The title molecule, C40H32O6, possesses crystallographically imposed twofold symmetry, with the central two C atoms of the naphthalene unit sited on the rotation axis. The two 4‐phenoxybenzoyl groups in the molecule are twisted away from the attached naphthalene unit, with a torsion angle of 66.76 (15)° between the naphthalene unit and the carbonyl group (C—C—C=O), and are oriented in mutually opposing directions (anti orientation). There is an apparent difference in the conformations of the 4‐phenoxybenzoyl groups at the 1‐ and 8‐positions of the naphthalene ring between the title molecule and its methoxy‐bearing homologue [Hijikata et al. (2010). Acta Cryst. E 66 , o2902–o2903]. Whilst the 4‐phenoxybenzoyl groups in 2,7‐diisopropoxy‐1,8‐bis(4‐phenoxybenzoyl)naphthalene [Yoshiwaka et al. (2013). Acta Cryst. E 69 , o242] are situated in the same anti orientation as the title molecule, those of 2,7‐dimethoxy‐1,8‐bis(4‐phenoxybenzoyl)naphthalene are oriented in the same direction with respect to the naphthalene ring system, i.e. in a syn orientation.  相似文献

Direct aldol reactions of several aromatic aldehydes with ketones using l-proline-2,4,6-trinitroanilide catalyst 2d were conducted. Under optimized conditions, high enantioselectivity (99% ee), regioselectivity (up to 95:5), and diastereoselectivity (up to 98:2) were achieved.  相似文献

Enantiopure [6]helicene containing an embedded seven-membered ring and carbo[7]helicene (>99 % ee) with opposite helicity were simultaneously and quantitatively (>99 %) synthesized with a perfect stereospecificity through stepwise acid-promoted intramolecular alkyne annulations of doubly axial-chiral cyclization precursors. The helical handedness of the [6]- and [7]helicenes was fully stereocontrolled by the doubly axial chirality of the precursors as a result of complete axial-to-helical chirality transfer. The cyclizations proceeded in a stepwise manner; the first six-membered ring formation was followed by the kinetically controlled seven- or six-membered ring formation with or without helix-inversion of a [4]helicene intermediate generated during the first cyclization step, thus quantitatively producing enantiopure circularly polarized luminescent [6]- and [7]helicenes with opposite helicity.  相似文献

A cross-linked poly- N-isopropylacrylamide (polyNIPAM) nanocapsule, TH@PC, containing thionine (TH), an organic photosensitizer, has been synthesized. This capsulated polymeric photosensitizer promotes a singlet oxygen oxygenation ( (1)O 2) accurately controlled by temperature: it shows high oxygenation activity at low temperature, but shows activity decrease with a rise in temperature, resulting in almost zero activity at >40 degrees C. The clear on-off activity control is driven by a heat-induced structure change of the capsule from the swollen single capsule to contracted state, and then to aggregate, behaving as an intelligent (1)O 2 filter. At low temperature, the capsule exists as the swollen single capsule, which allows (1)O 2 diffusion to bulk water, resulting in high oxygenation activity. A rise in temperature leads to contraction of the capsule, reducing the mesh size of the capsule wall. This suppresses (1)O 2 diffusion to bulk water and shows decreased activity. Intercapsule aggregation at >30 degrees C further suppresses (1)O 2 diffusion and shows almost no activity. The capsule promotes reversible activity control regardless of the heating/cooling process and can be reused with a simple recovery process.  相似文献

We developed novel magnetic nano-carriers around 180 nm in diameter for affinity purification. Prepared magnetic nano-carriers possessed uniform core/shell/shell nano-structure composed of 40 nm magnetite particles/poly(styrene-co-glycidyl methacrylate (GMA))/polyGMA, which was constructed by admicellar polymerization. By utilizing relatively large 40 nm magnetite particles with large magnetization, the magnetic nano-carriers could show good response to permanent magnet. Thanks to uniform polymer shell with high physical/chemical stability, the magnetic nano-carriers could disperse in a wide range of organic solvent without disruption of core/shell structure and could immobilize various kinds of drugs. We examined affinity purification using our prepared magnetic nano-carriers with anti-cancer agent methotrexate (MTX) as ligand. Our magnetic nano-carriers showed higher performance compared to commercially available magnetic beads in terms of purification efficiency of target including extent of non-specific binding protein.  相似文献

In order to understand the behavior of individual cells, single cell analyses have attracted attention since most cell-based assays provide data with values averaged across a large number of cells. Techniques for the manipulation and analysis of single cells are crucial for understanding the behavior of individual cells. In the present study, we have developed single cell culture arrays using magnetic force and a pin holder, which enables the allocation of the magnetically labeled cells on arrays, and have analyzed their dynamics. The pin holder was made from magnetic soft iron and contained more than 6000 pillars on its surface. The pin holder was placed on a magnet to concentrate the magnetic flux density above the pillars. NIH/3T3 fibroblasts that were labeled with magnetite cationic liposomes (MCLs) were seeded into a culture dish, and the dish was placed over the pin holder with the magnet. The magnetically labeled cells were guided on the surface where the pillars were positioned and allocated on the arrays with a high resolution. Single-cell patterning was achieved by adjusting the number of cells seeded, and the target cell was collected by a micromanipulator after removing the pin holder with the magnet. Furthermore, change in the morphology of magnetically patterned cells was analyzed by microscopic observation, and cell spreading on the array was observed with time duration. Magnetic force-based cell patterning on cell culture arrays would be a suitable technique for the analysis of cell behavior in studies of cell-cell variation and cell-cell interactions.  相似文献

Novel Hg(OTf) 2-catalyzed arylene cyclization was achieved with highly efficient catalytic turnover (up to 200 times). The reaction takes place via protonation of allylic hydroxyl group by in situ formed TfOH of an organomercuric intermediate to generate a cationic species.
