Electrical, dielectric and surface wetting properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes/nylon-6 nanocomposites 下载免费PDF全文
This paper reports that the multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)/nylon-6 (PA6) nanocomposites with different MWCNT loadingshave been prepared by a simple melt-compounding method. Theelectrical, dielectric, and surface wetting properties of theCNT/PA6 composites have been studied. The temperature dependence ofthe conductivity of the CNT/PA6 composite with 10.0 wt{\%} CNTloading ($\sigma _{\rm RT} \sim 10^{-4}$ S/cm) are measured, andafterwards a charge-energy-limited tunnelling model (ln $\sigma (T)\sim T^{-1/2})$ is found. With increasing CNT weight percentage from0.0 to 10.0 wt%, the dielectric constant of the CNT/PA6composites enhances and the dielectric loss tangent increases twoorders of magnitude. In addition, water contact angles of theCNT/PA6 composites increase and the composites with CNT loadinglarger than 2.0 wt%even become hydrophobic. The obtainedresults indicate that the electrical and surface properties of thecomposites have been significantly enhanced by the embedded carbonnanotubes. 相似文献

Hidden Markov models (HMMs) have been used to model burst error
sources of wireless channels. This paper proposes a hybrid method of
using genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing (SA) to train
HMM for discrete channel modelling. The proposed method is compared
with pure GA, and experimental results show that the HMMs trained by
the hybrid method can better describe the error sequences due to SA's
ability of facilitating hill-climbing at the later stage of the
search. The burst error statistics of the HMMs trained by the
proposed method and the corresponding error sequences are also

The longitudinal ultrasonic velocity (Vl), attenuation (ffl), magnetization and resistivity of single phase polycrystalline La1=3Sr2=3CoO3 were measured as a function of temperature from 20 K to 300 K. The resistivity shows metallic behavior in the whole temperature range and a kink at 235 K was observed, which coincides with the ferromagnetic transition temperature (Tc). As the temperature cools down from Tc, the Vl softens conspicuously at beginning and reaches a minimum at 120 K. After that the Vl dramatically stiffens below 120 K accompanied by a wide attenuation peak. The analysis of the results suggests that these ultrasonic anomalies may correspond to local lattice distortions via the Jahn-Teller effect of intermediate spin Co3+. 相似文献

Summary: Superhydrophilic modification of poly(propylene) and poly(ethylene terephthalate) films' surfaces was realized by the UV‐initiated surface photografting of a N‐vinyl pyrrolidone/N,N′‐methylenebisacrylamide inverse microemulsion. AFM characterization of the treated films' surface revealed that it was the grafted quasi‐bimodal (ca. 45 and 110 nm) particles of cross‐linked poly(N‐vinyl pyrrolidone) that led to superhydrophilicity of the surface. The grafted nanometer‐scale particles showed little influence on the transparency of the substrate's surface, but endowed long‐term stability to the superhydrophilicity.

of polarization functions and electron correlation are included in these calculations. The electronic structures and vibrational
spectra of the most stable geometrical structures of (SiS2)

are analyzed by the same method. As a result, the regularity of the (SiS2)

cluster growth is obtained, and the calculation may used for predicting the formation mechanism of the (SiS2)

A new type of catalyst for the hydrosilylation of unsaturated monomers with dichloromethylsilane (DCMS) was prepared, which consisted of thiolmethylene-substituted styrene–divinyl benzene copolymer and platinum. When using DCMS as a hydrosilylation agent, these catalysts showed a high activity in the hydrosilylation of vinyl and acetylene monomers as styrene, alkyl vinyl silanes, acetylene, phenyl acetylene, butyl acrylate. A cationic terminal iminoborane [Mes*N B ← IPr2Me2][AlBr4] (3+[AlBr4]−) (Mes* = 2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenyl and IPr2Me2 = 1,3-diisopropyl-4,5-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene) has been synthesized and characterized. The employment of an aryl group and N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligand enables 3+[AlBr4]− to exhibit both B-centered Lewis acidity and BN multiple bond reactivities, thus allowing for the construction of tri-coordinate boron cations 5+–12+. More importantly, initial reactions involving coordination, addition, and [2 + 3] cycloadditions have been observed for the cationic iminoborane, demonstrating the potential to build numerous organoboron species via several synthetic routes.An NHC-stabilized aryliminoboryl cation exhibits both boron-centered Lewis acidity and multiple bond reactivity and could be utilized as an effective synthon for unusual cationic boron species. 相似文献
