利用提升小波的蛋白质相互作用特征提取

利用提升小波从蛋白质序列中提取出它们相互作用的频谱特征,经支持向量机训练学习后,用于预测蛋白质间的相互作用.模拟计算结果表明,在阳性数据和阴性数据平衡的前提下,利用提升小波获取的低维蛋白质相互作用特征向量可以得到较高预测精度.进一步阐述了不同物种的蛋白质相互作用网络有着不同特征,为了得到更准确的预测结果,需要利用不同的方法提取蛋白质相互作用的特征.     

Lattice parameters and anisotropic thermal expansion of hexagonal boron nitride in the 10–297.5 K temperature range

Lattice parameters for hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) were determined using X-ray powder diffraction at a synchrotron-radiation source (beamline B2, Hasylab/DESY, Hamburg) in the previously uninvestigated temperature range from 10 K up to 297.5 K. The relative change of a and c with rise of temperature in the studied range is anisotropic and amounts to about -0.05% and +0.82%, respectively. The corresponding increase of the unit-cell volume is 0.73%. The evaluated values of thermal expansion coefficients derived from the lattice-parameter dependences on temperature are generally consistent with earlier data determined by interferometryfor T≥82 K. 交通流非参数回归模型

交通流宏观参数流量、速度和占有率在交通工程和管理中具有非常重要的作用 ,对这三者关系的刻划反映了道路本身特性和交通流的规律。到目前为止 ,基本上采用线性或非线性的参数模型来描述 ,此类模型在应用中具有一定的局限性 ,并交通变量时间序列进行预测 ,数据拟合表明 ,选择适当的核函数或邻近数以及窗宽 ,可以达到比较满意的效果     

Closed vessel microwave-assisted wet digestion with simultaneous control of pressure and temperature in all vessels

A novel system for microwave-assisted wet digestion in closed vessels is described. Six pressure vessels made of quartz or Hostaflon^? TFM are placed in a special rotor in a microwave oven. During sample decomposition the pressure and temperature are measured in each vessel, and the data are transferred from the rotor by means of infrared light to the control unit. This means that no pneumatic or electronic connections to the vessels need to be established, providing very easy handling. The temperature history of each vessel is recorded; so the progress of each sample digestion may be reconstructed later on. Thus the requirements for quality control in sample digestion are available for the first time. For sample digestion at 75 bar and up to 280° C, quartz vessels with 50 mL volume are used. Depending on the matrix, the maximum sample loading capacity is 1.2 g. TFM-vessels with 100 mL volume work at 30 bar up to 240° C. The performance of the digestion system was tested with twelve standard reference materials. The results closely matched the certified values. Partial-wave analysis of the ωπ0-system at high masses

A partial-wave analysis of the ω ωπ⁰-system produced in the π^- p→ωπ⁰ n reaction at 38 GeV/c beam momentum has been performed. A new 5^?- meson state,ρ ₅(22350), with a massM=2330±35 MeV and a width Γ=400±100 MeV, is observed. The analysis also confirms the 1^?- ρ(2150) meson, a radial-orbital excitation of the ρ(770), observed earlier by the GAMS Collaboration.
