Donor–acceptor type (DA-type) polymeric photovoltaic material with a dicarboxylic imide-substituted benzene (phthalimide) derivative as electron-withdrawing units, poly[4,4′-didodecyl-2,2′-bithiophene-co-5,5′-(3,6-bis(thieno-2-yl)-N-octyl-phthalimide] (PDBTTPT), was synthesized by a Stille coupling reaction. It had an optical band gap of 1.96 V and a relatively low HOMO energy level of ?5.34 eV in spite of it being a thiophene-based polymer. Photovoltaic devices with PDBTTPT/PC71BM active layers were fabricated under a variety of conditions for optimizing device performance. PDBTTPT exhibited the best power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 1.5% in the device where 80 wt.% of the PC71BM was contained in the active layer (PDBTTPT:PC71BM = 1:4, w/w) and which was pre-annealed at 120 °C for 10 min. In addition, a device which was pre-annealed at 140 °C for 10 min and a device which was post-annealed at 120 °C for 10 min showed analogous PCE values of 1.5% as well, although small differences were exhibited between various parameters, such as VOC, JSC, and FF.  相似文献

We report the development of a versatile microfluidic (MF) reactor with multiple analytical probes, which can be used for (i) quantitative characterisation of molecular vibrational signatures of reactants or products, (ii) the localised real-time monitoring of temperature and (iii) site-specific measurements of pH of the reaction system. The analytical probes utilised for in situ reaction analysis include an ATR-FTIR probe, a temperature probe, and a pH probe. We demonstrate the applications of the MF reactor with integrated probes for the parallel monitoring of multiple variables in acid/base neutralisation reaction, of changes in buffer pH, temperature, and vibrational absorption bands, and for monitoring the kinetics of the reaction between CO(2) and a buffer system with therapeutic applications.  相似文献

New efficient push–pull organic semiconductors comprising of the bis(9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-yl)aniline (bisDMFA) donor and the various acceptors such as NO2, DCBP, and TCF, which were linked with bithiophene or vinyl bithiophene π-conjugation bridges, were synthesized, and their photovoltaic characteristics were investigated in solution-processed small molecule organic solar cells (SMOSCs). The intramolecular charge transfers of these materials were effectively appeared in between bisDMFA donor and acceptors, depending on the electron-withdrawing strength of acceptors. The organic semiconductors having NO2 and DCBP acceptors exhibited the most efficient photovoltaic performance, showing power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 1.98% (±0.17) and 2.01% (±0.21), respectively. When the TiOx thin layer was treated on photoactive layer, the organic semiconductor having NO2 showed the best PCE of 2.70% with short circuit current of 8.19 mA/cm2, fill factor of 0.40, and open circuit voltage of 0.83 V in SMOSC devices.  相似文献

[structure: see text] We report G-quartet formation from an N2-modified lipophilic guanosine nucleoside, N2-(4-n-butylphenyl)-2',3',5'-O-triacetylguanosine. We show that, in the presence of either K+ or Na+, this guanosine derivative self-assembles into a D4-symmetric octamer consisting of two stacking all-syn G-quartets in a tail-to-tail (or head-to-head) fashion and a central ion.  相似文献

A novel series of oligophenylene OPP(n)-substituted calix[4]crown-4s bearing up to three phenylene units, 1a-d, has been efficiently synthesized by means of either microwave-assisted or silver(I) ion-assisted Pd-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling of tetraiodocalix[4]crown-4 and the corresponding oligophenylboronic acids. Complexation of OPP(n)-substituted calix[4]crown-4s with silver (I) ion was substantiated by 1H NMR spectroscopic and high-resolution ESI- or MALDI-TOF- MS studies. The weak binding affinities of OPP(n)-substituted calix[4]crown-4s for silver (I) ion, which were estimated from 1H NMR titrations with binding association in the range of 30-90 M(-1), allows reversible disassembling in the presence of KI at ambient temperature. Remarkably, the single-crystal X-ray structures of OPP(n)-calix[4]crown-4.Ag+ complexes indicate the atypical silver (I) ion-crown ether binding mode resulting in the formation of rigid nanocones with volume created up to approximately 1500 A(3). Our results suggested that despite the weak binding affinity of crown ether ligands for silver (I) ion, this weak interaction is still be useful as a tool to construct supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

Intensity‐modulated photocurrent spectroscopy and intensity‐modulated photovoltage spectroscopy are employed to measure the dynamics of electron transport and recombination in the ZnO nanowire (NW) array‐ZnO/layered basic zinc acetate (LBZA) nanoparticle (NP) composite dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The roles of the vertical ZnO NWs and insulating LBZA in the electron collection and transport in DSSCs are investigated by comparing the results to those in the TiO2–NP, horizontal TiO2–NW and vertical ZnO–NW‐array DSSCs. The electron transport rate and electron lifetime in the ZnO NW/NP composite DSSC are superior to those in the conventional TiO2–NP cell due to the existence of the vertical ZnO NWs and insulating LBZA. It indicates that the ZnO NW/NP composite anode is able to sustain efficient electron collection over much greater thickness than the TiO2–NP cell does. Consequently, a larger effective electron diffusion length is available in the ZnO composite DSSC.  相似文献

We propose a label-free depth-resolved tomographic scheme for imaging a single live cell in fluid. This approach utilizes a modified time-domain full-field optical coherence tomography (FF-OCT) system combined with an optical tweezer technique. The optical trap for holding a moving specimen is made by tightly focusing a 1064 nm Q-switching pulsed laser beam with a 1.0 NA microscope objective in the sample arm of the FF-OCT part. By cosharing the probe for both systems, the optical actions of trapping and cellular resolution tomographic imaging could be achieved simultaneously. Feasibility of the combined system is demonstrated by imaging micron-sized polystyrene beads and a living suspension cell in medium.  相似文献

An optic-based X-ray tomography system of a high spatial resolution using a conventional X-ray tube was proposed. The system had several X-ray optics: multilayer mirror for monochromatic X-ray, capillary optic for focusing X-ray onto a sample, and objective zone plate. The X-ray tomography system was designed for obtaining a spatial resolution of 100 nm. Design parameters for each optic were determined and optimized by ray tracing in considering X-ray intensity and reflectivity. The X-ray tomography system with a spatial resolution of 100 nm will provide a good inspect tool in bio-medical field and semiconductor applications.  相似文献

Despite well-known systemic immune reactions in peripheral trauma, little is known about their roles in posttraumatic neurological disorders, such as anxiety, sickness, and cognitive impairment. Leukocyte invasion of the brain, a common denominator of systemic inflammation, is involved in neurological disorders that occur in peripheral inflammatory diseases, whereas the influences of peripheral leukocytes on the brain after peripheral trauma remain largely unclear. In this study, we found that leukocytes, largely macrophages, transiently invaded the brain of zebrafish larvae after peripheral trauma through vasculature-independent migration, which was a part of the systemic inflammation and was mediated by interleukin-1b (il1b). Notably, myeloid cells in the brain that consist of microglia and invading macrophages were implicated in posttraumatic anxiety-like behaviors, such as hyperactivity (restlessness) and thigmotaxis (avoidance), while a reduction in systemic inflammation or myeloid cells can rescue these behaviors. In addition, invading leukocytes together with microglia were found to be responsible for the clearance of apoptotic cells in the brain; however, they also removed the nonapoptotic cells, which suggested that phagocytes have dual roles in the brain after peripheral trauma. More importantly, a category of conserved proteins between zebrafish and humans or rodents that has been featured in systemic inflammation and neurological disorders was determined in the zebrafish brain after peripheral trauma, which supported that zebrafish is a translational model of posttraumatic neurological disorders. These findings depicted leukocyte invasion of the brain during systemic inflammation after peripheral trauma and its influences on the brain through il1b-dependent mechanisms.Subject terms: Neuroimmunology, Acute inflammation  相似文献
