We have accomplished the synthesis of 13C‐labeled tautomycin at the C18, C19, C21, and C22 positions starting from 100 % [13C]triethylphosphonoacetate for the purpose of elucidating the dynamics and conformation of the C17–C26 moiety. NMR spectroscopy of 13C‐labeled tautomycin revealed strong binding with protein phosphatase type 1 and new features in the 13C NMR spectrum, such as the very small three‐bond coupling constants (2J).  相似文献

The location of active sites during concerted catalysis by a metal complex and tertiary amine on a SiO2 surface is discussed based on the interaction between the functionalized SiO2 surface and a probe molecule, p‐formyl phenylboronic acid. The interactions of the probe molecule with the surface functionalities, diamine ligand, and tertiary amine, were analyzed by FT‐IR and solid‐state 13C and 11B MAS NMR. For the catalyst exhibiting high 1,4‐addition activity, the diamine ligand and tertiary amine base exist in closer proximity than in the catalyst with low activity.  相似文献

Equilibria concerning picrates of tetraalkylammonium ions (Me4N+, Et4N+, Pr4N+, Bu4N+, Bu3MeN+) in a dichloromethane−water system have been investigated at 25 C. The 1:1 ion-pair formation constants (K IP,o o) in dichloromethane at infinite dilution were conductometrically determined. The distribution constants (K D o) of the ion pairs and the free cations between the solvents were determined by a batch-extraction method. The K IP,o o value varies in the cation sequence, Bu4N+ ≈ Pr4N+ ≈ Et4N+ < Bu3MeN+ < < Me4N+; this trend is explained by the electrostatic cation−anion interaction taking into account the structures of the ion pairs determined by density functional theory calculations. For the ion pairs of the symmetric R4N+ cations, there is a linear positive relationship between log10 K D o and the number of methylene groups in the cation (N CH 2). The ion pair of asymmetric Bu3MeN+ has a higher distribution constant than that expected from the above log10 K D o versus N CH 2 relationship. These cation dependencies of log10 K D o for the ion pairs are explained theoretically by using the Hildebrand-Scatchard equation. For all the cations, the log10 K D o value of the free cation increases linearly with N CH 2; the variation of log10 K D o is discussed by decomposing the distribution constant into the Born-type electrostatic contribution and the non-Born one, and attributed to the latter that is governed by the differences in the molar volumes of the cations. Geometries, electronic properties and NMR-shielding of cucurbit[5]uril, decamethylcucurbit[5]uril, cucurbit[6]uril, cucurbit[7]uril, and cucurbit[8]uril are investigated with DFT calculations. All molecules are highly symmetrical with a distinct geometric flexibility. In addition with a characteristic partial charge distribution these findings account for their chemical complex building ability.  相似文献

Chemical oxidation of [Ru2(6+)(3,6-DTBCat)4]2- affords [n-Bu4N][Ru2(3,6-DTBDiox)4].acetone (2.acetone). The oxidized species was characterized by X-ray crystallographic analysis and EPR, and the delocalization of the unpaired electron over the entire molecule was indicated. This example showed that the utilization of redox-active ligands into a Ru2 complex expanded the degree of freedom in the electronic structure. DFT calculations support this view, and the spin population was estimated to be approximately 18% and 82% for the Ru2 core and the four dioxolene ligands, respectively.  相似文献

An two-electrode molecular bridge model that consists of two benzene rings was presented. The characteristics of electronic transport through the nano-molecular bridge was investigated theoretically by using the tight binding approach based on the Green’s function with only one π orbital per carbon atom at the site. Electronic transport probabilities through the molecular bridge from the input to the output terminal were obtained. The electronic current distributions inside the molecular bridge were calculated and shown in graphical analogy by the current density method based on Fisher-Lee formula at the energy points E=±0.68 and E=±1.38 where the peaks of transport probabilities appeared, and the maximum bond electronic current was also presented. The reason why the loop current in the benzene ring is induced by the phase difference within the molecular orbits is explained.  相似文献

The stereocontrolled total synthesis of (-)-spirofungin A (1) and (+)-spirofungin B (2a), polyketide-type antibiotics having various antifungal activities, has been achieved employing the Weinreb amide 8, the alkyne 9, and the vinyl boronate 5 readily available from the common intermediate 10. The first synthesis proceeded with a longest linear sequence of 31 steps, affording (-)-1 and (+)-2a in 7.9% and 5.2% overall yields, respectively.  相似文献
