Crystalline materials that are transparent in the vacuum UV spectral region and currently used have been reviewed. Transmission of crystals of solid solutions with the fluorite structure Ca1?x R xF2+x (R = Sc, Y, La, Yb, Lu) in the UV and vacuum UV spectral regions has been investigated. It is shown that application of different methods of purification of fluorides from some impurities can significantly improve the optical quality of fluoride multicomponent crystals in the short-wavelength spectral region.  相似文献

A new N-benzylisoquinoline alkaloid — intebrine, with the composition C20H19NO7 — has been isolated fromBerberis integerrima Bunge. The spatial structure of intebrine has been reliably determined by the x-ray structural method (diffractometer, CuK radiation, 972 reflections, direct method, R=0.048). A complex of Cu(II) chloride with 2-amino-5-ethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole (AET) was prepared, and its structure was studied by IR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex has the composition CuCl2(AET)4. The coordination sphere of the copper atom includes four molecules of the heterocyclic ligand coordinated via N atoms of thiadiazole rings and one of Cl? anions; the second Cl? anion is in the outer sphere.  相似文献

We use experimental results of direct current and low signal impedance spectroscopy to investigate the conduction mechanism in organic semiconductor ZnPc. The experimental results demonstrate an increase in current and holes mobility by the introduction of a thin MoO3 film at the ITO/ZnPc interface. This significantly improves the device performance. The improvement is explained in terms of the reduction in the effective barrier for charge transfer from ZnPc to ITO.  相似文献

By analyzing the results of a study of the long-term strength and isometric heating diagrams of polyethylene terephthalate exposed to radiation it has been established that irradiation leads to a decrease in the short-time and long-term strength of the polymer and to the misorientation of its structural elements.
