与传统敷料相比,静电纺丝纳米抗菌敷料具有极大的比表面积和孔隙率,既有益于细胞呼吸,又可阻止细菌感染伤口,并能有效增大抗菌药物与伤口中细菌的作用面积而高效杀菌。此外,纳米敷料还能最大程度仿生细胞外基质的结构,有利于加快细胞和组织的生长,促进受损皮肤的恢复,因而非常适合用做皮肤敷料。本文对静电纺丝纳米抗菌敷料的特点,各类基体材料、抗菌药物在静纺抗菌敷料制备中的应用,以及静纺敷料的抑菌效果做了介绍,并对静电纺丝纳米抗菌敷料的应用前景做了展望。  相似文献

In this work, we demonstrate an in situ phase conversion from basic magnesium chloride(BMC) into magnesium hydroxide whisker by using polar organic solvent at low temperature. The morphology and phase composition of magnesium hydroxide whiskers prepared at different reaction temperature, alkali concentration and organic solvent were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electronic microscope(SEM). It was found that when one of the organic solvents such as absolute ethyl alcohol, butanol, polyethylene glycol(PEG-400), acetone, et al. was selected as the template, the precursor BMC can transform into whisker-like magnesium hydroxide through precipitate transformation in low temperature and non-hydrothermal system. It can be reasonably explained that the regulation of Mg^2+ solubility by those organic solvents and the sustained release of Mg^2+ dissolution by organic adsorption played a significant role in the formation of magnesium hydroxide whisker via BMC whisker as the precursor.  相似文献

Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA-PEG-PLGA) triblock copolymer was synthesized through the ring-opening polymerization of LA and GA with PEG as macroinitiator and stannous octoate as catalyst. The amphiphilic copolymer self-assembled into micelles in aqueous solutions, and formed hydrogels as the increase of temperature at relatively high concentrations(〉 15 wt%). The favorable degradability of the hydrogel was confirmed by in vitro and in vivo degradation experiments. The good cellular and tissular compatibilities of the thermogel were demonstrated. The excellent adhesion and proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells endowed PLGA-PEGPLGA thermogelling hydrogel with fascinating prospect for cartilage tissue engineering.  相似文献

Melanocytes are unique cells that produce specific melanin-containing intracellular organelles called melanosomes. Melanosomes are transported from the perinuclear area of melanocytes toward the plasma membrane as they become more melanized in order to increase skin pigmentation. In this vesicular trafficking of melanosomes, Rab27a, melanophilin, and myosin Va play crucial roles in linking melanosomes to actin-based motors. To identify novel compounds to inhibit binding interface between Rab27a and melanophilin, a pharmacophore model was built based on a modeled 3D structure of the protein complex that describes the essential binding residues in the intermolecular interaction. A pharmacophore model was employed to screen a chemical library database. Finally, 25 virtual hits were selected for biological evaluations. The biological activities of 11 analogues were evaluated in a second assay. Two compounds were identified as having concentration-dependent inhibitory activity. By analyzing structure–activity relationships of derivatives of BMD-20, two hydroxyl functional groups were found to be critical for blocking the intermolecular binding between Rab27a and melanophilin.  相似文献

Recently, the organic synthesis and electronic device applications of π-conjugated polymer-based materials with low energy band gap (below 2 eV) and high values of incident photon to current efficiency have been presented. In the present study, the physical properties of polythiophene (PTH) and its derivative systems (PTs) were investigated as π-conjugated low energy band gap polymers. Density functional theory with periodic boundary condition (PBC), the B3LYP functional, and the 6-31G(d) basis set was applied to determine their geometric and electronic structures and corresponding energies (E HOMO, E LUMO, and E g = E LUMO ? E HOMO) from the monomer of thiophene and its derivatives for one-dimensional (1D) extension to polymer. The effects of 3-substitution in PTs including electron-donating (CH3–, C6H13–, OH–, Cl–, OCH3–, and CHO–) and electron-withdrawing groups (Cl–, CHO–, CN–, NO2–, CF3–, and COOH–) compared with PTH were investigated. According to the calculation results, PTs with electron-donating and electron-withdrawing substituents should exhibit red- and blue-shifts, respectively, compared with PTH. These calculation results show good agreement with experimental data and provide further information for molecular design considerations.  相似文献

Benzo(a)pyrene is a chemical produced during the process of making fried, roasted, and smoked foods. It remains unclear whether benzo(a)pyrene affects the early development of human organs. In this study, we used the transgenic zebrafish line Tg(wt1b:GFP) as a model to assess benzo(a)pyrene-induced kidney malformation. By soaking zebrafish embryos in benzo(a)pyrene at various doses (2, 20, and 200 ppb), only a minor effect on the survival rate was detected (0 ppb: 97.8 ± 1.9 %; 2–200 ppb: 89.1 ± 5.8–91.5 ± 8.3 %). However, benzo(a)pyrene significantly affected the development of the kidney (malformation rates ranges from 50.0 ± 3.5 to 77.4 ± 5.3 %). Various abnormalities, such as unusual curving of pronephric tubes, swollen glomerulus, and incomplete development of pronephric ducts, were observed. This study provides a rapid and effective protocol for the evaluation of the notable effects of benzo(a)pyrene on embryonic kidney development.  相似文献

Continuous NiTiO3 nanofibers have been successfully synthesized by a sol–gel assisted electrospinning method followed by calcination at 600 °C in air. These nanofibers were characterized for the morphological, structural and optical properties by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) and UV–visible (UV–vis) diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS). SEM results reveal that the obtained NiTiO3 nanofibers are 175 nm in diameter and several micrometers in length after annealing at 600 °C. The XRD analysis shows that the nanofibers possess highly crystalline structure with no impurity phase. In contrast, the NiTiO3 nanoparticles synthesized at the identical conditions by a sol–gel route have impurities including TiO2 and NiO. Moreover, the electrospun NiTiO3 nanofibers are endowed with an obvious optical absorbance in the visible range, demonstrating they have visible light photoresponse.  相似文献

采用黄原脂棉富集技术,建立了电感耦合等离子质谱法测定海水中重金属Cu,Pb,Zn,Co,Cd含量的方法。完善前处理条件,优化仪器工作参数,选取Rh,Ir作为内标元素,有效克服基体效应及仪器波动影响。Cu,Pb,Zn,Co,Cd的检出限分别为1.26,0.21,0.24,0.0027,0.0051μg/L,RSD为0.77%~3.3%,回收率为87.2%~96.0%。方法适用于海水中重金属元素的含量测定。  相似文献

Rechargeable aqueous zinc batteries (RAZB) have been re-evaluated because of the superiority in addressing safety and cost concerns. Nonetheless, the limited lifespan arising from dendritic electrodeposition of metallic Zn hinders their further development. Herein, a metal–organic framework (MOF) was constructed as front surface layer to maintain a super-saturated electrolyte layer on the Zn anode. Raman spectroscopy indicated that the highly coordinated ion complexes migrating through the MOF channels were different from the solvation structure in bulk electrolyte. Benefiting from the unique super-saturated front surface, symmetric Zn cells survived up to 3000 hours at 0.5 mA cm−2, near 55-times that of bare Zn anodes. Moreover, aqueous MnO2–Zn batteries delivered a reversible capacity of 180.3 mAh g−1 and maintained a high capacity retention of 88.9 % after 600 cycles with MnO2 mass loading up to 4.2 mg cm−2.  相似文献

The abundance of bacterial effectors have inspired us to explore their potential in rewiring malignant cell signaling. Their incapability for entering cells, however, hinders such application. Herein we developed a cationic lipid-based high throughput library screening platform for effective intracellular delivery of bacterial effectors. As the misregulated MAPK signaling is a hallmark of many types of cancer, we turned to the Shigella effector OspF which irreversibly inactivates ERK, the terminal component of MAPK cascade. We created a function-based screening assay to obtain AMPA-O16B lipid nanoparticles for effective OspF intracellular delivery, which inhibited the malignant MAPK signaling and tumor growth in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, the optimized lipid nanoparticle formulation can deliver OspF to modulate the immunosuppressive responses in macrophages. Our work is a general strategy to explore the therapeutic potentials of naturally evolved bacterial effectors.  相似文献
