A series of organotin(IV) complexes of the general formula RxSnCl4?x.L (where R=Me, n?Bu, Ph; x = 2 or 3; L = pyrazole or pyrazol-5-one) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectroscopy. The ligands used were found to coordinate with R3SnCl species as monodentate ligands via the more reactive nitrogen atom, to give pentacoordinate tin complexes, whilst they may coordinate with R2SnCl2 species as bidentate ligands through the N–N linkage to give hexacoordinate tin complexes. These were demonstrated mainly by spectroscopic data. The tautomeric behaviour of organotin complexes of pyrazol-5-one ligands in inert (CDCl3) and donor (DMSO-d6) solvents were also studied. The complexes were screened against six species of bacteria.  相似文献

The electron‐rich isonitrile is an important functionality in bioactive natural products, but its biosynthesis has been restricted to the IsnA family of isonitrile synthases. We herein provide the first structural and biochemical evidence of an alternative mechanism for isonitrile formation. ScoE, a putative non‐heme iron(II)‐dependent enzyme from Streptomyces coeruleorubidus, was shown to catalyze the conversion of (R)‐3‐((carboxymethyl)amino)butanoic acid to (R)‐3‐isocyanobutanoic acid through an oxidative decarboxylation mechanism. This work further provides a revised scheme for the biosynthesis of a unique class of isonitrile lipopeptides, of which several members are critical for the virulence of pathogenic mycobacteria.  相似文献

A new adsorbent is proposed for the solid-phase extraction of phenol and 1-naphthol from polluted water. The adsorbent (TX-SiO2) is an organosilica composite made from a bifunctional immobilized layer comprising a major fraction (91%) of hydrophilic diol groups and minor fraction (9%) of the amphiphilic long-chain nonionic surfactant Triton X-100 (polyoxyethylated isooctylphenol) (TX). Under static conditions phenol was quantitatively extracted onto TX-SiO2 in the form of a 4-nitrophenylazophenolate ion associate with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. The capacity of TX-SiO2 for phenol is 2.4 mg g−1 with distribution coefficients up to 3.4 × 104 mL g−1; corresponding data for 1-naphthol are 1.5 mg g−1 and 3 × 103 mL g−1. The distribution coefficient does not change significantly for solution volumes of 0.025–0.5 L and adsorbent mass less than 0.03 g; 1–90 μg analyte can be easily eluted by 1–3 mL acetonitrile with an overall recovery of 98.2% and 78.3% for phenol and 1-naphthol, respectively. Linear correlation between acetonitrile solution absorbance (A 540) and phenol concentration (C) in water was found according to the equation A 540 = (6 ± 1) × 10−2 + (0.9 ± 0.1)C (μmol L−1) with a detection range from 1 × 10−8 mol L−1 (0.9 μL g−1) to 2 × 10−7 mol L−1 (19 μL g−1), a limit of quantification of 1 μL g−1 (preconcentration factor 125), correlation coefficient of 0.936, and relative standard deviation of 2.5%. A solid-phase colorimetric method was developed for quantitative determination of 1-naphthol on adsorbent phase using scanner technology and RGB numerical analysis. The detection limit of 1-naphthol with this method is 6 μL g−1 while the quantification limit is 20 μL g−1. A test system was developed for naked eye monitoring of 1-naphthol impurities in water. The proposed test kit allows one to observe changes in the adsorbent color when 1-naphthol concentration in water is 0.08–3.2 mL g−1.  相似文献

Partial deprotonation of the bicyclic guanidine 1,4,6-triazabicyclo[3.3.0]oct-4-ene (Htbo) is achieved using (n)BuLi. Isolation of the resulting lithium salts has resulted in the structural characterization of the mixed anion complex {[Li(tbo)()(tboH)](2)}(infinity) (where -H = 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-imidazolidinethione) and the partially deprotonated salt Li(6)(tbo)(6)(Htbo)(3), . The neutral guanidine Htbo reacts cleanly with AlMe(3) and ZnMe(2) to afford the organometallic complexes [Al(tbo)Me(2)](2) [](2), and Zn(3)(tbo)(4)Me(2) (). Structural characterization of these compounds enables comparison between the {5:5}-bicyclic system, [tbo](-), and the previously reported {6:6}-bicyclic system, [hpp](-) (where hppH = 1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-2H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidine). Results indicate that delocalization within the [tbo](-) anion is restricted to the CN(2) amidinate component, with retention of electron density in the non-bonding nitrogen lone-pair. These conclusions are supported by a DFT analysis of the neutral guanidines, Htbo and hppH.  相似文献

In this study, a novel application of neurocomputing technique is presented for solving nonlinear heat transfer and natural convection porous fin problems arising in almost all areas of engineering and technology, especially in mechanical engineering. The mathematical models of the problems are exploited by the intelligent strength of Euler polynomials based Euler neural networks (ENN’s), optimized with a generalized normal distribution optimization (GNDO) algorithm and Interior point algorithm (IPA). In this scheme, ENN’s based differential equation models are constructed in an unsupervised manner, in which the neurons are trained by GNDO as an effective global search technique and IPA, which enhances the local search convergence. Moreover, a temperature distribution of heat transfer and natural convection porous fin are investigated by using an ENN-GNDO-IPA algorithm under the influence of variations in specific heat, thermal conductivity, internal heat generation, and heat transfer rate, respectively. A large number of executions are performed on the proposed technique for different cases to determine the reliability and effectiveness through various performance indicators including Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE), error in Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (ENSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and Thiel’s inequality coefficient (TIC). Extensive graphical and statistical analysis shows the dominance of the proposed algorithm with state-of-the-art algorithms and numerical solver RK-4.  相似文献

Polarisation of the particle spin can be an important problem for different plasmas. In this article, the contribution of the electron spin on the growth rate of the temperature anisotropy of electromagnetic instabilities has been investigated. Results show that polarisation of the electron spin will restrict the instability growth rate while instability can survive due to the spin-depolarised electrons even when the requested temperature anisotropy is vanished. Instability can reach the damping state exponentially due to the spin-polarised electrons while it can grow linearly due to the spin-depolarised (the semi-classical) electrons.  相似文献

Lipschitz one-dimensional constrained global optimization (GO) problems where both the objective function and constraints can be multiextremal and non-differentiable are considered in this paper. Problems, where the constraints are verified in a priori given order fixed by the nature of the problem are studied. Moreover, if a constraint is not satisfied at a point, then the remaining constraints and the objective function can be undefined at this point. The constrained problem is reduced to a discontinuous unconstrained problem by the index scheme without introducing additional parameters or variables. A new geometric method using adaptive estimates of local Lipschitz constants is introduced. The estimates are calculated by using the local tuning technique proposed recently. Numerical experiments show quite a satisfactory performance of the new method in comparison with the penalty approach and a method using a priori given Lipschitz constants.This research was supported by the following grants: FIRB RBNE01WBBB, FIRB RBAU01JYPN, PRIN 2005017083-002, and RFBR 04-01-00455-a.
