Gd3+ complexes have been shown to undergo unusual slow magnetic relaxation processes similar to those of single-molecule magnets (SMMs), even though Gd3+ does not exhibit strong magnetic anisotropy. To reveal the origin of the slow magnetic relaxation of Gd3+ complexes, we have investigated the magnetic properties and heat capacities of two Gd3+-phthalocyaninato triple-decker complexes, one of which has intramolecular Gd3+–Gd3+ interactions and the other does not. It was found that the Gd3+–Gd3+ interactions accelerate the magnetic relaxation processes. In addition, magnetically diluted samples, prepared by doping a small amount of the Gd3+ complexes into a large amount of diamagnetic Y3+ complexes, underwent dual magnetic relaxation processes. A detailed dynamic magnetic analysis revealed that the coexistence of spin–lattice relaxation and phonon-bottleneck processes is the origin of the dual magnetic relaxation processes.  相似文献

The electrical and optical properties of a-SiNx:H thin films prepared by rf growth-discharge in SiH4N2H2 without B or P doping have been measured for 0 < x ? 0.6. It is observed that the activation energy for extended-state electron conduction as well as the optical gap are unaffected by N content for x ? 0.4. The electron mobility in extended states is improved by as much as a factor of 10 by the N incorporation. There is a rapid conversion from the tetrahedral network to a Si3N4 network as x increases above ≈ 0.4.  相似文献

The Michael addition of a chiral amine [(-)- 6] to alpha,beta-unsaturated esters ( 4) was attained and the stereoselectivity was inverted by changing the solvent from diethyl ether to tetrahydrofuran when alpha,beta-unsaturated esters having an aromatic ring at the beta-position were employed. In addition, the chiral auxiliary in the Michael adducts ( 9A) was facilely removed with N-iodosuccinimide to afford beta-amino esters ( 10A) and 2-methoxy- d-bornylaldehyde ( 11), which can be reclaimed to the chiral amine ( 6) by reductive amination.  相似文献

External photoelectron emission spectra of typical ionic liquids were measured in the presence and absence of iodide. Threshold energies and quantum efficiencies of the photoelectron emission were estimated. From these values, the conduction band energy of electrons and the acceptor number of each liquid were estimated. Interactions between the ionic liquids and iodide are discussed on the basis of these results.  相似文献

Biologically important and structurally unique marine natural products avarone (1), avarol (2), neoavarone (3), neoavarol (4) and aureol (5), were efficiently synthesized in a unified manner starting from (+)-5-methyl-Wieland-Miescher ketone 10. The synthesis involved the following crucial steps: i) Sequential BF(3)Et(2)O-induced rearrangement/cyclization reaction of 2 and 4 to produce 5 with complete stereoselectivity in high yield (2 --> 5 and 4 --> 5); ii) strategic salcomine oxidation of the phenolic compounds 6 and 8 to derive the corresponding quinones 1 and 3 (6 --> 1 and 8 --> 3); and iii) Birch reductive alkylation of 10 with bromide 11 to construct the requisite carbon framework 12 (10 + 11 --> 12). An in vitro cytotoxicity assay of compounds 1-5 against human histiocytic lymphoma cells U937 determined the order of cytotoxic potency (3 > 1 > 5 > 2 > 4) and some novel aspects of structure-activity relationships.  相似文献

Enantioselective total synthesis of (+)-ottelione A (1) and (-)-ottelione B (2), novel and potent antitumor agents from a freshwater plant, and (+)-3-epi-ottelione A (3), the earlier proposed stereostructure of 1, was efficiently achieved starting from the known tricyclic compound 10. The synthesis involved the following key steps: i) coupling reactions of aldehydes 8 and 9 with the aromatic portion 7 (8+7-->15 and 9+7-->27), ii) base-induced hemiacetal-opening/epimerization reactions of the cyclic hemiacetals 6 and 27 (6-->17 and 27 a-->26 a), and iii) Corey-Winter's reductive olefination of the cyclic thiocarbonates 21 and 36 (21-->22 and 36-->37). The present total synthesis fully established the absolute configuration of these natural products. The cell growth inhibition profile, COMPARE analysis, and tubulin inhibitory assay of (+)-3-epi-ottelione A (3) and its O-acetyl derivative 24 demonstrated that these unnatural substances could be prominent lead compounds for the development of anticancer agents with a novel mode of action.  相似文献

We studied the production of nine typical organic analytical reagents labeled with11C,13N and18F by irradiation with charged particles and bremsstrahlung and the purification of labeled compounds with HPLC and sublimation. As a result, we found that six reagents, α-naphthol, β-naphthol, quinoline, α-nitroso-β-naphthol, 8-hydroxyquinoline, and 1,10-phenanthroline H2O could be labeled with11C by bombarding a mixture of each reagent and boron with protons. More than 10% of the11C was successfully exchanged with carbon atoms in the original reagents. We also found that sublimation is useful for purifying 8-hydroxyquinoline labeled with11C. The extraction property of11C-labeled 8-hydroxyquinoline between water and chloroform could be easily monitored by radioactivity measurement.  相似文献

Degradation of imidazolium ionic liquid, [bmim+][TFSA] and iodide solution of [bmim+][TFSA] by UV-laser irradiation has been studied through ground-state absorption and transient absorption spectroscopy. We found that excited state [bmim+]* undergoes degradation efficiently.  相似文献
