The global trend of favoring therapeutic treatment and health keeping with natural medicine and dietary supplement/neutraceuticals provides golden opportunity for the re-birth of CM (Chinese Medicine) and its integration into the mainstream health care system worldwide. To develop a scientifically sound and technology-based CM industry in order to compete favorably in the world market, one needs to modernize the entire process of CM manufacturing from raw material supply to downstream product preparations. High quality and contaminant-free raw material produced under GAP (Good Agriculture Practice) guidelines is the first step leading eventually to the production of quality and safe CM products through a series of quality guidelines including GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) for chemical analysis,GcLP (Good Clinical Laboratory Practice) for clinical testing, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for product manufacturing, and finally GSP (Good Sales Practice) for business transactions. With the development of computational power and numerical algorithms,computational fluid dynamics(CFD) has become an important strategy for the design of aircraft,which significantly reduces the reliance on wind-tunnel and flight tests.In this paper,we conducted a numerical investigation on the flow past a full commercial aircraft at Mach number 0.2 and 14 degrees angle of attack by means of Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS),detached-eddy simulation(DES) and our newly developed constrained large-eddy simulation(CLES).The objective of this paper is to study the capability of these models in simulating turbulent flows.To our knowledge,this is the first large-eddy simulation method for full commercial aircraft simulation.The results show that the CLES can predict the mean statistical quantities well,qualitatively consistent with traditional methods,and can capture more small-scale structures near the surface of the aircraft with massive separations.Our study demonstrates that CLES is a promising alternative for simulating real engineering turbulent flows. 相似文献

Our article (Chin. Phys. Lett. 26 (2009) 017102) was attempting to calculate the possible existence of the window effects on the physiological signal changes by the external electric field. It is attempted mainly to combine the vibrated-ion model of Panagopoulos et al.(Refs. in our article) and the cellular model of Kuster et al. (Ref. in our article) and Tortes et al. The film thickness should be known for extrazting the intrinsic surface resistance from the effective surface resistance as measured by using the dielectric resonator method. Thicknesses of 70 nm to 360 nm are measured for YBa2 Cu3 O7-δ films in a non-invasive way by using the two-resonant-mode dielectric resonator (TDR) method. A futile resonator with the respective resonant frequencies of 15.25-15.61 GHz and 15.10-15.37 GHz for the TE021 and the TE012 modes is used for this purpose. Differences between the values as measured by using the TDR technique and those measured by using a step profilometer appear to be less than 3%, which is smaller than the previous value of 5% as measured by using a 8. 6 GHz single-resonance mode futile resonator [Lee et al. High level ab initio, up to RCCSD(T), and B3LYP calculations were employed to calculate thermochemical properties for KOH and KOH+. Basis sets were of both all-electron and effective core potential (ECP) types: in both cases large, flexible valence basis sets were used, and the largest basis sets were of quintuple-zeta quality. Both KOH and KOH+ were found to be linear; in the latter case, the Renner-Teller effect is discussed. The results are close to convergence with regard to both basis sets and levels of theory. The most reliable quantities are: first AIE(KOH) = 7.38±0.02eV; D0(K- -OH) = 82 ± 1 kcal mol-1; D0(K+ …OH) = 11.4 ± 1 kcalmol-1; δHf(KOH,298K) = ?53 ± 1 kcalmol?1; and δHf(KOH+,298K) = 119 ± 1 kcalmol-1. 相似文献

The preparation and characterization of gold nanoparticles (~6 nm in diameter) modified with mono-6-thio-β-cyclodextrin (II) is described. The resulting monolayer-protected gold nanoparticles are water-soluble and more stable. The concentration of II plays a crucial role for the distribution of the modified nanoparticles. When the ratio of concentration of II to HAuCl4,[II]/[HAuCl4] ≥ 0.93, a stable gold nanoparticle with uniform distribution and diameter of 6.0 ± 0.9 nm will be obtained. The recognition of modified gold nanoparticles to organic guest molecule is researched. The modified gold nanoparticles can make the electrochemical reduction current of nitrobenzene decrease and can be self-assembled in three-dimensional to form spherical clusters with ligand of methylene green. 相似文献
