧光染色呈阳性.具有分化潜能的PGCs能在体外连续传代培养12代.结果表明从药物流产胚胎中分离的人类PGCs可以在体外培养成为具有分化潜能的多能性干细胞.     

Melt rheology of polylactide/montmorillonite nanocomposites

In this article, the linear and nonlinear shear rheological behaviors of polylactide (PLA)/clay (organophilic‐montmorillonite) nanocomposites (PLACNs) were investigated by an Advanced Rheology Expanded System rheometer. The nanocomposites were prepared by master batch method using a twin‐screw extruder with poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) as a compatibilizer. The presence of org‐MMT leads to obvious pseudo‐solid‐like behaviors of nanocomposite melts. The behaviors caused by the formation of a “percolating network” derived from the reciprocity among the strong related sheet particles. Therefore, the storage moduli, loss moduli, and dynamic viscosities of PLACNs show a monotonic increase with MMT content. Nonterminal behaviors exists in PLACNs nanocomposites. Besides the PLACNs melts show a greater shear thinning tendency than pure PLA melt because of the preferential orientation of the MMT layers. NEPCⅡ新电子枪热结构分析与测试

北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程(BEPCⅡ)要求其直线注入器提供更高的能量和流强, 为此必须设计大电流和小发射度的新电子枪, 以提高正电子的产额. 利用ANSYS对BEPCⅡ新电子枪的温度场分布及结构的热变形进行了模拟分析. 对于电子枪复杂的内部结构形态以及能量转换方式, 分析了传导传热方式对温度场的影响. 在此基础上进行了温度场与结构变形的耦合分析, 利用EGUN对电子枪形变前后束流光学特性进行模拟分析, 并对模拟结果与试验 测试结果进行了分析比较.

潜热型热功能流体强化换热分析

本文建立了分析带有相变微胶囊的潜热型热功能流体的流动和换热过程数理模型,应用有限差分法和移动热源法进行联合求解。计算结果表明,相变微胶囊的加入:较好地提高了流体的换热性能。获得了相变颗粒大小和体积分数对强化换热影响等结果。计算结果对该类流体的设计和应用提供了理论依据。     

Apparatus for High-Resolution Solid Hydrogen Matrix Isolation Spectroscopy and Its Application

Apparatus integrating a Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer and a mid-infrared difference frequency generation (DFG) laser spectrometer was built for the study of the matrix isolation spectrum in solid molecular hydrogen. A 3-cm-long molecular hydrogen crystal was grown in a liquid-helium Dewar, and its infrared absorption spectrum in the 1-5 μm region was recorded to test the system. The W₀(0) (ν=0←0, J=6←0) line around 2410 cm⁻¹ of solid hydrogen was investigated with the DFG laser spectroscopy. High-resolution matrix isolation spectrum of CO² co-deposited with hydrogen on a BaF₂ cold plate at liquid-helium temperature was studied.
