A differential pumping system with a Plasma Window (PW) has been developed for an application to a window-less He gas charge stripper. A PW with Southern Methodist University design was newly fabricated and tested off-line for evaluation of differential pumping efficiency. Switching gases for plasma seed from Ar to He was tested. It was found that the PW reduced the pressure at the first differential pumping section to 1/13 for Ar and to 1/17 for He, comparing with differential pumping without PW. At the second pumping section, the pressures were drastically reduced to 1/160 and to 1/4,520 for Ar and He, respectively. These pressure reduction factors indicate that one differentially pumped stage could be removed from a conventional differential pumping system.  相似文献

Seawater bittern (nigari) is a concentrated solution remaining after the crystallization process of salt that has been used as a coagulant for tofu. Recently, various nigari products are distributed in the East Asia. To clarify the properties of nigari products, major mineral composition of six nigari products was determined. Then, effects of the nigari on the browning and antioxidant activity during the glucose/lysine Maillard reaction were investigated. Though the predominant cation was Mg2+, the content was varied by each product (0.88–6.49 mol/L). The other major ion contents were also varied. Each 0.5 mol/L of d-glucose and l-lysine were incubated with the nigari (5–50 % (v/v)) or nigari-related salts (1 or 2 mol/L). The browning (OD at 465 nm) and antioxidant activity (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging capacity and ferrous-reducing power) were increased remarkably by the nigari containing high Mg2+ content. The browning tended to be high with sulfates (Na2SO4, (NH4)2SO4). On the other hand, high content of MgCl2 decreased slightly the browning and antioxidant activity. These results suggest that the reaction and antioxidant activities were affected not only by salinity and cations but also by anions and other elements in the nigari.  相似文献

Electroreduction of triphenylphosphine dichloride in acetonitrile was performed successfully in an undivided cell fitted with an aluminium sacrificial anode and a platinum cathode, wherein Al3+, which was electrogenerated at the anode would react as a Lewis acid with triphenylphosphine dichloride to afford tetra-coordinate chlorotriphenylphosphonium species and subsequent two-electron reduction at the cathode would give triphenylphosphine. One-pot transformation of triphenylphosphine oxide to triphenylphosphine was achieved successfully by the treatment of triphenylphosphine oxide with oxalyl chloride and subsequent electroreduction. In a similar manner, some tetra-coordinate triphenylphosphonium species derived from triphenylphosphine oxide were reduced electrochemically to triphenylphosphine in moderate yields.  相似文献

During the reaction of propylene with O2, in situ Diffuse Reflectance FT-IR measurements were performed over Ti-modified SZ and SZ catalysts. Without O2, the main bands characteristic of (branched) hydrocarbons, formed by oligomerization leading to, finally, carbonaceous residue, appeared within the range of 3900-2750 cm-1, which was affected by the bands of surface OH groups. Investigation of these IR bands showed the role of molecular oxygen not only to limit the formation of carbonaceous species on the catalyst surface, but also to form oxygenates and these findings were in good agreement with the results of catalytic reaction.  相似文献

A poly(2,5-dimethoxyaniline) (PDMA) film was coated on the iron surface by the electropolymerization of 2,5-dimethoxyaniline in neutral buffer solution (pH?6.86). The PDMA film strongly adhered to the surface because of the polar methoxy groups of the PDMA molecules. The fact that no electrochemical response of the PDMA film-coated iron electrode to dissolved Fe2+ exhibited that the PDMA film was less permeable to dissolved species, acting as a diffusion barrier against agents causing corrosion such as H2O and O2. The PDMA film coating greatly lowered the anodic current peak ascribed to the anodic dissolution of iron and the corrosion current in strongly acidic medium, 0.5?M H2SO4 aqueous solution (1?M?????mol?dm??) as well as neutral medium (pH?6.86). The high anti-corrosion ability was due to a hybrid effect of the PDMA film not only as the diffusion barrier, but also as an in situ oxidant in spite of the slight redox activity of PDMA. In addition, the PDMA film is much more durable and adhesive than polyaniline film against over-oxidation.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce the problem of computing a minimum edge ranking spanning tree (MERST); i.e., find a spanning tree of a given graph G whose edge ranking is minimum. Although the minimum edge ranking of a given tree can be computed in polynomial time, we show that problem MERST is NP-hard. Furthermore, we present an approximation algorithm for MERST, which realizes its worst case performance ratio where n is the number of vertices in G and Δ* is the maximum degree of a spanning tree whose maximum degree is minimum. Although the approximation algorithm is a combination of two existing algorithms for the restricted spanning tree problem and for the minimum edge ranking problem of trees, the analysis is based on novel properties of the edge ranking of trees.  相似文献

Raman characteristics of carbon nitride films synthesized by nitrogen-ion-beam-assisted pulsed laser deposition were investigated. In addition to the D (disorder) band and G (graphitic) band commonly observed in carbon nitride films, two Raman bands located at 1080–1100 and 1465–1480 cm-1 were found from our carbon nitride films. These two bands were well matched with the predicted Raman frequencies for βC3N4 and the observed Raman bands reported for carbon nitride films, indicating their relation to carbon-nitrogen stretching vibrations. Furthermore, the relative intensity ratio of the two Raman bands to the D and G bands increased linearly with increasing nitrogen content of the carbon nitride films. We have studied three-dimensional (3D) structures and growth processes of 14H-type long-period stacking order (LPSO) formed in Mg97Zn1Gd2 cast alloys by single tilt-axis electron tomography (ET) using high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy. Evolution of the solute-enriched stacking faults (SFs) and the 14H LPSO by ageing were visualised in 3D with a high spatial resolution in multi-scale fields of views from a few nanometres to ~10 μm. Lateral growth of the solute-enriched SFs and the LPSO in the (0?0?0?1)Mg plane is notable compared to the out-of-plane growth in the [0?0?0?1]Mg direction. The 14H LPSO grows at the cost of decomposition of the (Mg, Zn)3Gd-type precipitates, and accompany a change of in-plane edge angles from 30 to 60°. We have updated the Time–Temperature–Transformation diagram for precipitation in Mg97Zn1Gd2 alloys: starting temperatures of both solute-enriched SFs and LPSO formation shifted to a shorter time side than those in the previous diagram.  相似文献

We measured the main plasma parameters(density of electron,temperature of electron and ion confinement time)and beam intensity of various heavy ions as a function of B_(min).The B_(min) strongly affects the field gradient at the resonance zone,consequently the plasma parameters and beam intensity are changed. Based on these experimental results,we started to construct new 18GHz ECRIS and make a detailed design of the 28GHz SC-ECRIS for RIKEN RI beam factory project.  相似文献
