2,2,-Disubstituted norbornenes (1, 2), 2,2-Disubstituted norbornane (3), 2,2,3-trisubstituted norbornenes (4, 5), oxanorbornenes (6) and azanorbornenes (7) were synthesized by the Diels-Alder reaction using alpha, beta-dehydroamino acids as a key step, and their antiulcer activities were examined. The oxazolidine derivative (1h) exhibited the most potent activities against several ulcer-models in rat.  相似文献

A series of 2-aminoethanol derivatives was synthesized and their inhibitory activities against protein kinase C were investigated. Among these compounds, 2-endo-hexadecylamino-5-norbornene-2- exo-methanol (4h) and 2-endo-hexadecylamino-5-norbornene-2,3-exo-dimethanol (4i) inhibited protein kinase C at the IC50 values of 2 x 10(-5) and 1 x 10(-5) M, respectively, but not protein kinase A at a concentration of 1 x 10(-3) M. The magnetohydrodynamics system consists of the Navier-Stokes equations from fluid mechanics, coupled with the Maxwell’s equations from electromagnetism through multiples of non-linear terms involving derivatives. Its proof requires taking advantage of the structure of the non-linear terms carefully and is extended to various other related models such as the magnetohydrodynamics-Boussinesq system from fluid mechanics in atmosphere and oceans, as well as the magneto-micropolar fluid system from the theory of microfluids.  相似文献

Uranium concentrations in three types of inclusions of the Allende (C III), a bulk sample of the Plainview (H5), and a bulk and 5 to 15 density separates of the Huckitta pallasite were determined and discussed by comparing the results from homogenized fission track and/or239Np analyses with the133Xe results. Stepwise heating experiment revealed that the133Xe release from the Plainview is bimordal and incomplete by a simple heating at 1600 °C, and that the133Xe releases in the Huckitta bulk and metallic samples are multitudinous but can be extracted rather completely at 1600–1700 °C. In the Huckitta, uranium-rich phase (∼100 ppb) was in the lightest density fraction of d=2.9–3.3, but the bulk uranium was found to be mostly from the heavy metal-rich fraction of d>4.2.  相似文献

A water-insoluble chelating material, p-dimethylaminobenzylidenerhodanine on silica gel (DMABR—SG) is described for preconcentration of trace amounts of silver(I), gold(III) and palladium(II) from water samples. Radioactive tracers (110mAg and 195Au) were used to study the behavior of silver and gold; palladium was monitored spectrophotometrically as its 1-(2-pyridylazo)naphthol complex in chloroform. In batch experiments, silver was quantitatively retained on the DMABR—SG at acidities ranging from 1.7 M to pH 5, and gold from 3 M to pH 5; equilibrium was achieved within 1 min for both elements. From sea water, silver ion was completely retained at pH 1.0–6.5 and gold ion at pH 1.0–3.5. In the case of palladium, shaking for about 20 min was required for quantitative retention at pH 1.0–5.0 for aqueous solution and at pH 1.0–7.0 for sea water. The chelating capacity of the DMABR—SG was 23 μmol Ag, 11 μmol Au and 11 μmol Pd per g. Quantitative recovery of silver and gold on DMABR—SG columns from sea water was achieved at higher flow rates (1–2 l h-1 and 2–3 l h-1, respectively) than with other chelating resins, e.g., Chelex 100, palladium required slower flow rate (150 ml h-1). Silver retained on the DMABR—SG column was completely eluted with 20 ml of 2.5% sodium thiosulfate solution but palladium remained on the column. Silver, gold and palladium were quantitatively eluted with 20 ml of 0.1% thiourea in 0.1 M hydrochloric acid.  相似文献

The atomic structures of Au and Ag co-adsorption-induced √21 × √21 superstructure on a Si(111) surface, i.e., (Si(111)-√21 × √21-(Au, Ag)), where the Si(111)-5 × 2-Au surface is used as a substrate, have been investigated using reflection high-energy positron diffraction (RHEPD) and photoemission spectroscopy. From core-level spectra, we determined the chemical environments of Ag and Au atoms present in the Si(111)-√21 × √21-(Au, Ag) surface. From the rocking curve and pattern analyses of RHEPD, we found that the atomic coordinates of the Au and Ag atoms were approximately the same as those of the Au and Ag atoms in other Si(111)-√21 × √21 surfaces with different stoichiometries. On the basis of the core-level and RHEPD results, we revealed the atomic structure of the Si(111)-√21 × √21-(Au, Ag) surface.  相似文献

The scattering behavior of P-waves in piezoelectric composites with 1–3 connectivity is studied. The method of wave function expansion is adopted for the theoretical derivations. Analytical expressions are obtained for the distributions of mechanical displacement in z-direction along the circumferences of piezoelectric cylinders. These solutions are used to study the influence of each element of the stiffness matrix and the piezoelectric matrix on the various resonant modes of vibration. Numerical results obtained indicate that perturbations of the elements c44 and e15 significantly affect resonant frequencies and amplitudes, perturbations of c11 and c12 have pronounced effects on resonant modes of high frequencies also. However, the resonant modes are not so sensitive to the perturbations of c13, e31 and e33. The dynamic characteristics of 1–3 connectivity piezoelectric composites exposed here are meaningful for the design and manufacture of sensor/actuator elements by this kind of composites as well as the on-line health monitoring of the mechanical properties variations of the composites itself.  相似文献
