Four new triterpene glycosides cucumariosides H5 (1), H6 (2), H7 (3) and H8 (4) along with the known cucumarioside H (5) have been isolated from the Far Eastern sea cucumber Eupentacta fraudatrix. The structures of glycosides 1-4 were elucidated on the basis of spectral data (2D NMR and MS). Glycosides 1-4 belong to the group o f cucumariosides H having branched rare pentasaccharidecarbohydrate moieties with one sulfate group and 3-O-methyl-D-xylose as a terminal monosaccharide unit. Glycosides 1-3 and 5 differ from each other in structures of side chains of the aglycones, while cucumarioside H8 (4) has a novel aglycone with unprecedented 16(22)-epoxy-group, never found in the sea cucumbers glycosides. Glycosides 1-3, and 5 were cytotoxic against mouse lymphocytes and hemolytic against mouse erythrocytes. Glycoside 2 was less active in comparison with others.  相似文献

A study has been made of the 1H NMR spectra of peracetylated beta-glucopyranosides and alpha-arabinopyranosides obtained by reaction of D- and L-glucoses, and L- and D-arabinoses with either (R)- or (S)-2-octanols. The obtained and literature data show that 1H NMR spectra may be used to determine the absolute configuration of the aglycone moieties of some alicyclic glycosides without the need to synthesize derivatives with chiral reagents, as long as the absolute configuration of their monosaccharide moiety is known or vice versa. Spectra of marine steroid glycosides and their acetates containing glycosylated side chains as alicyclic fragments were also examined. It was shown that analysis of 1H NMR spectra for the determination of the absolute configuration is more applicable in the cases when glycosides have the same substitution in the D-ring of the aglycone moiety.  相似文献

Two new asterosaponins, lethasteriosides A (1) and B (2), were isolated along with previously known thornasteroside A (3), anasteroside A (4), and luidiaquinoside (5) from the ethanolic extract of the Far Eastern starfish Lethasterias fusca. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by extensive NMR and ESIMS techniques, and chemical transformations. Compounds 1 and 3-5 did not show any apparent cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines T-47D, RPMI-7951, and HCT-116, but glycoside 1, at concentration of 20 microM, demonstrated considerable inhibition of the T-47D (97%), RPMI-795I (90%) and HCT-116 (90%) cell colony formations in a soft agar clonogenic assay.  相似文献

Seven new minor triterpene glycosides, cucumariosides A2 (1), A7 (2), A9 (3), A10 (4), A11 (5), A13 (6) and A14 (7) have been isolated from the Far Eastern sea cucumber Eupentacta fraudatrix. Structures of the glycosides were elucidated by 2D NMR spectroscopy and MS. Glycosides 1-7 belong to the group of cucumariosides A, having linear tetrasaccharide carbohydrate moieties without any sulfate group and possessing 3-O-methyl-D-xylose as a terminal monosaccharide unit. Glycosides 1, 2, 5-7 differ from each other in side chain structures in aglycone moieties, while cucumarioside A10 (4) has a 23,24,25,26,27-pentanorlanostane aglycone with 18(16)-lactone. Cucumarioside A9 (3), having an uncommon 18-hydroxy group, is the second representative of the unique metabolically active glycosides that are regarded as intermediates of glycoside biosynthesis in sea cucumbers. Cytotoxic activities of glycosides 1-7 and cucumarioside A8 (8) against mouse spleen lymphocytes and the cells of the ascite form of mouse Ehrlich carcinoma, along with hemolytic activity against mouse erythrocytes and antifungal activity were studied. Cucumariosides A2 (1), A8 (8) and A13 (6) demonstrated high hemolytic activities. Glycosides 1, 4 and 6 showed moderate cytotoxic activity. Only cucumarioside A8 (8), having an 18-oxymethylene group and a 24(25)-double bond, was very active in all the tests.  相似文献

We have found that the S-matrix for atoms and hadrons depends on a gauge as the elementary particles are off mass-shell in the bound states. The S-matrix for bound states one should to construct by the projection of the Belinfante energy-momentum tensor on the Gauss equation solution for the time component with the time-axis chosen as the eigenvector of the bound state total momentum operator. We have shown that this QCD Hamiltonian determined in infrared region by the rising potential ansatz, besides the parton model in the specific gauge, contains also the nonrelativistic potential model for heavy quarkonia, the chiral Lagrangians for light quarkonia with their spectrum, the glueball physics, and the small effective coupling constant in the whole region of transversal momenta.  相似文献

Six polyhydroxylated steroids and their derivatives were isolated from the starfish Lysastrosoma anthosticta collected in the Posyet Bay, Sea of Japan. These include a new glycoside of the steroid polyol, lysastroside A (1), which was identified as (25S)-26-O--d-xylopyranosyl-5-cholestane-3,6,8,15,16,26-hexaol, and the previously known pycnopodioside C monoglycoside (2), marthasterone sulfate (3), (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,8,15,16,26-hexaol (4), (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,7,8,15,16,26-heptaol (5), and (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,7,8,15,16,26-heptaol (6). The compounds were tested for the haemolytic activity and the action on the embryogenesis of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius.  相似文献

Two new polyhydroxysteroids and five new glycosides were isolated from the starfishCeramaster patagonicus and their structures were elucidated: 5α-cholestane-3β,6α,15β,16β,26-pentol, (22E)-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,6α,8,15α,24-pentol, (22E)-28-O-[O-(2-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-galactofuranosyl]-24-hydroxymethyl-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,4β, 6α,8,15β,16β,28-heptol (ceramasteroside C1), (22E)-28-O-[O-(2,4-di-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-galactofuranosyl]-24-hydroxymethyl-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β, 6α,8,15β,16β,28-hexol (ceramasteroside C2), (22E)-28-O-[O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-galactofuranosyl]-24-hydroxymethyl-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,6α,8,15β,16β 28-hexol (eramasteroside C3), (22E)-28-O-[O-(2-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-galactofuranosyl]-24-methyl-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,4β,6α,8, 15β, 26-hexol (ceramasteroside C4), and (22E)-28-O-[O-(2-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl]-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,6α,8,15β,24-pentol (ceramasteroside C5)). Three known polyhydroxysteroids (24-methylene-5α-cholestane-3β,6α,8,15β,16β,26-hexol, 5α-cholestane-3β,6α,8,15β,16β,26-hexol, and 5α-cholestane-3β,6β,15α,16β,26-pentol) were also isolated. A new meroterpenoid asperdemin (1) and two known compounds, viz., diorcinol (2) and viridicatol (3), were isolated from the marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor. The structures of these compounds were established by NMR spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrome-try. The absolute stereochemistry of 1 was determined by modified Mosher’s method. The antimicrobial activity of the total extract from A. versicolor was attributed to diorcinol (2). Asperdemin exhibits weak cytostatic and membranolytic activities in developing embryos of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus nudus.  相似文献

Three new sulfated meroterpenoids containing sesquiterpene and hydroquinone moieties, namely siphonodictyal A sulfate (1), akadisulfate A (2) and akadisulfate B (3), along with the known siphonodictyal B3 and bis(sulfato)-cyclosiphonodictyol A were isolated from the sponge Aka coralliphaga. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Akadisulfate B and siphonodictyal B3 showed a radical-scavenging activity comparable with that of the known lipophylic antioxidant BHT.  相似文献

Two new minor triterpene glycosides, liouvillosides A(4) (1) and A(5) (2) have been isolated from the sea cucumber Staurocucumis liouvillei living in Antarctic and Sub-Antarctic waters. The structures of the new glycosides were elucidated using extensive nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy ((1)H- and (13)C-NMR spectroscopy, (1)H-(1)H COSY, 1D-TOCSY, HMBC, HSQC and NOESY), ESI-MS and MALDI TOF MS. The glycosides 1 and 2 are disulphated tetraosides having very rare 3-O-methylquinovose as terminal monosaccharide.  相似文献
