Anticrossing Gap between Pairs of the Subbands in AlxGa1-xN/GaN Double Quantum Wells

Dependences of anticrossing gaps between pairs of subbands in Alx Ga1-xN/GaN double quantum wells （DQWs） on the width and the Al composition of the central barrier of the DQWs and on the well width of the DQWs have been investigated by solving the Schroedinger and Poisson equations self-consistently. It is found that the anticrossing gaps are not influenced by the polarization-induced electric field in the DQWs. The anticrossing gaps decrease with increasing the width and the Al composition of the central barrier of the DQWs, as well as with the increasing well width of the DQWs. According to the results of the calculation, the anticrossing gaps can reach 150 meV in AlxGa1-xN/GaN DQWs. There is significant coupling between the two wells of the DQWs when the width of the central barrier of the DQWs is narrower than 2nm.

单晶Pr3Co的磁性随温度变化关系的研究

我们报告单晶Pr3Co在不同温度下样品的磁化情况．在低温下，磁化强度随磁场强度的变化关系曲线为回线，在高温时为直线．我们还估出了磁化过程中磁性转变（即磁矩变化）的大小．     

钠含量对NaxCoO2结构和输运性质的影响

用固态反应的方法制备了层状化合物NaxCoO2 (0.52≤x≤0.8),并系统地研究了化合物的结构和输运性质.研究表明,随着Na含量x的增加,晶胞参数a增大,而晶胞参数c减小并且其数值远小于那些从Na0.77CoO2中用化学方法脱Na制得的样品的晶胞参数.所有的样品都呈现金属特征的输运性质并且电阻率曲线在x=0.68附近达到一个最小值.本工作还发现对于某些样品在某个温度点Tx附近,dρ/dT会出现一个跳变,这一跳变很可能对应于NaxCoO2材料输运性质从钴氧层内输运到三维空间输运的转变.     

广义Suzuki公式及其在液晶中的应用

本文推广了Suzuki处理经典系统和Ising模型的关联函数的严格公式,并应用在描述液晶相变具有转动不变性的Maier-Saupe哈密顿量上。结果表明,作者之一最近有关关联函数和磁双折射系数的微观处理,在所述近似范围内是正确的。文中并改进了Vertogen和Van der Meer有关液晶向列相的无规相近似的结果,提出了超越平均场近似描述液晶热力学性质的一个方案。 关键词：

Three natural diosgenyl glycosides： Ophipogonin C （A）, Polyphillin C （B）, diosgenyl α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→4）-β-D-glucopyranoside （DRG） （C） and one of their analogue diosgenyl α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→6）-β-D-glucopyranoside （D） were first systemic synthesized in a facile way in high yields.
