We present the first experimental observation of quantum fluctuation spectra in two coupled optical cavities with an injected squeezed vacuum light. The quadrature components of the reflected squeezed vacuum spectra are measured by phase-sensitive homodyne detector. The experimental results demonstrate coupled-resonator-induced transparency in the quantum regime, in which the electromagnetically-induced-transparency-like characteristic of the absorption and dispersion properties of the coupled optical cavities determines the line shape of the reflected quantum noise spectra. 相似文献

A high pulse energy passively mode-locked fiber laser operating in the all-normal dispersion regime is demonstrated. The gain material is an Yb-doped multicore photonic crystal fiber with 18 cores in array-type geometry. Robust and self-starting mode locking is achieved using a fast semiconductor saturable absorber mirror. The laser generates 180?nJ chirped pulses at a 14.48?MHz repetition rate for an average power of 2.6?W. The 1.15?ps output pulses are compressed to 690?fs outside the cavity. 相似文献

A density-functional theory method has been conducted to investigate the association of C + O on (1 1 1) facets of ordered NiCo alloy and the results have been compared with those obtained on pure Ni(1 1 1) surface. In reaction of C + O, the favorable reaction path is that C adsorbed on HCP-1 site moves to the nearest Ni-Co bridge site, and associates with O migrating from FCC-1 site to result in CO adsorbed on the bridge site of Ni-Co. However, the reaction barrier is higher by 0.35 eV than that on pure Ni(1 1 1), which indicates that the incorporation of Co into the Ni crystal is not in favor of the reaction of carbon delimination. 相似文献

主要研究激光平面靶等离子体发射能量角分布及吸收定标律。实验利用高斯型1.06μm激光脉冲,其能量为2~50J,脉冲宽度为0.3~2.2ns,靶面平均辐照强度为1.8×1013~1.1x10~(15)W/cm~2,光束以25°角入射。实验采用了Au、Ag、Ti、Al和C_8H_8等厚靶。用等离子体卡计测量靶面吸收的激光能量。用指数函数拟合实验数据,给出了吸收效率分别作为激光强度、脉冲宽度和靶材料原子序数的函数的定标关系式。这些关系式定性地与逆轫致吸收的理论关系式相一致。 相似文献

A white light-emitting organic electroluminescent (EL) device with multilayer thin-film structure, which shows high-brightness and high-efficiency, is demonstrated. The device structure of glass substrate/indium–tin oxide/poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK)/1,1,4,4-tetraphenyl-1,3-butadiene/8-(quinolinolate)-aluminum (Alq) doped with 5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnaphthacene/Alq/Mg/Al was employed. The turn-on voltage is as low as 2.5 V. The white light emission covers a wide range of the visible region, and the Commission Internationale de 1' Eclairage coordinates of the emitted light are (0.319, 0.332) at 10 V. Bright white light, over 20 000 cd/m2, was successfully obtained at about 18 V, and the maximum efficiency reaches to 1.24 lm/W at 9 V. The reasons of obtaining high level EL properties of our device have been discussed. 相似文献

In the spacetime of a charged spinning black hole, the distribution of particle energy levels has been studied. Near the event horizon of such a black hole a crossing of the particle energy levels exists, which leads to the occurrence of non-thermal radiation of the black hole. However, most applications of SAzymes are mainly in the fields of biomedicine and biosensing, and less research has been done in the field of the environment. Based on the amazing ability of nanozymes to detect and degrade pollutants, SAzymes are also used in the environmental field, and even they will show better capabilities.
