三维曲光轴坐标下的旁轴电子光学

从费马原理出发，应用微分几何的曲线坐标定义，给出了三维曲光轴坐标中电子在旁轴下的一级和二级近似轨迹方程式.借助于对电场和磁场的数值计算，可以分析电磁场分布和电子运动轨迹复杂情况下的电子光学性质.给出了对一种电子束扫描式扁平显像管电子光学系统的计算结果，并给以定性说明. 关键词：     

外延生长YBa2Cu3O7-x超导薄膜的TEM和SEM研究

本文利用高分辨率透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对高J_c外延生长YBa₂Cu₃O_7-x超导薄膜的微观结构进行了观察分析.研究发现,薄膜外延程度的好坏与生长工艺和衬底表面的完整性有直接的关系.实验结果表明(100)SrTiO₃单晶衬底上外延生长YBa₂Cu₃O_7-x超导薄膜中影响临界电流密度J_c的因素主要有界面过渡区、缺陷和不同的外延取代等.     

用低能电子衍射研究氢在Si(100)表面吸附引起的相变

描述了用低能电子衍射(LEED)研究不同温度下在Si(100)-c(8×8)表面吸氢引起的一系列相变过程。实验发现:在液氮温度下,在Si(100)-c(8×8)表面连续吸氢将引起表面经Si(100)-(4×1)-H向(2×1)-H最终向(1×1)-H转变;而在从700℃到室温间的不同温度下饱和吸氢,实验中观察到:Si(100)-c(8×8)表面将先转变至Si(100)-c(4×4)-H,然后至(2×1)-最终至(1×1)-H。     

高温超导磁阻电机的研究

本文针对超导磁阻电机结构并结合临界态模型,利用有限元法计算电机内部磁场和交直轴电抗,借以分析电机稳态工作特性,通过样机构造及其性能测试和分析,证实了HTS磁阻电机较传统电机能够以更小体积和重量实现更大的输出功率、更高的功率因数和效率,此项研究为百kW-MW级HTS磁阻发电/电动机研发奠定了良好的理论和实践基础.     

Efficient Scheme for the Generation of Atomic Schrodinger Cat States in an Optical Cavity

An efficient scheme is proposed for the generation of atomic Schrodinger cat states in an optical cavity. Inthe scheme N three-level atoms are loaded in the optical cavity. Raman coupling of two ground states is achieved via alaser field and the cavity mode. The cavity mode is always in the vacuum state and the atoms have no probability ofbeing populated in the excited state. Thus, the scheme is insensitive to both the cavity decay and spontaneous emission.     

基于一类分类方法的多类分类研究

在分析非线性数据处理新方法—核方法理论的基础,研究基于一类分类方法的多类分类的基本原理,提出应用于多类分类的可信度函数,使分类的结果更具有可信度.最后,以某企业对供应商关系调查数据为例,将这种方法应用于企业商业关系分析中,结果表明该方法的有效性,为非线性数据分类提供了一种新方法.     

Characterization of isolated homogeneous hypersurface singularities in C~4 Dedicated to Professor Sheng GONG on the occasion of his 75th birthday

Let V be a hypersurface with an isolated singularity at the origin in Cn 1. It is a natural question to ask when V is defined by weighted homogeneous polynomial or homogeneous polynomial up to biholomorphic change of coordinates. In 1971, a beautiful theorem of Saito gives a necessary and sufficient condition for V to be defined by a weighted homogeneous polynomial. For a two-dimensional isolated hypersurface singularity V, Xu and Yau found a coordinate free characterization for V to be defined by a homogeneous polynomial. Recently Lin and Yau gave necessary and sufficient conditions for a 3-dimensional isolated hypersurface singularity with geometric genus bigger than zero to be defined by a homogeneous polynomial. The purpose of this paper is to prove that Lin-Yau's theorem remains true for singularities with geometric genus equal to zero.
