腺嘌呤及其β-环糊精包结物的光谱研究

通过紫外光谱的摩尔比法确定了腺嘌呤与β-环糊精（β－CD）包结物的包结比为1：1，通过紫外光谱和荧光光谱研究了腺嘌呤在酸性，中性，及碱性条件下的光谱变化及与β－CD包结物的光谱变化，分别求得了它们与β－CD包结的平衡常数。     

STUDY ON THE CONFORMATIONAL PROPERTIES OF RIGID POLYELECTROLYTE SPU IN SOLUTION

The conformation and dimension of SPU polyanion have been studied by viscosity and quasi-elastic light scattering methods. The rigidity of SPU is somewhat similar to CMC and its hydrodynamic radius decreases only slowly with increasing concentration of NaCl.     

Effects of Processing Parameters on Microstructure and Properties of Nanoscale ZrC/ZrB2 Multilayered Coatings

ZrC/ZrB2 multilayered coatings with bilayer periods of 3.5-40nm are synthesized by rf magnetron sputtering. Analyses of x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nanoindentation indicate that multilayered coatings possess much higher hardness and greater fracture resistance than monolithic ZrC and ZrB2 coatings. A maximum hardness （41.TCPa） and a critical fracture load （73.7mN） are observed in the multilayer with A = 32 nm deposited at the substrate bias -40 V. Higher residual stress built in the ZrC layer can be released by periodic insertion of ZrB2 into the ZrC layer. A clear multilayered structure with mixed ZrB2（001）, ZrB2 （002） and ZrC （111） orientations should be responsible for the enhanced mechanical properties.     

Bioaccumulation and excretion of arsenic compounds by a marine unicellular alga,polyphysa peniculus

Polyphysa peniculus was grown in artificial seawater in the presence of arsenate, arsenite, monomethylarsonate and dimethylarsinic acid. The separation and identification of some of the arsenic species produced in the cells as well as in the growth medium were achieved by using hydride generation–gas chromatography–atomic absorption spectrometry methodology. Arsenite and dimethylarsinate were detected following incubation with arsenate. When the alga was treated with arsenite, dimethylarsinate was the major metabolite in the cells and in the growth medium; trace amounts of monomethylarsonate were also detected in the cells. With monomethylarsonate as a substrate, the metabolite is dimethylarsinate. Polyphysa peniculus did not metabolize dimethylarsinic acid when it was used as a substrate. Significant amounts of more complex arsenic species, such as arsenosungars, were not observed in the cells or medium on the evidence of flow injection–microwave digestion–hydride generation–atomic absorption spectrometry methodology. Transfer of the exposed cells to fresh medium caused release of most cell–associated arsenicals to the surrounding environment.

本文运用进化博弈论的方法,对有限理性的利益相关者在共同治理结构下参与企业所有权配置并达到纳什均衡的进化博弈过程进行分析,并通过算例说明了这是一个各方相互沟通和反复博弈的动态过程,逐步实现一致性的企业所有权配置的纳什均衡.     

通过J/Ψ→N(N-)M衰变研究N*时的核子极点效应

研究了J／Ψ→pp^-π衰变过程中核子极点图的贡献，特别是由离壳效应带来的贡献．发现衰变宽度对形状因子是敏感的．在通过用J／Ψ→pp^-π衰变研究N^*时，核子极点图作为背景道的贡献是非常重要的；在通过J／Ψ→pp^-η和pp^-η研究N^*时，核子极点图的贡献可忽略不计；在通过J／Ψ→pp^-ω研究N^*时，核子极点图有明显的贡献．     

静磁场中的互作用能

讨论了在激发磁场的电流保持不变时和束缚磁荷作为磁场的不变时，两种情况下磁场的相互作用能。结果与静电场类似，两种情况的互作用能中都含有相互磁化，致使物体磁化状态改变作的功。     

基于cDNA宏阵列的系统聚类分析猪发育阶段的基因表达谱

取杜洛克猪胚胎第33,45,55，65．75天的背最长肌样本．用cDNA Macroarray分析方法和聚类分析技术分析了327个EST在骨骼肌内不同发育阶段的基因表达谱．结果表明有98条EST在不同发育时期显著差异表达．第33天和第45天两阶段基因表达状态相似．第55天和第65天基因表达状态相似．而第75天的基因表达与第55天和第65天两个阶段的基因表达具有相近的聚类关系．表达状态相近，基因功能相似的基因大都被聚类在一起．     

Low-threshold, high-efficiency, high-repetition-rate optical parametric generator based on periodically poled LiNbO3

We report a high-repetition-rate optical parametric generator (OPG) with a periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crystal pumped by an acousto-optically Q-switched CW-diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO_4 laser. For the maximum 1064nm pump power of 970mW, the maximum conversion efficiency is 32.9% under the conditions of 250℃, 1064nm pulse repetition rate of 22.6kHz and pulse width of 12ns, and the PPLN OPG threshold in the collinear case is less than 23.7μJ. The output power increases with the increase of the crystal temperature. The 1485－1553nm signal wave and 3383－3754nm idler wave are obtained by changing the temperature and the angle of the PPLN crystal.
