We derive the quantum constraint algebra for a closed bosonic string moving in a gravitational and dilaton background to first order in '. The hamiltonian approach is used to directly compute the quantum constraint commutators and calculate the c-and q-number anomalies that arise at the quantum level. The requirement that the algebra preserves the conformal invariance leads to the known background field equations.  相似文献

A series of novel [60]fullerene-ferrocene and [60]fullerene-porphyrin dyads, in which a fullerene and an electron donating moiety are attached through a flexible triethylene glycol linker are synthesized and their nonlinear optical (NLO) response studied. Specifically, the third-order susceptibility chi(3) of all fullerene derivatives are measured in toluene solutions by the optical Kerr effect (OKE) technique using 532 nm, 35 ps laser pulses and their second hyperpolarizability gamma are determined. All fullerene dyads studied exhibit enhancement of their NLO response compared to pristine fullerenes which has been attributed to the formation of a charge separated state. All experimentally measured hyperpolarizability gamma values are also calculated by the semiempirical methods AM1 and PM3. A good correlation is found between the theoretical and experimental values, suggesting that simple semiempirical methods can be employed for the designing and optimization of the fullerene-containing dyads displaying improved nonlinear responses.  相似文献

A palladium complex with a new hemilabile amino- and sulfur-containing phosphinite ligand has been synthesised and its crystal structure determined. This system efficiently catalyses the Heck reaction of aryl bromides with styrene at 130°C after 24 h, with turnover numbers of up to 100000 and with a selectivity towards trans-stilbenes ranging from 91.5 to 96.3%. The analogous sulfur-containing phosphinite without the amino group has also been synthesised and subjected to the Heck reaction. The constructive role of the amino group on the formation of the P,S-chelate palladium complex as well as in the Heck reaction is discussed.  相似文献

o-Quinone methides are formed from the reaction of nucleophiles with trimethylsilyl(methyl)-1,4-benzoquinones. These reactive intermediates are trapped by excess nucleophile to form substituted quinones following oxidation. In addition, varying amounts of a symmetrical dimer and a xanthen derivative were observed. The influence of different nucleophiles and ring substituents on the rate of reaction have been studied, and are consistent with rate-limiting formation of a vinylogous enolate initiated by attack of the nucleophile on the silyl group.  相似文献

Intramolecular and intermolecular kinetic isotope effects (KIEs) were determined for hydroxylation of the enantiomers of trans-2-(p-trifluoromethylphenyl)cyclopropylmethane (1) by hepatic cytochrome P450 enzymes, P450s 2B1, Delta2B4, Delta2B4 T302A, Delta2E1, and Delta2E1 T303A. Two products from oxidation of the methyl group were obtained, unrearranged trans-2-(p-trifluoromethylphenyl)cyclopropylmethanol (2) and rearranged 1-(p-trifluoromethylphenyl)but-3-en-1-ol (3). In intramolecular KIE studies with dideuteriomethyl substrates (1-d(2)) and in intermolecular KIE studies with mixtures of undeuterated (1-d(0)) and trideuteriomethyl (1-d(3)) substrates, the apparent KIE for product 2 was consistently larger than the apparent KIE for product 3 by a factor of ca. 1.2. Large intramolecular KIEs found with 1-d(2) (k(H)/k(D) = 9-11 at 10 degrees C) were shown not to be complicated by tunneling effects by variable temperature studies with two P450 enzymes. The results require two independent isotope-sensitive processes in the overall hydroxylation reactions that are either competitive or sequential. Intermolecular KIEs were partially masked in all cases and largely masked for some P450s. The intra- and intermolecular KIE results were combined to determine the relative rate constants for the unmasking and hydroxylation reactions, and a qualitative correlation was found for the unmasking reaction and release of hydrogen peroxide from four of the P450 enzymes in the absence of substrate. The results are consistent with the two-oxidants model for P450 (Vaz, A. D. N.; McGinnity, D. F.; Coon, M. J. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 1998, 95, 3555), which postulates that a hydroperoxy-iron species (or a protonated analogue of this species) is a viable electrophilic oxidant in addition to the consensus oxidant, iron-oxo.  相似文献

A new Monte Carlo algorithm is presented for the simulation of atomistically detailed alkanethiol self-assembled monolayers (R-SH) on a Au(111) surface. Built on a set of simpler but also more complex (sometimes nonphysical) moves, the new algorithm is capable of efficiently driving all alkanethiol molecules to the Au(111) surface, thereby leading to full surface coverage, irrespective of the initial setup of the system. This circumvents a significant limitation of previous methods in which the simulations typically started from optimally packed structures on the substrate close to thermal equilibrium. Further, by considering an extended ensemble of configurations each one of which corresponds to a different value of the sulfur-sulfur repulsive core potential, sigmass, and by allowing for configurations to swap between systems characterized by different sigmass values, the new algorithm can adequately simulate model R-SH/Au(111) systems for values of sigmass ranging from 4.25 A corresponding to the Hautman-Klein molecular model (J. Chem. Phys. 1989, 91, 4994; 1990, 93, 7483) to 4.97 A corresponding to the Siepmann-McDonald model (Langmuir 1993, 9, 2351), and practically any chain length. Detailed results are presented quantifying the efficiency and robustness of the new method. Representative simulation data for the dependence of the structural and conformational properties of the formed monolayer on the details of the employed molecular model are reported and discussed; an investigation of the variation of molecular organization and ordering on the Au(111) substrate for three CH3-(CH2)n-SH/Au(111) systems with n=9, 15, and 21 is also included.  相似文献

The design of graphene-based materials for biomedical purposes is of great interest. Graphene oxide (GO) sheets represent the most widespread type of graphene materials in biological investigations. In this work, thin GO sheets were synthesized and further chemically functionalized with DOTA (1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid), a stable radiometal chelating agent, by an epoxide opening reaction. We report the tissue distribution of the functionalized GO sheets labeled with radioactive indium (111In) after intravenous administration in mice. Whole body single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT/CT) imaging, gamma counting studies, Raman microscopy and histological investigations indicated extensive urinary excretion and predominantly spleen accumulation. Intact GO sheets were detected in the urine of injected mice by Raman spectroscopy, high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) and electron diffraction. These results offer a previously unavailable pharmacological understanding on how chemically functionalized GO sheets transport in the blood stream and interact with physiological barriers that will determine their body excretion and tissue accumulation.  相似文献

A series of conjugates of amino acids with porphyrins and corroles was synthesized. Their self‐assembling ability under defined conditions was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The morphology and photophysical properties of these molecules were studied by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy in solid, liquid, and self‐assembled forms. We observed that both corrole and porphyrin conjugated with the l ‐phenylalanine–l ‐phenylalanine peptide to form spherical nanostructures with bathochromic shifts in the emission spectra, indicating the formation of aggregates. These aggregates are characterized by the impressive absorption of light over nearly the whole visible range. The broadening of all bands was particularly strong in the case of corroles. The fluorescence lifetimes of self‐assembled species were longer as compared to the solid‐state form.  相似文献
