A new nonlinear Raman spectroscopy technique for trace-gas detection was proposed and demonstrated. The technique involved the use of a thermal-lens detection scheme to monitor thermal emission from the stimulated Raman process. We termed this technique thermal-lens Raman spectroscopy, and it was combined with a novel scheme involving a nonlinear Raman spectroscopy without a tunable laser. This technique was applied to detecting trace hydrogen molecules in the atmosphere by use of a pulsed Nd:YAG laser and a continuous-wave He-Ne probe laser. The state of short-range order (SRO) and the ordering process in Cu3Pt have been studied by the in-situ transmission electron microscope observation method. In order to detect weak diffraction-patterns and weak image-contrasts, an imaging plate system and/or digital-process of video-recorded signals were applied. It is confirmed that above the critical temperature for ordering, Tc, the alloy shows diffuse scattering in its electron diffraction pattern. The appearance of the diffuse scattering indicates that the "disordered" Cu3Pt (designated as A1) has an SRO-state in thermoequilibrium. Dark field images taken by using the diffuse scattering shows a fine dot-contrast, which indicates the presence of "microdomains". The dot-contrast is flickering at higher temperatures, but the rate of flickering decreases with falling temperature and finally stops before reaching Tc. On further decreasing temperature, some of the microdomains grow up to large domains of the long period superstructure (L12-s) phase. This indicates that the transformation to L12-s via SRO proceeds without a process of nucleation even though the transformation is of a first-order. 相似文献

The Liebeskind-Srogl coupling/intramolecular Diels-Alder (IMDA) reaction cascade that stereoselectively affords a tricarbocyclic compound with a trans–trans-cis fused ring system including an all-carbon quaternary stereogenic center at the ring junction is described. The cascade reactions proceed quickly and stereoselectively afford the products within 2?h at room temperature in the presence of a suitable thioester. The retention of nucleic acid bases and purine derivatives on titania was studied using a 0.4 mM acetic acid–sodium acetate buffer (pH 6.0) and 70% aqueous methanol as mobile phases. We observed that the retention strength of tested analytes on titania was dependent on the structural differences between pyrimidine and purine skeletons and the variety and number of substituents. The retention order was purine derivatives with methyl groups, pyrimidine bases and purine derivatives with hydrophilic functional groups, which were retained most strongly on titania. We concluded that the retention of each analyte was caused by the analyte’s hydrophobicity in the case of purine derivatives with methyl groups and pyrimidine bases. In the case of purine and its derivatives with hydrophilic functional groups, it was considered that the retention was dependent on the analyte’s ability to form chelates, and the variety and number of functional groups on C6 and C2. 相似文献

A series of diphosphine ClickFerrophos ligands (CF), based on a triazoleferrocene backbone, was synthesized in a four-step sequence via click chemistry methodology. In addition to the four previously synthesized ligands CF1, CF4, CF7 and CF10, six novel CF ligands CF2–3 and CF5–8 were prepared. The positron annihilation lifetime method (PAL) has been applied to study the characteristics of polyethylenes (PEs) at low temperatures between 273 and 100 K. It has been found that the intensity (I
3) of the long-lived component of positronium (Ps) showed an increase in non-annealed PE and annealed PE in vacuo. However, PAL in PEs annealed in an atmosphere containing oxygen did not show such an increase.
