The liver, kidney and muscle samples from seven cetaceans were digested by microwave digestion, and trace elements amounts of V, Cd, Cu, Zn, As, Cr, Ni, Mn, Se, Hg and Pb were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the health risk assessment for Zn, Cu, Cd, Hg, Se in the liver was conducted. The results of international lobster hepatopancreas standard (TORT-2) showed acceptable agreement with the certified values, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of eleven kinds of trace elements were less than 3.54%, showing that the method is suitable for the determination of trace elements in cetaceans. The experimental results indicated that different tissues and organs of the dolphins had different trace elements, presenting the tissue specificity. There is a certain inter-species difference among different dolphins about the bioaccumulation ability of the trace elements. The distribution of trace elements in whales presented a certain regularity: the contents of most elements in liver, kidney were much higher than the contents of muscle tissues, Cu, Mn, Hg, Se, and Zn exhibit the higher concentrations in liver, while Cd was mainly accumulated in kidney. And according to the health risk assessment in liver, the exceeding standardrate of selenium and copper in seven kinds of whales was 100%, suggesting that these whales were suffering the contamination of trace elements. The experimental results is instructive to the study of trace elements in cetaceans, while this is the first report for the concentrations in organs of Striped dolphin, Bottlenose dolphin, Fraser's Dolphin and Risso's dolphin in China, it may provide us valuable data for the conservation of cetaceans.  相似文献

By solving the quantum Vlasov equation, the dynamically assisted pair production for scalar quantum electrodynamics (QED) is investigated. It is verified that this mechanism still holds true for boson pair production. Two combinations of two electric fields having different time scales under various time delays are considered; it is found that the oscillations of the momentum spectrum and the number density of created bosons decrease with increasing time delay, and the latter has a maximum value when the time delay equals zero. Furthermore, the differences in vacuum pair production between bosons and fermions are also studied, and they are helpful for distinguishing the created bosons from fermions.  相似文献

A mesh-electrode linear ion trap (ME-LIT) mass analyzer was developed and its performance was primarily characterized. In conventional linear ion trap mass analyzers, the trapped ions are mass-selected and then ejected in a radial direction by a slot on a trap electrode. The presence of slots can strongly affect the electric field distribution in the ion trapping region and distort the mass analysis performance. To compensate for detrimental electric field effects, the slot is usually designed and fabricated to be as small as possible, and also has very high mechanical accuracy and symmetry. A ME-LIT with several mesh electrodes was built to compensate for the effects caused by slots. Each mesh electrode was fabricated from a plate electrode with a relatively large slot and the slot was covered with a conductive mesh. Our preliminary experimental results show that the ME-LIT could considerably diminish the detrimental electric field effects caused by slots, and increase the mass resolving power and ion detection efficiency. Even with 4-mm-wide slots, a mass resolution in excess of 600 was obtained using the ME-LIT. Mass resolution could be remarkably improved using mesh electrodes in ion traps with asymmetric electrodes. The stability diagram of the ME-LIT was mapped, and highly efficient tandem mass spectrometry was demonstrated. The ME-LIT was qualified as a LIT mass analyzer. The ME-LIT can improve the mass resolution and decrease the requirements of mechanical accuracy and symmetry of slots, so it shows potential for a wide range of practical uses.

To obtain wollastonite-filled β-iPP composites, the wollastonite with β-nucleating surface (β-wollastonite) was prepared through chemical reaction between wollastonite with α-nucleating surface (α-wollastonite) and pimelic acid. The formation of calcium pimelate on the surface of wollastonite was proved using Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and scanning electron microscopy. The crystallization behavior, melting characteristics, non-isothermal crystallization kinetics, and crystalline morphologies of α- and β-wollastonite-filled iPP composites were studied by differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing optical microscopy. It is found that the crystallization peak temperatures of β-wollastonite-filled iPP composites were higher than that of α-wollastonite-filled iPP composites, which indicated that wollastonite with β-nucleating surface has stronger heterogeneous nucleation than that of wollastonite with α-nucleating surface. Although the crystallization temperatures of iPP and iPP composites decreased with increasing cooling rates, α-wollastonite-filled iPP composites mainly crystallized in α-spherulite and β-wollastonite-filled iPP composites formed β-spherulite. In addition, the spherulite size of β-wollastonite-filled iPP composites was smaller than that of α-wollastonite-filled iPP composites. Jeziorny and Mo methods were applicable to study the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of wollastonite-filled iPP composites. The activation energy (?E) and the nucleation efficiency (EN) of non-isothermal crystallization were calculated by Kissinger method and the equation proposed by Fillon, respectively. The β-wollastonite-filled iPP composites exhibited higher crystallization rate, activation energy, and EN than that of α-wollastonite-filled iPP composites.  相似文献

Using a versatile synthetic approach, a new class of potential ester prodrugs of highly potent, but systemically too toxic, platinum–acridine anticancer agents was generated. The new hybrids contain a hydroxyl group, which has been masked with a cleavable lipophilic acyl moiety. Both butanoic (butyric) and bulkier 2‐propanepentanoic (valproic) esters were introduced. The goals of this design were to improve the drug‐like properties (e.g., logD) and to reduce the systemic toxicity of the pharmacophore. Two distinct pathways by which the target compounds undergo effective ester hydrolysis, the proposed activating step, have been confirmed: platinum‐assisted, self‐immolative ester cleavage in a low‐chloride environment (LC‐ESMS, NMR spectroscopy) and enzymatic cleavage by human carboxylesterase‐2 (hCES‐2) (LC‐ESMS). The valproic acid ester derivatives are the first example of a metal‐containing agent cleavable by the prodrug‐converting enzyme. They show excellent chemical stability and reduced systemic toxicity. Preliminary results from screening in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines (A549, NCI‐H1435) suggest that the mechanism of the valproic esters may involve intracellular deesterification.  相似文献

Facile 4π conrotatory imino‐Nazarov cyclization of a 1‐aminopentadienyl cation generated from condensation an aldehyde and secondary aniline in the presence of a catalytic amount of a Lewis acid has been developed. Silver(I)‐catalyzed intramolecular arene trapping of the resulting cyclic oxyallyl cation leads to formation of tricyclic indoline‐fused cyclopentanone. The use of lanthanide salts allows transformation after the initial trapping to afford tetrahydroquinoline‐fused cyclopentenone in a concise manner.  相似文献

采用水热法合成了2个化合物{[Cu2(Hpimdc)(4,4′-bpy)]·H2O}n(1)和[Mn3(pimdc)2·6H2O]n(2)(H3pimdc=2-丙基-4,5-咪唑二甲酸,4,4′-bpy=4,4′-联吡啶),并对2个化合物进行了红外、元素分析、晶体结构和热稳定性分析。晶体结构分析发现化合物1之中的H3pimdc和4,4′-bpy交替与铜(Ⅰ)配位形成一维链线性铜(Ⅰ)配合物。沿a轴和(100)面去观察,2个一维链分子通过游离水连接而形成1个"U"型拓扑结构。而化合物2通过2-丙基-4,5-咪唑二甲酸链与锰(Ⅱ)连接为三维的网状结构。沿b轴方向,三维结构中存在交替的左/右手螺旋状二维结构。  相似文献

采用DFT+U方法研究了过渡金属替代的CeO2(111)表面上的NO+CO反应机理,以探求不同过渡金属对N2选择性的影响.结果表明,在反应过程中,反应活性中心由过渡金属单原子与其最近邻的氧空位组成.NO在过渡金属-氧空位上发生N–O断键,不同过渡金属上该还原步骤的难易程度不同.计算发现,右过渡金属Rh,Pd和Pt替代的CeO2(111)表面可以与吸附物之间形成较强的吸附作用,进而可以达到较高的N2选择性.其主要原因是右过渡金属具有较多的d电子,可以与吸附小分子之间形成有效的反馈键.而左过渡金属拥有较少的d电子,难以有效抓住吸附物,最终导致较低的N2选择性.  相似文献

The title complex, C20H17N4Pd2Cl3·0.5CH3OH, crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.927(6), b = 11.079(6), c = 11.233(6) ?, α = 73.970(12), β = 85.738(16), γ = 83.300(12)o, V = 1178.1(11)?3, Mr = 648.55, Z = 2, Dc = 1.520 g/cm3, μ = 1.884 mm-1, F(000) = 634, the final R = 0.0460 and wR = 0.1280. This title compound was investigated for the catalytic behavior towards norbornene(NB) vinyl addition polymerization. And the complex exhibits good catalytic activity to catalyze norbornene polymerization using MAO as a cocatalyst.  相似文献
