Abstract

Specific inhibitors of glycosyltransferases have become of interest1 not only for investigation of carbohydrate-participating cell-surface phenomena but also for practical use such as chemotherapeutic reagents. Glycosyltransferases catalyze the transfer of glycosyl moieties from nucleotide donors to oligosaccharide acceptors. Therefore, two kinds of substrate-analog inhibitors are possible. The donor analogs have been rather well studied, but are not specific. On the other hand, glycosyltransferases have in general smct acceptor specifkity. Recently, acceptor analogs which inhibit the corresponding glycosyltransferases were reported2-5 and as expected were acceptor-specific inhibitors.  相似文献

用强子和弦级联模型LUCIAE系统研究从AGS到SPS,到RHIC,再到LHC能量核–核碰撞中Φ介子产生.采用与能量有关弦碎裂函数,并通过与荷电粒子多重数实验数据的比较确定其中的参数后,LUCIAE模型给出的Φ介子产额与实验数据也都相近,得到的事件平均弦碎裂变量随能量之增趋饱和规律,可能是核穿透性能量行为的定性表示.  相似文献

在光学综合自动测量中 ,使用液晶显示屏作为分划板可以大大简化结构 ,提高效率 ,真正地实现自动测量。由于液晶显示具有对比度低、噪声大等特点 ,所以根据液晶的这些特点以及图像处理和CCD信号接收的特点选择两种适用的判据进行了分析和试验比较 ,并给出了结果。结果表明 ,这两种判别函数都适用于以液晶显示屏为目标和用图像处理方法进行光学参数测量的系统 ,其中锐度判别函数更优于信息熵判别函数 ,前者具有更好的抗干扰性和稳定性 ,而且其判定结果更接近目视清晰度判别  相似文献

5-Thio-L-fucose-containing trisaccharide H-type II was synthesized. The 3',4'-O-isopropylidene-2-azido-2-deoxylactoside derivative, which was prepared from lactose by azidonitration of lactal, was used as a starting material. By regio- and stereoselective 5-thio-L-fucosylation of the 6,6'-dibenzoate 5 with 5-thiofucosyl trichloroacetimidate 6 and subsequent deprotection gave the 5-thio-L-fucose-containing H-type II 1. Conformational analysis of the 5-thio-L-fucose-containing H-type II and the native H-type II was carried out through NOESY experiments. The observed NOE values between N-acetylglucosamine and galactose, and galactose and fucose were same for these two trisaccharides. However, NOE values between fucose and N-acetylglucosamine were significantly different. Binding of the 5-thio-L-fucose-containing H-type II to lectins and antibodies were in some case stronger and in some case weaker than those of the native trisaccharide.  相似文献

This article briefly summarizes the diffusion and reactions of interstitial oxygen species in amorphous SiO2 (a-SiO2). The most common form of interstitial oxygen species is oxygen molecule (O2), which is sensitively detectable via its characteristic infrared photoluminescence (PL) at 1272 nm. The PL observation of interstitial O2 provides key data to verify various processes related to interstitial oxygen species: the dominant role of interstitial O2 in long-range oxygen transport in a-SiO2; formation of the Frenkel defect pair (Si–Si bond and interstitial oxygen atom, O0) by dense electronic excitation; efficient photolysis of interstitial O2 into O0 with F2 laser light (λ = 157 nm,  = 7.9 eV); and creation of interstitial ozone molecule via reaction of interstitial O2 with photogenerated O0. The efficient formation of interstitial O0 by F2 laser photolysis makes it possible to investigate the mobility, optical absorption, and chemical reactions of interstitial O0. The observed properties of O0 are consistent with the model that O0 takes the configuration of Si–O–O–Si bond. Interstitial O2 and O0 react with dangling bonds, oxygen vacancies, and chloride groups in a-SiO2. Reactions of interstitial O2 and O0 with mobile interstitial hydrogen species produce interstitial water molecules and hydroperoxy radicals. Interstitial hydroxyl radicals are formed by F2 laser photolysis of interstitial water molecules.  相似文献
