Involvement of some signalling pathways in response to photodynamic therapy (PDT) of sulfonated aluminium phthalocyanine Photosens has been studied in isolated nerve cell. Neurone photosensitisation with 10(-7) M Photosens gradually inhibited firing and irreversibly abolished neuronal activity. Activation of protein kinase C (PKC) by phorbol ester 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate (TPA) precipitated PDT-induced abolition of neurone activity and caused nucleus swelling and impairment of the nucleus border. Elevation of cytosolic Ca(2+) concentration by ionomycin or thapsigargin also reduced neurone lifetime. In contrast, the PKC inhibitors staurosporine, hypericin or chelerythrine as well as the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase) inhibitors wortmannin or LY294002 increased neurone lifetime. These results showed that PKC, PI 3-kinase and Ca(2+) are involved in PDT-induced neurone inactivation and following death.  相似文献

An experiment performed with the GAMS-4π spectrometer resulted in observing 235 ± 45 events of the decay η′ → 3π 0. The respective charge-exchange reaction at a momentum of 32.5 GeV/c was used as a source of η′ mesons. The decay branching ratio was found to be Br(η′ → 3π 0) = (1.8 ± 0.4) × 10?3. The slope parameter of the square of the respective matrix element in the linear approximation proved to be β = ?0.59 ± 0.18.  相似文献

Samples of polyoxometalate Mo72Fe30: [Mo72Fe30O252(CH3COO)12{Mo2O7(H2O)}2 {H2Mo2O8(H2O)}(H2O)91] · ??150H2O with a buckyball structure, which can be both crystalline and amorphous, were synthesized. It was shown that such samples can be studied by neutron diffraction. The stability of Mo72Fe30 to heating and UV light exposure (in poly(vinyl alcohol) and polyvinylpyrrolidone films) was studied by IR, EPR, and electronic absorption spectroscopy; thermal analysis; and mass spectrometry. Mo72Fe30 was found to be less stable to heating and irradiation in a poly(vinyl alcohol) film as compared with the related polyoxometallate Mo132 free of iron. The sorption properties of Mo72Fe30 to organic vapors and its stability under sorption conditions were studied. It was demonstrated that, in addition to sorption, organic substances cause the destruction of buckyballs.  相似文献

The Ar component in a molecular beam obtained in the discharge of a binary mixture of Ar and He from a nozzle source is investigated with a time-of-flight method. The excited Ar atoms formed by electron impact are recorded. It is shown that for an appropriate choice of recording-system parameters the contribution to the total signal from the mixture comes mainly from the Ar* atoms. The method described is used to study the dependence of the intensity, velocity, and enrichment factor of Ar on the Ar concentration in the starting mixture.  相似文献

The thermodynamics of vaporization in the Bi2O3-Fe2O3 quasibinary system was studied by high-temperature mass-spectrometry. The partial pressures of the constituents of a saturated vapor over the system at 1100 K were determined. Based on the experimental data, the following parameters were calculated: the activities of the components of the Bi2O3-Fe2O3 system condensed phase, the standard enthalpies of some heterogeneous reactions, and standard enthalpies of formation and enthalpies of formation for crystalline BiFeO3 and Bi2Fe4O9 from individual oxides. An optimal temperature for the solid-phase synthesis of bismuth ferrites from simple oxides is recommended.  相似文献

Plastic strain macrolocalization at the parabolic stage of strain hardening in Zr-1 wt% Nb alloy is studied. The plastic flow is found to be unstable, which shows up as the oscillatory periodic space-time variation of the local strain distribution. The results are discussed in terms of a synergetic model of plastic flow evolution.  相似文献
