The ν2 (CD3 symmetrical deformation) and ν5 (CD3 degenerate deformation) fundamental bands of CD3Br were studied by 9.4- and 10.4-μm CO2 laser Stark spectroscopy. Stark resonances originating from 28 and 53 rovibrational transitions of the ν2 and ν5 bands, respectively, were assigned for each of the isotopic species, CD379Br and CD381Br. These two bands were simultaneously analyzed with explicit inclusion of the ν2-ν5 Coriolis interaction, yielding precise molecular constants in the ν2 and ν5 excited states as well as the Coriolis coupling constant. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is considered to cause various inflammatory reactions. We searched among microbial secondary metabolites for compounds that could inhibit LPS-stimulated adhesion between human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and human myelocytic cell line HL-60 cells. In the course of our screening, we isolated a novel cyclic depsipeptide, which we named heptadepsin, from the whole culture broth of Paenibacillus sp. The addition of heptadepsin prior to LPS stimulation decreased HL-60 cell-HUVEC adhesion without showing any cytotoxicity. It also inhibited the cellular adhesion induced by lipid A, the active component of LPS, but it did not inhibit TNF-alpha or IL-1beta-induced cell adhesion. The result of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis revealed that heptadepsin interacted with lipid A directly. Thus, heptadepsin, a novel naturally occurring cyclic heptadepsipeptide, was shown to inactivate LPS by direct interaction with LPS.  相似文献

Styrene-maleic anhydride alternating copolymer was converted to N-hydroxymaleimide-styrene copolymer by reaction with hydroxylamine in pyridine at room temperature. The conversion was more than 90%. From this copolymer, N-acetoxy- or N-benzoyloxymaleimide-styrene copolymers were derived by action of acetic anhydride or benzoyl chloride in dimethylformamide at room temperature. Acylation of several primary amines was carried out effectively by use of these N-acyloxyimide-styrene copolymers. The reaction of the acetylated copolymer with diethylamine at room temperature afforded N-hydroxyimide copolymer.  相似文献

A novel polymer incarcerated Pd catalyst (PI Pd 7c) was synthesized from amide-containing polymer 6b, and this catalyst was shown to be effective in amidocarbonylation, which is a versatile one-pot method for the preparation of N-acyl-α-amino acids. The reactions proceeded smoothly with a wide variety of substrates, and no leaching of the Pd metal to the reaction mixture was detected.  相似文献

In this study, the fragmentation of gas-phase protonated Angiotensin II is investigated using electrospray ionization (ESI), Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR), and mass spectrometry (MS) with a laser cleavage infrared multiphoton dissociation (IRMPD) technique. The experimental results show that the spectra peaks for the photoproducts are y2/b6- and y7-type ions, corresponding to the cleavage of His-Pro and Asp-Arg in the parent amino acid sequence. The fragmentation of the peptide under collision-free vacuum conditions is modeled using molecular dynamics simulations (MD). The binding energy for the peptide bonds (C'-N bond) of Angiotensin II is estimated from ab initio calculations. The calculations are directed at predicting experimental measurements of the product ions from the photodissociation of the peptide. The product distributions simulated by the MD dissociation trajectories include predominantly y7/b1 and y2/b6 pair ions.  相似文献

A palladium-assisted coupling reaction of aryl triflate with arene was investigated, and a novel Pd reagent prepared from equimolar Pd(OAc)2, 1,3-Bis[diphenylphosphino]propane (DPPP), and Bu3P was developed. This method is useful for intramolecular biaryl coupling reactions, not only between aryl triflate and arene (triflate-amide), but also between aryl halide and arene (halo-amide).  相似文献

N-Hydroxysuccinimide-type soluble copolymer with styrene and three similar divinylbenzene (3–4 mole-%) crosslinked copolymers with styrene, N-vinylpyrrolidone, and N,N-dimethylacrylamide were prepared from their precursor copolymers of N-acetoxymaleimide. Acylation of these N-hydroxyl polymers with carbobenzoxyoligo-?-aminocaproic acids was conducted in dimethylformamide at room temperature by using dicyclohexylcarbodiimide as condensing agent. The soluble styrene copolymer was acylated in good conversions (76–89%) in every case (n = 1–3), whereas the acylation of the crosslinked copolymers decreased slightly from n = 1 to n = 2, and dropped suddenly to only small conversions (4.7–7.4%) with n = 3, showing a marked inhibitory effect of crosslinking when the acids became longer. The effect of the microenvironment of the polymer did not appear significant. All the acyl polymers, including the precursor polymers, yielded the corresponding cyclohexylamides when treated with cyclohexylamine.  相似文献

Three vitamin D3 analogues, 1 alpha,25-dihydroxy-23-oxavitamin D3 (3), 1 alpha,25-dihydroxy-23-thiavitamin D3 (4) and 1 alpha,25-dihydroxy-23-azavitamin D3 (5) were synthesized. In the differentiation-inducing activity of human myeloid leukemia cells into macrophages in vitro, the 23-aza analogue (5) showed the least activity, while no remarkable differences were observed between the 23-oxa analogue (3) and the 23-thia analogue (4), which were less active than 1 alpha,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1).  相似文献

The effects of incorporating tritiated water into a 14C-sampling system in sample preparation and 14C activity measurement by liquid scintillation counting were investigated. Experiments derived the limit of water content in the prepared sample, and also demonstrated that 14C activity can be determined without any interference from 3H contamination for a clear-sample solution. The results enabled us to estimate the permissible relative humidity of air required for accomplishing sample preparation and 14C activity measurement. These showed that for sampling of air with less than the permissible relative humidity, total 14C activity in airborne effluent can be evaluated accurately without dehumidification of air.The authors would like to thank T. We demonstrate band gap control of CdTe nanocrystals by selective surface modification using alkanethiol molecules. Both absorption and emission wavelengths can be tuned simply by mixing a dispersion of the nanocrystals with alkanethiol at room temperature, resulting in blue shifts in the optical spectra during reaction. The degree of blue shift depends on both the concentration of alkanethiols and the reaction time, thereby providing kinetic control over the emission peak wavelength of the nanocrystals in mild conditions. The observed spectral changes are suggested to be caused by a decrease in the size of the CdTe core through formation of CdTe1-x(SC10)x shells because of specific exchange of Te with alkanethiolates. The results reported herein provide a new band gap engineering scheme for semiconductor nanocrystals and offer opportunities for the design of ligand-stabilized semiconductor nanocrystals with tunable composition and optical properties.  相似文献
