The new natural compound lavandoside with the structure ferulic acid 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside was isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and polyamide from the extract of Lavandula spica flowers. The chemical structure of lavandoside was established using UV, NMR, and mass spectra and chemical transformations.

Computer simulation modelling of a flexible comb copolymer with attractive interactions between the monomer units of the side chains is performed. The conditions for the coil‐globule transition, induced by the increase of attractive interaction, ε, between side chain monomer units, are analysed for different values of the number of monomer units in the backbone, N, in the side chains, n, and between successive grafting points, m. It is shown that the coil‐globule transition of such a copolymer corresponds to a first‐order phase transition. The energy of attraction (ε) required for the realisation of the coil‐globule transition decreases with increasing n and decreasing m. The coil‐globule transition is accompanied by significant aggregation of side chain units. The resulting globule has a complex structure. In the case of a relatively short backbone (small value of N), the globule consists of a spherical core formed by side chains and an enveloping shell formed by the monomer units of the backbone. In the case of long copolymers (large value of N), the side chains form several spherical micelles while the backbone is wrapped on the surfaces of these micelles and between them. 相似文献

The observation of electron paramagnetic resonance of Gd3+ ions in nanosized powders of rare-earth fluorides LaF3:Gd3+ has been reported. The measurements have been performed on a single crystal and micro- and nanosized powders at room temperature. Electron paramagnetic resonance spectra and spin-Hamiltonian parameters of Gd3+ ions have been obtained. A qualitative difference of spectra in nano- and micropowders due to the increase in the spread of the crystal field parameters with the decrease in the particle size has been found. The relationship between the single-crystal domain size and the hydrothermal treatment time has been established. 相似文献

A complex investigation of epitaxial In0.5Ga0.5As films grown on GaAs substrates with crystallographic orientations of (100) and (111)A in the standard high- and low-temperature modes has been performed. The parameters of the GaAs substrate and In0.5Ga0.5As film were matched using the technology of step-graded metamorphic buffer. The electrical and structural characteristics of the grown samples have been studied by the van der Pauw method, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission/ scanning electron microscopy. The surface morphology is found to correlate with the sample growth temperature and doping with silicon. It is revealed that doping of low-temperature In0.5Ga0.5As layers with silicon significantly reduces both the surface roughness and highly improves the structural quality. Pores 50–100 nm in size are found in the low-temperature samples. 相似文献

A classification of instabilities in spatially restricted systems is presented, which generalizes a classification considered in book [1]. It is shown that, if a system has no active boundaries and the waves are not amplified in an infinite homogeneous medium, which corresponds to the absence of solutions of the dispersion equation with the negative imaginary part of the wave vector at the real frequency, then only nonamplified instabilities with a nonlocal resonance can be developed. The development of nonamplified instability is considered in a spatially restricted system through which a flux propagates, when along with natural waves the excitation of the waves of fluxes playing a key role in the development of the instability is taken into account. 相似文献

The threshold pump power density for lasing in dye solutions is found to depend on the photon energy of pumping radiation. An increase in the pumping photon energy can significantly lower the threshold pump power of dye lasers. For an ethanol solution of rhodamine 6G with a concentration of 4×1018 cm?3, the threshold power density for pumping radiation with a wavelength of 532 nm is 20-fold higher than for pumping radiation with a wavelength of 347 nm. This phenomenon is associated with the competition of collective spontaneous emission, which can lead to the efficient deactivation of excited molecules in femtosecond times, and the dephasing of excited molecules due to the intramolecular nonradiative processes of absorbed-energy conversion. An increase in the dephasing rate with the increasing energy of exciting photons lowers the efficiency of collective spontaneous emission and increases the concentration of dephased excited molecules responsible for lasing. 相似文献
