Using a combination of TEM and XPS, we made an analysis of the complex high-temperature annealing effect on ultrathin titanium deuteride (TiD y ) films evaporated on a Si(100) substrate and covered by an ultrathin palladium layer. Both the preparation and annealing of the TiD y /Pd bi-layer films were performed in situ under UHV conditions. It was found that the surface and bulk morphology of the bi-layer film as well as that of the Si substrate material undergo a microstructural and chemical conversion after annealing and annealing-induced deuterium evolution from the TiD y phase. Energy-filtered TEM (EFTEM) mapping of cross-section images and argon ion sputter depth profiling XPS analysis revealed both a broad intermixing between the Ti and Pd layers and an extensive inter-diffusion of Si from the substrate into the film bulk area. Segregation of Ti at the Pd top layer surface was found to occur by means of angle-resolved XPS (ARXPS) and the EFTEM analyses. Selected area diffraction (SAD) and XPS provided evidence for the formation of a new PdTi2 bimetallic phase within the top region of the annealed film. Moreover, these techniques allowed to detect the initial stages of TiSi phase formation within the film–substrate interlayer.  相似文献

The diffraction dissociation reaction n + p → (pπ?) + p was studied at the Serpukhov accelerator neutron beam in the momentum range 35–65 GeV/c in an electronics experiment. The differential cross sections of the reaction are analysed and presented in the five-dimensional phase space (pn, m1, t, cosθ1, φ1). The backward peak observed in the distribution over if cosθin GJ 1 in the Gottfried-Jackson frame of if(pπ) is interpreted as a baryon-exchange effect. The angular distribution of the (pπ?) system is compared with Deck-type models.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die SelektivitÄtskonstanten von Halogenidelektroden 2. Art, die durch elektrolytische Beschichtung von SilberstÄben einfach herzustellen sind, wurden nach verschiedenen Methoden bestimmt und mit den Werten der Orion Halogenidelektroden verglichen. Beide Elektrodentypen zeigen gut übereinstimmende Zahlen. Au\erdem sind die SelektivitÄtskonstanten unabhÄngig von der Bestimmungsmethode, wenn die Messungen im geeigneten Konzentrationsbereich vorgenommen werden. Ein Kriterium wird diskutiert, nach welchem erkannt werden kann, ob SelektivitÄtswerte echte Konstanten sind.
On selectivity constants of halide electrodes of the second kind
The selectivity constants of halide electrodes of the second kind, prepared by electrolytical coating of silver rods, were determined and compared with the selectivity constants of the Orion solid state halide electrodes. The values of both electrode types are in good agreement. Three different determination methods were considered, where the results proved to be independent of the method, provided the appropriate concentration range is chosen for the measurements. A criterion for assessing whether or not selectivity values are real constants is discussed.

The ionic conductivity of single crystals of tysonite-type solid solutions La1?xBaxF3?x(0?x?0.095) has been studied parallel and perpendicular to the crystallographic c axis in the temperature range 293–1300 K. Three regions can be discerned in the compositional dependence of the ionic conductivity: (i) the “pure” crystal, in which at room temperature no exchange occurs between different types of anion sites in the tysonite structure; (ii) an intermediate region(0 < x < 7 × 10-2) which reveals changes in both the conductivity activation enthalpy and the magnitude of the conductivity; (iii) a concentrated solid-solution region (x > 7 × 10-2), where fluoride ions interchange easily among the different anion sublattices. Diffusion coefficients calculated from ionic conductivity results, are in good agreement with those calculated from 19F NMR measurements. Using the present data, along with 19F NMR data, dielectric relaxation data and structural considerations, mechanisms governing the ionic conductivity are proposed.  相似文献

The neutron-proton elastic differential cross section has been measured for incident momenta between 10 and 70 GeV/c and for values of the momentum transfer squared between 0.1 and 2.8 (GeV/c)2. The forward peak and the break at about ∣t∣ = 1 (GeV/c)2 are very similar to corresponding pp data.  相似文献
