化学启蒙教育的任务、原则与策略

认识化学科学是化学启蒙教育的核心任务。本文提出了化学启蒙教育应使学生认识到 :化学是实用的科学 ,化学是研究的科学 ,化学是创新的科学。在此基础上 ,提出了化学启蒙教育应遵循的基本原则和若干教学策略。     

Photoisomerization of the Graft Copolymer of Starch and Azo-dye

Optical data storage materials are mainly based on organic molecules. To be suited for as an optical data storage material, molecules have to be photochromatic, they must be capable of being reversibly switched be. tween two spectroscopically distinct forms by use of light[1].Photoisome rization (trans ～cis) of azoaromatic compounds has been investigated extensively using UV-Vis spectroscopy. In 1972[2], the isomerization of various azobenzenes bound on the side chain or within the main chain of poly (methyl methacrylate), poly(ethyl methacrylate),polystyrene, a polyamide, and polyester had. been demonstrated. There are three processes: a trans-cis photochemical isomerization, a cis-trans photochemical isomerization, and a cis-trans thermal isomerization, which occurs due to the higher stability of the trans configuration, since that pioneering study, two main directions of research developed and are very active in the eurrent literature.

分离尿激酶的胍基型亲和色谱填料研究

Vortex of Fluid Field as Viewed from Curvature

The vortex is a common phenomenon in fluid field. In this paper, vortex can be represented by curvature c, which varies with arc length s. The variance of point (x,y) with arc length in stream line satisfies a 2-order variable-coefficient linear ordinary differential equation. The type vortex can be analyzed qualitatively by this ordinary differential equation.     

多种气相色谱联用技术分析陕西刺五加茎挥发油的化学成分

采用气相色谱/四极杆质谱(GC/qMS)、气相色谱/正交加速飞行时间质谱(GC/oaTOFMS)和气相色谱/傅里叶变换红外光谱(GC/FTIR)联用技术,对一种陕西产刺五加Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.) Harms茎挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。基于GC/qMS谱库的检索功能,结合GC/FTIR在结构鉴别上的优势和GC/oaTOFMS对质谱碎片离子精确的质量测定功能,成功地实现了对68个色谱组分的定性分析。与使用单一的联用技术(例如GC/qMS)相比,利用多种色谱联用技术在定性分析上的互补性,可以明显提高对组成复杂的挥发油类样品分析的可靠性。

化学发光二维两点检测微流控芯片系统设计集成了一种可用于分离检测氨基酸、多肽和蛋白质等复杂样品的化学发光二维两点检测微流控芯片系统.该系统采用双检测器同时检测第一维和第二维的分离峰信息,可获得样品的二维分离谱图,满足了对多种复杂结构微流控芯片分离特性进行研究的要求.     

Indications of c-axis Charge Transport in Hole Doped Triangular Antiferromagnets

The c-axis charge transport of the hole doped triangular antiferromagnet is investigated within the tJ model by considering the incoherent interlayer hopping.It is shown that the c-axis charge transport of the hole doped triangular antiferromagnet is essentially determined by the scattering from the in-plane fluctuation.The c-axis conductivity spectrum shows a lov-energy peak and the unusual high-energy broad band,while the c-axis resistivity is characterized by a crossover from the high temperature metallic-like behavior to the Iow temperature insulating-like behavior,which is qualitatively consistent with those of the hole doped square lattice antiferromagnet.
