OSCILLATION RESULTS FOR A SECOND ORDER NEUTRAL DELAY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

Some new oscillation criteria are established for a second order neutral delay differential equations. These results improve oscillation results of Y.V. Rogo-vchenko for the retarded delay differential equations. The relevance of our theorems is illustrated with two carefully selected examples.

通过二次阳极氧化方法制备多孔氧化铝膜与一次阳极氧化方法制备多孔氧化铝膜孔排布规律性的对比 ,结果发现 ,二次阳极氧化方法制取的多孔氧化铝膜孔排布规律性明显好于一次阳极氧化法制取的多孔膜 .在几个微米范围内 ,孔呈理想的六角排布 .去除一次阳极氧化膜后 ,二次阳极氧化得以在更良好的表面进行 ,制取的氧化铝膜孔规律性和有序度更高 .有序区域的尺寸与晶粒内的亚晶大小有一定关系     

Nuclear superstructure {1/2, 0, 1/2} of an La<Subscript>0.93</Subscript>Sr<Subscript>0.07</Subscript>MnO<Subscript>3</Subscript> manganite orthorhombic crystal

The {1/2, 0, 1/2} nuclear superstructure in an La_0.93Sr_0.07MnO₃ manganite orthorhombic crystal is revealed using thermal-neutron diffraction. It is demonstrated that this superlattice belongs to the class of distortion-type structures and is directly associated with a 1/16-type ordering of Mn⁴⁺ and Mn³⁺ ions in a collinear ferromagnetic phase of the La_0.93Sr_0.07MnO₃ manganite.     

Decay of neutron-rich Ga isotopes near N = 50 at PARRNe

The PARRNe facility has been used to produce neutron-rich isotopes ^83,84Gaby the ISOL method. Their decay has been studied, and β-γ coincidence and γ-γ coincidence data were collected as a function of time. The first two excited levels in ⁸³Ge and the first excited level in ⁸⁴Ge have been measured for the first time.

On the thermophoresis of a spheroidal solid aerosol particle

The steady motion of a spheroidal aerosol particle with inner nonuniformly distributed heat sources (sinks) that is placed in an external temperature gradient is theoretically studied in the Stokes approximation. The mean temperature of the particle surface is assumed to differ slightly from that of the gaseous environment. An analytic expression for the force and rate of thermophoresis are found by solving the gas-dynamic equations in view of the motion of the environment.
