The present study demonstrates the development of a supramolecular porous ensemble consisting of hetero‐oligophenylene derivative 6 and Au‐Fe3O4 nanodots. Supramolecular assemblies of AIE‐active hetero‐oligophenylene derivative 6 served as reactors for the generation of Au‐Fe3O4 nanodots. The as prepared supramolecular ensemble functioned as an efficient recyclable photocatalytic system for C(sp2)?H bond activation of anilines for the construction of quinoline carboxylates. Interestingly, the “dip catalyst” prepared by depositing PTh‐co‐PANI‐6: Au‐Fe3O4 nanodots on a filter paper served as a recyclable strip (up to 10 cycles) for C?C/C?N bond formation reaction.  相似文献

Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic drug used to treat schizophrenia. This study aims to formulate risperidone as effervescent tablets to improve patient compliance. Different nanoemulsion combinations were loaded with risperidone to improve its poor water solubility then adsorbed on Aeroperl. The formula showing highest drug dissolution was formulated as effervescent tablets. Factorial design was applied for different tablet formulation variables and the prepared formulae were tested for different criteria in comparison with their corresponding formulae containing drug without nanoemulsion formulation. Statistical analysis was used to determine the most desirable tablet formula considering its Carr index, effervescence time, and drug release.  相似文献

The kinetics of H2O2 decomposition have been investigated using ZrO2 supported with transition metal ions including CuII, AgI, HgII, CoII, MnII, NiII and FeIII. At pH = 6.8, the reaction rate exhibits a first order dependence on the initial H2O2 concentration at low concentrations. The order of activity of the different catalysts is strongly dependent on the [H2O2]0 used. The reaction proceed via the formation of the peroxo-intermediate which has an inhibiting effect on the reaction rate. The rate increases with increasing pH, and attains a limiting rate at higher pH's. A reaction mechanism is proposed involving liberation of HO2 radicals from the peroxo-intermediate as the rate-determining step.  相似文献

Base-catalyzed C–C cross coupling of secondary alcohols and aryl-aldehydes was achieved, when an alcoholic solution of an aryl-aldehyde was stirred under reflux for 45 h in the presence of a catalytic (20 mol%) amount of K2CO3. The consistent formation of α,α′-bis-(benzylidene) alkanones was obtained in moderate to good yields using various secondary alcohols and substituted aryl-aldehydes. Herein, α,α′-bis-(benzylidene)alkanones, which are the classical products of Claisen-Schmidt (cross aldol) condensation, have been synthesized via an alternative strategy using secondary alcohols. Bis-(benzylidene) alkanones are an integral part of various drug regimes and the production of bis-(benzylidene) alkanones without using any precious metal is a major outcome of the present reaction.  相似文献

A simple and expedient multicomponent protocol was developed to synthesize 4-thiazolidinones by employing VOSO4 as a catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation. The significant features of this protocol includes shorter reaction time, high yields, low catalyst loading, and also the catalyst can be recovered and reused up to next four cycles without significant loss in catalytic activity. All the synthesized novel indazole compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial and anti-biofilm activities. Compounds 9n, 9o and 9q showed promising activity (MIC value of 3.9?µg/mL) against K. planticola (MTCC 530). They also exhibited significant bactericidal activity against K. planticola (MTCC 530) (MBC value of 15.6?µg/mL). Additionally, 9n, 9o and 9q inhibited biofilm formation (IC50 values ranging between 20.28–20.79?μg/mL) in this organism.  相似文献

The redox behaviour of adsorbed species of 2,4,6-tri(2-pyridyl)-1,3-5-triazine (TPTZ) at the surface of a mercury electrode was examined using cycling voltammetry. Based on the adsorption and accumulation of TPTZ at the charged mercury surface cathodic adsorptive stripping voltammetry (CSV) is applied for the trace determination of TPTZ using a differential pulse (DP) technique. Experimental and operational parameters for the quantitative analysis of TPTZ are optimized and the detection limit was found to be 3×10–9 mol/l. The effect of some interferences, e.g. organic compounds, cations and anions, are investigated.  相似文献
