Semiconducting thin films consisting of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (RR-PHT) and poly(N-dodecylacrylamide) (pDDA) were constructed by the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique. A mixture of RR-PHT and pDDA spread from a chloroform solution on a water surface forms a stable monolayer, which can be transferred onto solid substrates by the LB method, yielding a well-defined polymer LB film. Surface morphology studies of the LB film indicate that the RR-PHT is dispersed uniformly throughout the surface. The polymer thin film was chemically doped by contacting with FeCl3 acetonitrile solution, and a conductivity of 5.6 S/cm was achieved. Further, the LB film was utilized as the semiconducting film in the field-effect transistor (FET), and mobilities of 2.2 x 10(-4) and 4.4 x 10(-4) cm2 V(-1) s(-1) were obtained by analyzing the saturated and linear regions of the current-voltage characteristic, respectively.  相似文献

We investigate the novel problem of what happens in special relativity and in relativistic field theories whenthree-dimensional space is quantized. First we examine the equation for elastic waves on a linear chain, the simplest example of a quantized medium, and propose, on its analogy, a nonlinearp-k relationp=k(sinhkl)/kl for light and material waves. Here,kl is a new variable which represents the space-quantization effect on the plane wave of wave numberk=|k|. (Note thatkl=0 givesp=k.) This relation makes the light velocity in vacuum dependent onkl. We postulate, however, that the phase and group velocities of each individual light wave are still invariant, and try to generalize special relativity to the case ofkl 0. This can be simply done if the invariance ofkl is assumed. Our results suggest that localization might be a relative concept. One interesting consequence of our proposal is that relativistic field theories become automatically finite. This comes out without violating unitarity or causality. A precise measurement of velocities of high-energy photons or massive particles is desirable for checking our proposal.  相似文献

The precise molecular structure of [PdCl(CH2SCH3)(PPh3)2] has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray diffraction data collected at ?160°C. The CH2Cl2 solvated crystal ([PdCl(CH2SCH3)(PPh3)2 · CH2Cl2]) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with four formula units in a cell of dimensions: a 14.973(3), b 15.333(3), c 17.377(3) Å and β 115.77(1)° at ?160°C. The structure was solved by the conventional heavy atom method and refined by the least-squares procedure to R = 0.035 for observed reflections. The geometry around the palladium atom is square-planar. The phosphorus atoms of the two triphenylphosphine ligands are mutually trans. The CH2SCH3 group is bonded to the palladium atom only through the PdC σ-bond and the sulfur atom is not bonded to the metal atom (PdC(1) 2.061(3), SC(1) 1.796(3), SC(2) 1.817(5), Pd?S 2.973(1) Å, PdC(1)S 100.64(14)° and C(1)SC(2) 101.28(18)°). The structure is in contrast to that of [PdCl(CH2SCH3)(PPh3)], in which both the carbon and sulfur atoms of the CH2SCH3 group are bonded to the palladium atom.  相似文献

We analyzed ABC transporter solute-binding proteins (SBPs) of the Bacillus subtilis membrane using a proteomic approach. We prepared a washed cell membrane fraction that was insoluble in 134 mM nondetergent sulfobetaine and then extracted proteins using mixtures of detergents in a stepwise manner. The membrane proteins were resolved by three two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2-D PAGE) or two one-dimensional (1-D) PAGE procedures, electroblotted, and digested in the presence of 5% or 80% acetonitrile. Thereafter, matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) identified 637 proteins corresponding to 15.9% of the total cellular proteins. We predicted that among these, 256 were membrane proteins, 101 were lipoproteins or secretory proteins and 280 were soluble proteins containing peripheral proteins that function in both the cytoplasm and the cell membrane such as SecA and FtsY. Among the 637 proteins, we identified 30 SBPs among 38 importers predicted by a bioinformatic search of the genome. We confirmed expression of the genes for the 30 SBPs using DNA microarray analysis. We compared the 2-D gel separation profiles of submembrane fractions solubilized by 1% n-dodecyl-beta-D-maltoside from cells cultured on Luria Bertani (LB), S7, and S7 medium without glutamate as well as DNA microarray data on LB and S7. The results suggested that YcdH, YtmK and YurO are binding proteins for Mn(++), glutamate and glucose, respectively, and that YqiX and YxeM are binding proteins for amino acids (tryptophan in S7 medium).  相似文献

7-Hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin(4-methylumbelliferone, HMC) and Rhodamine 6G(R6G) were encapsulated into silicate polymeric glass prepared by the sol-gel method under acidic, basic, and neutral conditions from tetraethyl orthosilicate. The fluorescence spectra of these molecules encapsulated into the xerogel state depend on the used catalysts. Three types of fluorescence emissions having peak wavelengths of ca. 390 nm, 470 nm, and 550 run, respectively, were observed simultaneously in the xerogel state composed of HMC and R6G which were prepared by acid catalysts. The encapsulated HMC remains stable for more than one year in the prepared xerogel. The results open the way to the development of simultaneous three-band laser emissions. The observation of the fluorescence spectrum of HMC is useful for a molecular level photophysical probe elucidating the structural changes oftetraethyl orthosilicate during sol to gel to xerogel transitions.  相似文献

The graft copolymerization of styrene onto preirradiated poly(isobutylene oxide) was studied. An alkyl radical, ? C(CH3)2? CH? O? , was mainly observed by the irradiation of preswelled poly(isobutylene oxide) in aerated methanol. Kinetic analysis of the graft copolymerization indicated that the preswelling influenced ktr and kt and did not influence of ∫ Ridt and kp.  相似文献

The uneven distribution of ventilation—perfusion ratios ( ) in diseased lungs is the major cause of arterial hypoxemia. Farhi and Yokoyama (1967) and Yokoyama and Farhi (1967) were the first who used physiologically inert gases as indicator gases to assess the uneven distribution of Wagner and his coworkers in San Diego (1977b) extended the method and elaborated the multiple inert gas elimination technique in which blood flows in 50 compartments with different were estimated based on data for 6 indicator gases. They analyzed the indicator gas data through an enforced smoothing technique with the ridge regression. To get smooth distributions, they introduced a weighting function for compartments and an additional treatment for the non-negativity of the blood flow. The weighting function was empirically obtained. We analyzed the data without putting any weights on compartments nor any additional treatment for non-negativity of blood flow. The analytical method in the present study was a modified Newton method, which is one of the enforced smoothing method. Our method was capable of recovering all distribution patterns that were found through the method reported by Wagner et al. (1977b).  相似文献

A novel approach has been made to the divergence problem in local field theories, in which the notion of locality is still retained but loses its absolute meaning, just like simultaneity. The basic idea is to introduce a pure-imaginary elementary length into 3-dimensional space, while keeping time structureless so as to retain the unitarity of theS-matrix. Consequently, light becomes dispersive at sufficiently short wavelengths, and Lorentz transformation becomes a point-to-string transformation. When reformulated to meet the new Lorentz invariance, all the localfield (in the above sense) theories in a flat space become finite,while retaining their conventional form. This has been demonstrated by the derivation of finitized Coulomb potential and correct high-momentum behavior of quantum-electrodynamic coupling constant. For diagrams including gravitons, evaluation of the superficial degrees of divergence shows that only a restricted number of 1-(and 2-) loop diagrams might be divergent, while those of more than 3 loops are definitely convergent, thus indicating possible renormalizability (or something better) of quantum gravity in Einstein's formalism of general relativity. Since 4-dimensional simple supergravity removes 1-and 2-loop divergence, a combination of the theory and the present one might lead to a more interesting result.  相似文献
