Based on the moving least-squares (MLS) approach, an efficient meshless method is employed to generate the displacement functions for vibration analysis of elastic bodies. The equation of motion is established by following the standard procedure and the boundary conditions are imposed by applying penalty functions. As the displacement functions are expressed in terms of weight functions, the accuracy will depend on the parameters of the weight functions. Therefore, a parametric study is carried out to determine the best values for these parameters. To demonstrate the accuracy, modal analyses of the beams and plates with different boundaries have been carried out. In addition, the responses of these structures under dynamic excitation have been analyzed. The examples include simply supported beams subjected to sudden excitations and simply supported plates subjected to initial displacements.  相似文献

Free vibration of a spinning flexible disk-spindle system supported by ball bearing and flexible shaft is analyzed by using Hamilton's principle, FEM and substructure synthesis. The spinning disk is described by using the Kirchhoff plate theory and von Karman non-linear strain. The rotating spindle and stationary shaft are modelled by Rayleigh beam and Euler beam respectively. Using Hamilton's principle and including the rigid body translation and tilting motion, partial differential equations of motion of the spinning flexible disk and spindle are derived consistently to satisfy the geometric compatibility in the internal boundary between substructures. FEM is used to discretize the derived governing equations, and substructure synthesis is introduced to assemble each component of the disk-spindle-bearing-shaft system. The developed method is applied to the spindle system of a computer hard disk drive with three disks, and modal testing is performed to verify the simulation results. The simulation result agrees very well with the experimental one. This research investigates critical design parameters in an HDD spindle system, i.e., the non-linearity of a spinning disk and the flexibility and boundary condition of a stationary shaft, to predict the free vibration characteristics accurately. The proposed method may be effectively applied to predict the vibration characteristics of a spinning flexible disk-spindle system supported by ball bearing and flexible shaft in the various forms of computer storage device, i.e., FDD, CD, HDD and DVD.  相似文献

In this paper we study the properties of homotopy inverses of comultiplications and algebraic loops of co-H-spaces based on a wedge of spheres. We also investigate a method to construct new comultiplications out of old ones by using a group action. 本文叙述一种语言信号处理的新方法——快速递归梯型算法。用算符分解的办法导出这种算法自回归(AR)模型的基本公式及其归一化方案。说明导出参数快速收敛和跟踪的性能;研究如何应用它的基本参数(似然变量、反射系数和预测误差的协方差等)来检测音调脉冲,爆破音和其他快速过渡特性。同时给出了合理的掩蔽参数,设计一个有效的自适应门限的局部极值选定算法,从而消除从原参数产生的多余信息和误差。这一音调检测算法已应用到一个可变数据率(平均800bits/s)的声码器的模拟设计中,得到相当满意的结果。
另外这种算法要求极少的存贮和简单的算术运算,便于硬件实现,尤宜VLSI的实现。  相似文献

癌症严重威胁着人类健康, 因此, 急需开发高效的诊断和治疗方法. 基于光敏剂和近红外激光的光学诊疗将诊断和治疗集于一体, 与传统的手术治疗和化学治疗相比, 光学诊疗显示出无创性和高空间选择性的优点. 有机小分子染料具有确定且易于修饰的化学结构、 良好的重现性和优异的生物相容性, 与无机和聚合物材料相比, 它是一类具有前景的可用于光学诊疗的光敏剂. 本文总结了基于传统小分子染料、 给体-受体(D-A)共轭小分子和聚集诱导发光(AIE)分子等有机小分子的纳米粒子在光学诊疗中的应用. 此外, 对于光学诊疗用有机小分子染料纳米粒子未来的挑战和前景也进行了展望.  相似文献

The sol-gel derived glucose biosensor was developed, and the sol-gel membrane was organically modified by N-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)-ferrocenylmethylamine (FcSi) as sol-gel precursor to make electrochemical biosensor. The structure of biosensor was sol-gel/FcSi+GOx/GC type (glucose oxidase, GOx). The ferrocene mediator was chemically immobilized to the silane network, and GOx was entrapped to the sol-gel glass network. Therefore, these structures prevented mediator leakage and retained the enzyme activity. Additionally, pH of electrolyte, temperature effects, and interference of positive substances with biosensor were investigated. And the electrochemical performance of biosensor was studied by amperometry. The results indicated that the linear range, detection limit. and response slope of biosensor was 2.00×10^-4-1.57×10^-3 mol·L^-1, 2.0×10^-4 mol·L^-1 and 5.06×10^5 nA·mol^- 1·L, respectively.  相似文献

A new hybrid organic-inorganic monolithic cartridge was synthesized and used as the selective sorbent for the extraction and purification of quercetin and myricetin from Chamaecyparis obtusa via a solid-phase extraction method.The morphology of the monolithic material was examined by field emission-scanning electron microscopy and a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) test.The adsorption capacity of the obtained material for quercetin and myricetin was investigated by fitting the adsorption data to four different adsorption equations,of which the LangmuirFreundlich isotherm was selected as the most suitable model.Under optimized conditions,good calibration curves were observed at nine concentrations ranged from 0.5 μg/mL to 100.0 μg/mL of quercetin and myricetin.The extraction recovery ranged from 74.5% to 84.6% and the inter-and intra-day relative standard deviations were <6%.This type of hybrid monolith has potential for the separation and purification of bioactive compounds from natural plant extracts.  相似文献

建立了一种可同时测定锂离子电池电解液中13种有机磷阻燃剂含量的气相色谱-串联质谱分析方法,以乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂,超声萃取锂离子电池电解液中的有机磷阻燃剂,萃取液经浓缩、定容、过滤后进行气相色谱-串联质谱分析,外标法定量。结果显示,13种有机磷阻燃剂在一定浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数不低于0.999 3,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.3~30μg/kg,定量下限(S/N=10)为1~100μg/kg。在低、中、高3个加标水平下的平均回收率为80.4%~94.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.8%~10%。该方法简单快捷,灵敏度高,定量下限低,可满足锂离子电池电解液中有机磷阻燃剂含量日常检测需要。  相似文献
