Convergent synthesis of the common FGHI-ring part (54) of ciguatoxins was achieved via the following key steps: (i) the Nozaki-Hiyama-Kishi reaction connecting the F-ring part (6) with the I-ring part (7); (ii) regio- and stereoselective epoxidation; (iii) the 6-exo-epoxide opening reaction forming simultaneously the H-ring and the quaternary asymmetric center at C30; (iv) inversion of the C29 stereocenter by a two-step oxidation/reduction process, where the successful inversion depended on proper management of the steric environment of the substrate; and (v) final reductive cyclization constructing the G-ring.  相似文献

Using facile, highly modular synthetic approaches, a new monomer family based on a 1,2,3-triazole-4-vinyl building block has been prepared, and various functional derivatives have been obtained. Subsequent homo- and copolymerization of these novel functionalized monomers gives polymeric materials with unique physical properties, combining many attractive features of more traditional monomers, such as styrene, vinylpyridine, and meth/acrylates.  相似文献

Summary: Self-organized honeycomb-patterned polymer films were prepared by using condensed water droplet arrays as templates. Porous polymer masks for dry etching were easily prepared on Si substrates by peeling off the honeycomb-patterned films. Copoly(γ-stearly-L -glutamate-γ-methyl-L -glutamate)s with various compositions were synthesized by the ester exchange reaction of poly(γ-methyl-L -glutamate). Circular dichroism studies were carried out for solution and solid film as a function of the degree of stearylation and temperature. The slight and gradual temperature dependence of molecular ellipticity was observed for solution of all the copolyglutamates studied here and for the solid film of the copolyglutamate with the degree of stearylation of 16%, indicative of no reversal in the helix sense. However the remarkable change in negative molecular ellipticity with temperature was detected for the solid film of the copolyglutamate with a low degree of stearylation, e.g., 52%, whereas the drastic change in molecular ellipticity from a negative to positive value appeared for that with a higher degree of stearylation. This is discussed in terms of the reversal in the helix sense from a right- to left-handed α helix with the increase of temperature occurring at the melting temperature of the ordered side chain region.  相似文献

Americium and plutonium concentrations in food samples and human tissue samples were determined using alpha-ray spectrometry.Food samples, representative of the average dietar intake over a period of 30d in Japan, were pruchased in Akita during 1985 and 1986. The food was divided into six groups: cereals, vegetable, fruits/beans, seaweeds, fish/shellfish, and meats/eggs/milk. Most of the. total ingestion of both Pu and Am was contributed by seaseed and fish/shellfish. The concentration of Am in the other food groups was low.A compoarison of the measured241Am/239+240Pu ratio in human liver with the predicted value of the ICRP-30 or ICRP-48 model showed that the half-life of Am in the liver is approximately 2–10y. The human tissue samples were obtained from subjects who died in Akita and Niigata Prefectures in northern Japan during 1981–1984. The median concentration of241Am was 1.4 mBq/kg-wet in the stemum (n=11), 3.4 mBq/kg-wet in the liver (n=19), and 0.5 mBq/kg-wet in the lung (n=15). The ratio of241Am/239+240Pu was 0.34 in the sternum, 0.12 in the liver, and 0.14 in the lung.  相似文献

As in the case of vinylhydroquinone (I), its alkyl-substituted derivative, 2-methyl-5-vinylhydroquinone (II) was found to copolymerize with methyl methacrylate by tri-n-butylborane in cyclohexanone at 30°C. II was prepared from the O,O′-bisether compound, 2-methyl-5-vinyl-O,O′-bis(1′-ethoxyethyl)hydroquinone (III). The monomer reactivity ratios (M2 = II) were determined to be r1 = 0.37 and r2 = 0. No homopolymerization proceeded under the same conditions. Ordinary free-radical initiators, such as azobisisobutyronitrile and benzoyl peroxide, were not effective in the homopolymerization of II. 1:1 Copolymers were obtained from II and maleic anhydride by using tri-n-butylborane as an initiator. The copolymers exhibited no definite melting range and decomposed at 370–375°C endothermally (DSC). The polymerization behavior of III was also investigated. Although tri-n-butylborane did not initiate the homopolymerization of the monomer, azobisisobutyronitrile was capable of initiating the homopolymerization and copolymerization of III. The monomer reactivity ratios (M1 = styrene) were determined to be r1 = 0.83 and r2 = 0.18. The ratios gave the following Q and e values; Q = 0.15 and e = ?2.2.  相似文献
