The Ni-Al layered double hydroxides (LDHs) with Ni/Al molar ratio of 2, 3, and 4 were prepared by coprecipitation and treated under hydrothermal conditions at 180 °C for times up to 20 h. Thermal decomposition of the prepared samples was studied using thermal analysis and high-temperature X-ray diffraction. Hydrothermal treatment increased significantly the crystallite size of coprecipitated samples. The characteristic LDH diffraction lines disappeared completely at ca. 350 °C and a gradual crystallization of NiO-like mixed oxide was observed at higher temperatures. Hydrothermal treatment improved thermal stability of the Ni2Al and Ni3Al LDHs but only a slight effect of hydrothermal treatment was observed with the Ni4Al sample. The Rietveld refinement of powder XRD patterns of calcination products obtained at 450 °C showed a formation of Al-containing NiO-like oxide and a presence of a considerable amount of Al-rich amorphous component. Hydrothermal aging of the LDHs resulted in decreasing content of the amorphous component and enhanced substitution of Al cations into NiO-like structure. The hydrothermally treated samples also exhibited a worse reducibility of Ni2+ components. The NiAl2O4 spinel and NiO still containing a marked part of Al in the cationic sublattice were detected in the samples calcined at 900 °C. The Ni2Al LDHs hydrothermally treated for various times and related mixed oxides obtained at 450 °C showed an increase in pore size with increasing time of hydrothermal aging. The hydrothermal treatment of LDH precursor considerably improved the catalytic activity of Ni2Al mixed oxides in N2O decomposition, which can be explained by suppressing internal diffusion effect in catalysts grains. 相似文献

Summary: The image forming process in photopolymer holographic film has been studied thoroughly. Many grow-curves, i.e. the curves describing the time dependence of the image grow, have been obtained by the special equipment (described in 1 ) under varying conditions. The varying concerns both the changes in film composition and exposition. The S-type form of the measured grow curves bring out some problem in interpreting them in the framework of the usual diffusion theories of photopolymer image growth. To overcome the problem we add the idea that polymer loses its mobility as it grows to the usual only diffusion theories and put down the more general immobilization-diffusion theory. 2 相似文献

The recombination spectra of excitons and excitonic complexes in un-doped GaAs/AlGaAs single quantum wells are investigated.

The alpha particle spectra from ternary fission of U235 have been investigated in the thermal and the resonance neutron energy regions. Free and localized positively charged excitons in the emission spectrum of GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells
The recombination emission spectra of an excitonic complex (A
0
X) localized on a neutral acceptor, which have previously been attributed to a positively charged exciton (X
+), are investigated. Satellites arising around the main luminescence line as a result of recoil processes during recombination
of the complex which leave the surviving hole in an excited state are observed and investigated. It is shown in a computational
model based on the Luttinger Hamiltonian that the energy splittings between the main line and the satellites correspond to
an in-barrier impurity center located a definite distance from the well. It is shown that as the magnetic field increases,
a transition is observed from the singlet ground state of the complex to a multiplet state.

The spectrum of collective excitations in a quasi-two-dimensional electron system was studied by the method of Raman scattering spectroscopy. In an applied magnetic field, such systems exhibit collective excitations related to the electron transitions between dimensionally quantized subbands with a change in the Landau level index (intersubband Bernstein modes). It is shown that these modes interact with the fundamental intersubband excitations of the charge and spin densities, the interaction energy being determined by the excitation quasimomentum. Interaction of the intersubband Bernstein modes and the fundamental intersubband excitations with quasi-two-dimensional LO phonons was studied. Behavior of the new branches of collective excitations in a quasi-two-dimensional electron system possessing more than one occupied Landau level was studied and the nature of these branches was determined. 相似文献
