1‐Acetyl‐3′‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐3′‐chlorospiro[3H‐indole‐3,2′‐oxetan]‐2(1H)‐one

In the title compound, C₁₈H₁₃BrClNO₃, the heterocyclic ring of the indole is distorted from planarity towards an envelope conformation. The orientations of the indole, oxetane, chloro and bromo­phenyl substituents are conditioned by the sp³ states of the spiro‐junction and the Cl‐attached C atoms.     

邻羟基二苯甲酮类紫外吸收剂离解常数的测定

本工作对两种常见的商品紫外吸收剂——2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(UV-9)和2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)在基态和激发态时的离解常数进行了测定。对UV-0存在着反常的吸收强度和pH关系曲线作了合理的解释, 并结合测得的离解常数对上述紫外吸收剂耗失能量的机理进行了讨论。     

Controlled growth of calcium carbonate by poly(ethylenimine) at the air/water interface

Two metastable calcium carbonate polymorphs, hemispherical vaterite and needle-like aragonite, are selectively formed at the air/water interface by the mediation of poly(ethyleneimine)(with molecular weights of 25000 and 2000, respectively) dissolved in supersaturated calcium bicarbonate solution.     

Preparation and characterization of nitrogen-doped TiO2 photocatalyst in different acid environments

Nitrogen-doped TiO₂ powders were successfully prepared by a wet method, i.e., a micro-emulsion-hydrothermal method, in different acid environments. Several characterization techniques, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra, were combined to determine the crystal phase, concentration and chemical states of the nitrogen doped in TiO₂. The high photocatalytic activity of the nitrogen-doped TiO₂ was evaluated through the decomposition of rhodanmine B under visible light irradiation. It was suggested that the doped nitrogen formed oxynitride (NO) and produced impurity states at higher above the valence band of TiO₂. Therefore, the nitrogen doping could enhance the response of photocatalyst to the visible light and improve the photocatalytic activity because of the narrowing of band gap of TiO₂.     

甲亚胺与姜黄素测定土壤有效硼方法的对比研究

土壤有效硼是决定土壤供硼能力的重要指标，目前中国多以沸水浸提土壤，并用姜黄素比色测硼值作为作物硼营养丰缺诊断指标．但在长期实践中，发现作物硼营养状况与热水溶性硼的相关性不稳定，同时测定值重现性不良。为提高作物硼营养诊断和预测的准确性，本研究通过０．０１ｍｏｌ／ＬＣａＣｌ２在２６０℃、３５ｍｉｎ浸提土壤条件下，用甲亚胺比色与沸水浸提，姜黄素比色法测定土壤有效硼的对比研究，证明甲亚胺法测定结果稳定，操作方法简便，适用于低硼土壤的大批量试样的自动分析。为甲亚胺测硼方法的推广应用，本研究已研制甲亚胺粉状试剂获得成功，与进口甲亚胺比较，性能完全一致。     

分子筛模型中非骨架离子位置的研究

从理论上研究了非骨架阳离子可能的分布位置．计算了分子筛晶体基本结构单元在整个空间的静电势分布，找出空间中静电势的各个极小点．在静电势最低点逐个放置钠离子，优化，重新计算模型分子筛的电势分布．研究了阳离子放置过程中静电势变化的趋势．     

Hydroxylation of nigranoic acid to 6β-hydroxynigranoic acid by Caryospora carllicarpa YMF1.01026

Microbial transformation of nigranoic acid by Caryospora carllicarpa YMF1.01026 afforded the new derivative 6β-hydro-xynigranoic acid. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

Different protein expression of myocardium from Chinese mini-swine model of myocardial infarct

High-resolution two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE), followed by computer-assisted image analysis was used to screen protein patterns of normal and infarcted myocardial tissues for quantitative and qualitative differences in protein expression. In the gels of pH 5–8 immobilized pH gradient (IPG) strips, 851 protein spots were detected in normal myocardial tissue and 1 032 protein spots were resolved in infarcted myocardial tissue. Thirteen protein spots only expressed in normal myocardial tissue, and 14 protein spots only expressed in infarcted myocardial tissue. Results also showed that 49 protein spots displayed quantitative changes in expression between normal and infarcted myocardial tissue. Eleven protein spots were subjected to mass spectrometry (MS) analysis and seven proteins were identified by peptide mass fingerprinting (PMF). 轻希土硫氰酸盐与2, 3, 11, 12, -四苯基-1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16-六氧-2, 11-十八环二烯配合物的合成及XPS研究

合成了六种轻希土硫氰酸盐与标题不饱和冠醚的新固体配合物,进行了元素分析,摩尔电导率、DTA、UV、IR和XPS等表征.对Ln(NCS)₃·L和Ln(NCS)₃的XPS研究中,得到它们组成原子芯能级电子(Ln3d_5/2,Ols,Nls,S2p)的结合能信息;观察到除Y3d_5/2外Ln3d_5/2(Ln=La、Ce、Pr、Nd、和Sm)的伴峰结构,Ln3d_5/2结合能与原子序数呈线性关系,并推断类似化合物Pm³d_5/2结合能在1035eV附近.
