The X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, and resistivity ρ are measured on Nd1.85?xRxCe0.15CuO4±δ (R = Gd and Sm) single crystals. From the XRD and FTIR spectra studies, the lattice constant c are found to decrease faster for Gd doping than that for Sm doping with increasing doping concentration x. Upon Gd doping, all the transmission peaks shift to high frequency but nearly unchanged with increasing Sm doping content. The volume of the unit cell observed through XRD and FTIR spectra decreases faster for Gd doping than that for Sm doping. Furthermore, for Gd doping the superconducting Tc decreases rapidly with increasing the doping concentration, while the Tc decreases slowly for Sm doping with increasing Sm content, which is found to be very well consistent with the evolution of the volume of the unit cell for two series. 相似文献

The chemical composition, crystalline structure, surface morphology and photoluminescence spectra of Na-doped ZnO thin films with different heat treatment process were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy and a fluorescence spectrometer. The results show that preferred orientation, residual stress, average crystal size and surface morphology of the thin films are strongly determined by the preheating temperature. The effects of preheating temperature on microstructure and surface morphology have been discussed in detail. The photoluminescence spectra show that there are strong violet & UV emission, blue emission and green emission bands. The violet & UV emission is ascribed to the electron transition from the localized level below the conduction band to the valence band. The blue emission is attributed to the electron transition from the shallow donor level of oxygen vacancies to the valence band, and the electron transition from the shallow donor level of interstitial zinc to the valence band. The green emission is assigned to the electron transition from the level of ionized oxygen vacancies to the valence band. 相似文献

We describe the output performances of the 1048 nm transition in Yb:YAG under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 968 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Yb:YAG crystal yielded 787 mW of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 9.1 W of absorbed pump power. Furthermore, 104 mW 524 nm green light was acquired by frequency doubling. Comparative results obtained for the pump with diode laser at 940 nm are given in order to prove the advantages of the in-band pumping. 相似文献

A method of interference correction for improving the sensitivity of non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis system is demonstrated. Based on the proposed method, the interference due to water vapor and carbon dioxide in the NDIR NO analyzer is corrected. After interference correction, the absorbance signal at the NO filter channel is only controlled by the absorption of NO, and the sensitivity of the analyzer is improved greatly. In the field experiment for pollution source emission monitoring, the concentration trend of NO monitored by NDIR analyzer is in good agreement with the differential optical absorption spectroscopy NO analyzer. Small variations of NO concentration can also be resolved, and the measuring correlation coefficient of the two analyzers is 94.28%. 相似文献

based on a fiber loop mirror incorporating a piece of high birefringence few-mode fiber and polarization controller. Due to
dependence of its reflection properties on the polarization controllers, the fiber laser can operate in the random combination
of three wavelengths by only adjusting the polarization controllers in the linear cavity. The wavelengths involved in the
switching operation are determined by the merged Sagnac and intermodal interferences elicited in the fiber loop mirror. The
optical signal to noise extinction ratio of every oscillation line is higher than 40 dB and power fluctuation less than 0.5
