聚苯乙烯芪盐L—B膜的二阶非线性光学性质研究

首次合成了一种称之为聚苯乙烯芪盐的有机高分子材料.此材料可以在水面上形成稳定的单分子层膜,并且所形成的单分子层膜可以转移到固体衬底上去.对聚苯乙烯芪盐单分子层膜进行光学二次谐波产生测量,得到聚苯乙烯芪盐对应于每个发色团的二阶非线性极化率为1.2×10~(-28)esu.制备了该材料两种不同类型的多层膜,讨论了多层膜二次谐波产生信号不随层数增加而增加的可能原因.     

A DEMONSTRATION OF 1×8 LINEAR ARRAY YBCO TRANSITION EDGE IR BOLOMETER

A high-T_c superconducting array microbolometer has been fabricated by using a YBCO film. Optical measurements gave moderate performance as individual detector, but singnificant improverment appears possible.     

FRANZ-KELDYSH OSCILLATION FROM THE SPACE CHARGE REGION OF MBE GaAs FILMS

We have investigated doped MBE GaAs films using photoreflectance (PR) spec-troscopy. Special spectral structures have been observed in the vicinity of the funda-mental band gap, which are quite different from the Franz-Keldysh oscillation (FKO) from uniform electric fields under flatband modulations. Numerical analysis has been performed for FKO from electric fields in the space charge region under non-flatband modulations. Some typical FKO line shapes are illustrated. For moderately doped samples the calculated line shapes are basically consistent with experiments. The surface electric field and the Fermi level pinning have also been deduced from exper-iments.     

STUDY ON PREPARATION OF UV CROSS-LINKING FILMS OF POLYURETHANE-LiClO4 COMPLEXES AND THEIR IONIC CONDUCTIVITY

The complexes of polyurethane containing double bonds with LiClO₄ were formed, and cross-linked films were produced by UV radiation, All of the films were uniform, transparent, flexible and smooth-faced with a considerable mechanical strength. The ionic conductivities of the films of several series of polymers with different molecule weights of PEG segment were measured, of which the highest is 8.09×10^-5S·cm^-1 at 300K under anhydrous atmosphere. Also the conductivity is deeply influenced by the molecule weight of the soft segment PEG of the polyurethane and the content of LiClO₄. The transport number of Li⁺ is about 0.57. Structure characteristic measurement much as DSC, XRD, IR etc., have been done and the conductive mechanism is discussed.

利用光热偏转技术实施光学薄膜弱吸收的多波长测量

介绍了光热表面形变光束偏转技术用于测量光学薄膜弱吸收的基本原理,简述多波长吸收测量装置的建立和测试过程,最后给出简单的测量实例.     

双路可编程光学多重成像并行二值逻辑处理器

基于多重成像原理，在本文中提出一种光学并行图像逻辑处理系统。对输入图案用两个正像和两个补偿进行编码。通过光调制器控制，可以实现逻辑操作的实时可编程。而且，该系统可以通过控制一组四个偏振片的状态实现独立的双输出逻辑通道，每一个输出通道各有十六种逻辑功能。文中也给出了实验结果。

用双波量子理论描述带电粒子在均匀磁场中的运动,得到对单个粒子运动状况的完全描述。在任何时刻都能说出任一力学量的确切数值。通常量子力学中的概率性和平均值公式来源于双波描述对某类系综的平均结果。量子力学中的规范变换特性也能由系综平均看出。 关键词：     

含时边界条件和Berry相位

对一具有含时边界条件的量子体系,有效哈密顿算符可用一种简单的方式去构造而不涉及任何几何处理。用这种方法构造了一个在半径随时间变化的球形盒子内的量子粒子的有效哈密顿算符,并用它来计算波函数的Berry相位。发现有效哈密顿算符与原哈密顿算符在形式上由一静态规范变换相关联。这两个哈密顿算符的量子态差Berry相位。 关键词：     

Multi-Pion Correlations in Two-Pion Interferometry

The influence of multi-pion correlations on two-pion interferometry analysis in multi-pion events can be expressed as the ratio of a multi pion correlation factor for the sample of like-pion pairs to a residual correlation factor for the reference sample.Although these two correlation factors can be partially cancelled our in data analyses,the difference between these two factors in the low relative momentum region is so large that the distortion on the analysed results of two-pion interferometry from multi-pion interference becomes a serious problem when the pion source has a small radius and the pion multiplicity of event is high.The distributions of multi-pion correlation factor C_n－2(q) can sensitively reflect the multi-pion correlation effects in the events The analyses of multi-pion correlation factor for two Bevalac streamer chamber data samples of 2.1AGeV Ne+Pb and 1.8AGeV Ar+Pb collisions show that the multi-pion correlation effect in the former data sample is greater that in the latter.
