A highly sensitive impedimetric immunosensor based on a gold nanoparticles/multiwall carbon nanotube-ionic liquid electrode (AuNPs/MW-CILE) was developed for the determination of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). Gold nanoparticles were used to enhance the extent of immobilization and to retain the immunoactivity of the antibody Herceptin on the electrode. Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were employed for characterization of various layers coated onto the AuNPs/MW-CILE. The impedance measurements at different steps were based on the charge transfer kinetics of the [Fe(CN)6]3−/4− redox pair. The immobilization of antibody and the corresponding antigen–antibody interaction at the electrode surface altered the interfacial electron transfer. The interactions of antibody with various concentrations of antigen were also monitored via the change of impedance response. The results showed that the charge transfer resistance increases linearly with increasing concentrations of HER2 antigen. The linear range and limit of detection were found as 10–110 ng mL−1 and 7.4 ng mL−1, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the immunosensor were validated. The results showed that the prepared immunosensor is a useful tool for screening of trace amounts of HER2 in serum samples of breast cancer patients.  相似文献

Zinc zirconium phosphate (ZPZn) nanoparticles have been used as an efficient catalyst for the selective oxidation of a wide range of alcohols to their corresponding ketones or aldehydes using H2O2 as an oxidizing agent without any organic solvent, phase transfer catalyst, or additive. The steric factors associated with the substrates had a significant influence on the reaction conditions. The results showed that this method can be applied for chemoselective oxidation of benzyl alcohols in the presence of aliphatic alcohols. The catalyst used in the current study was characterized by ICP‐OES, XRD, N2 adsorption‐desorption, NH3‐TPD, Py‐FTIR, SEM, and TEM. These analyses revealed that the interlayer distance in the catalyst increased from 7.5 to 8.7 Å when Zn2+ was intercalated between the layers, whereas the crystallinity of the material was reduced. This nanocatalyst could also be recovered and reused at least seven times without any discernible decrease in its catalytic activity. This new method for the oxidation of alcohols has several key advantages, including mild and environmentally friendly reaction conditions, excellent yields and a facile work‐up.  相似文献

ZnO‐Al2O3 nanocomposite (ZANC) is used as nanocatalyst for photodegradation of acid violet 5B (AV5B) as an industrial dye. The experimental data shows that the degradation of AV5B is accelerated by ZANC and UV light. The effects of various parameters such as pH, hydrogen peroxide and ethanol are investigated on the photodegradation efficiency. Photocatalytic degradation rate of AV5B is increased by ethanol and hydrogen peroxide. Based on the kinetic studies, the rate constant of the photodegradation reaction is estimated 2.829 × 10‐1 min‐1.  相似文献

A novel CdTe quantum dots‐modified carbon paste electrode (QDMCPE) was fabricated and used to study the electrooxidation of dopamine and uric acid and their mixtures by electrochemical methods. Using square wave voltammetry (SWV), a highly sensitive and simultaneous determination of dopamine and uric acid was explored at the modified electrode. SWV peak currents of dopamine and uric acid increased linearly with their concentrations in the ranges of 7.5×10?8–6.0×10?4 M, and 7.5×10?6–1.4×10?3 M, respectively. Finally this new sensor was used for determination of dopamine and uric acid in some real samples.  相似文献

Time-resolved contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (CE-MRA) provides contrast dynamics in the vasculature and allows vessel segmentation based on temporal correlation analysis. Here we present an automated vessel segmentation algorithm including automated generation of regions of interest (ROIs), cross-correlation and pooled sample covariance matrix analysis. The dynamic images are divided into multiple equal-sized regions. In each region, ROIs for artery, vein and background are generated using an iterative thresholding algorithm based on the contrast arrival time map and contrast enhancement map. Region-specific multi-feature cross-correlation analysis and pooled covariance matrix analysis are performed to calculate the Mahalanobis distances (MDs), which are used to automatically separate arteries from veins. This segmentation algorithm is applied to a dual-phase dynamic imaging acquisition scheme where low-resolution time-resolved images are acquired during the dynamic phase followed by high-frequency data acquisition at the steady-state phase. The segmented low-resolution arterial and venous images are then combined with the high-frequency data in k-space and inverse Fourier transformed to form the final segmented arterial and venous images. Results from volunteer and patient studies demonstrate the advantages of this automated vessel segmentation and dual phase data acquisition technique.  相似文献

In this work, the effects of the electric field on the optical properties of the symmetric and asymmetric double semi-parabolic quantum wells (DSPQWs) are investigated numerically for typical GaAs/AlxGa1−xAs. Optical properties are obtained using the compact density matrix approach. Our calculations for the asymmetric DSPQW show that the resonant peak values of the total refractive index change and total optical absorption coefficient are maximum for a certain value of the applied electric field, due to the anti-crossing effect. However, for the symmetric DSPQW, the resonant peak values of these optical properties decrease monotonically with increasing the applied electric field. Also, our results indicate that a larger value of the optical rectification coefficient of the symmetric DSPQW can be induced by applying a small electric field.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot condensation of β‐naphthol, aldehydes and cyclic 1,3‐dicarbonyl compound has been achieved with ionic liquids as catalyst, thus a variety of 8,9,10,12‐tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthen‐11‐one derivatives were prepared in good yields. The anodic oxidation of chlorpromazine (CPZ) has been studied on a glassy carbon electrode by electrocatalytic effect of Alizarin Red S (ARS) as a homogenous mediator in universal buffer (pH = 2). The linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) studies showed that the catalytic current of this system depends on the concentration of CPZ. The magnitude of the peak current for ARS increased severely in the presence of CPZ, and proportional to CPZ concentration. The catalytic peak current was linearly dependent on CPZ concentration in the ranges of 10–500 μM and the detection limit was 5.16 μM by LSV. The diffusion coefficient of CPZ was estimated using chronoamperometry. The method also was used for estimation of catalytic rate constant at catalytic reaction between ARS and CPZ. The influences of potentially interfering substances on the current response of the system were examined. The importance of technique is because of its ability to electrocatalytic determination of CPZ with ARS as homogenous electrocatalyst, while it does not need to be prepared as for the modified electrode. The method was successfully applied for analysis of CPZ in solid pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献
