A three-dimensional global model was used to obtain the solution of a thermal field within the entire furnace during a unidirectional solidification process of multicrystalline silicon with a square crucible. Then the thermal stress distribution in the silicon ingot was solved. Based on the solution of thermal stress, relaxation of stress and multiplication of dislocations were performed by using the Haasen–Alexander–Sumino model (HAS model). The influence of crucible constraint on stress levels and dislocations was investigated. It was found that the crucible constraint had significant influence on the thermal stresses and dislocations in the ingot. The results indicated that it is important to reduce the crucible constraint in order to relax thermal stresses and reduce dislocations in a silicon ingot during the solidification process.  相似文献

We report a useful synthetic method of polypeptides using a series of urethane derivative of α‐amino acids (l ‐leucine, l ‐phenylalanine, l ‐valine, l ‐alanine, l ‐isoleucine, l ‐methionine), which are readily synthesized by N‐carbamoylation of tetrabutylammonium salts of α‐amino acids with diphenyl carbonate. Heating these urethane derivatives in N,N‐dimethylacetamide in the presence of n‐butylamine successfully gave the corresponding polypeptides with well‐defined structures through polycondensation with the elimination of phenol and CO2. The matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry investigation showed that the resulting polypeptides had an n‐BuNH2‐incorporated initiating end and an amino group at propagating end. These results strongly indicated that primary amines served as an initiator in this polycondensation system. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. 2,2-Dimethyl- and 2-benzyl-2-methyl-1-(2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenyl)-1-phosphaethenes were employed as ligand of mononuclear chlorogold(I) complexes, which catalyzed cycloisomerization of 1,6-enyne affording vinylcyclopentene exclusively in the absence of silver co-catalyst. The reaction mechanisms are discussed based on DFT calculations. In addition to the cycloisomerization, the phosphaalkene-chlorogold(I) complexes catalyzed cyclization of pent-4-ynoic acids providing γ-methylene-γ-lactones under basic conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we theoretically and numerically investigate a new type of analytically solvable laser-driven systems inspired by electron-injection dynamics in dye-sensitized solar cells. The simple analytical expressions are found to be useful for understanding the difference between dye excitation and direct photo-injection occurring between dye molecule and semiconductor nanoparticles. More importantly, we propose a method for discriminating experimentally dye excitation and direct photo-injection using time-dependent fluorescence. We have found that dye excitation shows no significant quantum beat, whereas the direct photo-injection shows a significant quantum beat.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive HILIC‐MS/MS method for the simultaneous quantification of nicotine and its metabolites in human maternal and cord sera was developed and validated. After solid‐phase extraction, LC separation was achieved on a hydrophilic interaction chromatography. The validated method is capable of selective identification as well as accurate and sensitive quantification. Analyte recovery ranged from 86.2 to 107.7% and intra‐ and inter‐day assay precision were less than 15% relative standard deviation. This sensitive HILIC‐MS/MS method can be used to determine nicotine and its metabolic profile in smokers. This validated method is useful for the determination of nicotine and its metabolites in human serum in future studies of the effects of nicotine exposure on neonatal outcome. Monitoring of Paint Drying Process by Digital Speckle Correlation   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The state of drying paint is monitored from the dynamic behaviors of the speckle pattern arising from laser illumination of the region inspected. Temporal variation of the peak height of the cross-correlation function between successive frames taken with a fixed interval is plotted until the peak maintains a stationary maximum value. We used a speckle pattern in the diffraction field for monitoring of a single region and that in the image field for simultaneous monitoring of various regions. Both the normal and the phase-only algorithms were compared for cross-correlation computation. The former showed more distinct variation of peak height.  相似文献

A spectrophotometric method for the determination of ionic surfactants with Bromophenol Blue (BPB) based on incorporation into a precipitated chitosan was studied. Cationic surfactants (CS+), such as a quaternary ammonium ion containing a long-chain alkyl group, associate with BPB2- buffered at about pH 9 to form the ion associate (CS+)2 x BPB2-. CS+ associates with anionic surfactants (AS-). In the presence of a definite amount of CS+, an increase in the amount of AS- leads to a decrease in the amount of excess CS+, and therefore to a decrease in the amount of the ion associate of CS+ with BPB2-. The addition of a chitosan dissolved in acetic acid to a solution containing these ion associates leads immediately to precipitation of the chitosan and the incorporation of the ion associates (CS+)2 x BPB2- or CS+ x AS- into the precipitated chitosan. After centrifuging, ionic surfactants can be determined by the following two methods: (1) the absorbance of the supernatant solution is measured at 590 nm. (2) After the supernatant solution is separated, the precipitate is dissolved in an acetic acid solution and the absorbance is measured at 625 nm. Because the color of the precipitate is judged by the naked eye, this can be applied to the visual method. This is a simple and rapid method for the determination of a 10(-6) M order of ionic surfactants.  相似文献
