Small‐amplitude expansions are utilized to discuss the mean flow induced by the reflection of a weakly nonlinear internal gravity wave beam at a uniform rigid slope, in the case where the beam planes of constant phase meet the slope at an arbitrary direction, not necessarily parallel to the isobaths, and the flow cannot be taken as two dimensional. Along the vertical, the Eulerian mean flow, due to such an oblique reflection, is equal and opposite to the Stokes drift so the Lagrangian mean flow vanishes, similar to a two‐dimensional reflection. The horizontal Eulerian mean flow, however, is controlled by the mean potential vorticity (PV) and the corresponding Lagrangian mean flow is generally nonzero, in contrast to two‐dimensional flow where PV identically vanishes. For an oblique reflection, furthermore, viscous dissipation can trigger generation of horizontal mean flow via irreversible production of mean PV, a phenomenon akin to streaming.  相似文献

Amino acid ester substituted polyphosphazenes are osteoactive benefiting from their phosphorus‐containing chemical structure, which highlights interests in bone tissue engineering. To correlate their chemical structures with cell activities, in this study, poly[(ethyl alanato)0.3(ethyl glycinato)0.7phosphazene] (PAGP) and poly[(ethyl phenylalanato)0.3(ethyl glycinato)0.7phosphazene] (PPGP) are synthesized to carry out studies on cell osteogenic differentiation. In the non‐contact culture manner, bone mesenchymal stromal cells (BMSCs) are cultured in transwell chambers containing PAGP or PPGP films, while the cells and the materials do not contact. In the contact culture manner, BMSCs are cultured on the PAGP or PPGP films. In the meantime, solutions containing PAGP or PPGP degradation products (i.e., phosphate, ammonium, and corresponding amino acids) are applied for cell culture using inorganic phosphate (Pi) ion as control. Thus, the influences from substrate surface and degradation products can be identified separately. The results reveal that both the phosphorus‐containing surface of PAGP and PPGP films and their degradation products play significant roles in regulating cell behaviors. In comparison with PAGP, PPGP seems able to provide relatively stable phosphorus‐containing surface to strengthen the cell‐scaffold interaction because of its slower degradation rate and higher Young's modulus, leading to greater promotion in osteogenic differentiation via contact effect.  相似文献

π-Stacked polymers, which consist of layered π-electron systems in a polymer, can be expected to be used in molecular electronic devices. However, the construction of a stable π-stacked structure in a polymer is considerably challenging because it requires sophisticated designs and precise synthetic methods. Herein, we present a novel π-stacked architecture based on poly(quinolylene-2,3-methylene) bearing alanine derivatives as the side chain, obtained through the living cyclo-copolymerization of an o-allenylaryl isocyanide. In the resulting polymer, the neighboring quinoline rings of the main chain form a layered structure with π–π interactions, which is stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The vicinal quinoline units form two independent helices and the whole molecule is a twisted-tape structure. This structure is established on the basis of UV/CD spectra, theoretical calculations, and atomic-force microscopy.  相似文献

Synthesis of 3-cyclopropylmethyl-, 3-cyclobutylmethyl-, and 3-methyl-8-benzoylthio-2,6-methano-3-benzazocines (1j-l) was performed by regio-selective chlorosulfonation of non-narcotic 8-deoxy derivatives (1a-c) followed by reduction and benzoylation. 3-Benzoylthiomorphinans (2h-j) were also obtained by the same method. Compounds having small-ring substituents (1k, 1l, 2i, 2j) were found to be weak but pure mu- and delta-opioid antagonists. The analgetic activity of 1k was almost equal to that of pentazocine.  相似文献

3-Acylthiomorphinans, 3-carbamoylthio-3-deoxydihydromorphine and 3-benzoylthio-9-aza-17-carbamorphinan were synthesized by Newman-Kwart rearrangement of the corresponding O-thiocarbamates. The analgetic activities were lower than that of pentazocine, and the opioid receptor binding affinities were very weak. These acylthiomorphinans showed low antinociceptive activity compared with corresponding sulfur-containing benzomorphans. 3-Carbamoylthio-deoxydihydromorphine had no significant analgetic activity.  相似文献
