Aggregation and columnar assembly of crescent oligoamides

The aggregation and assembly of crescent oligoamides with two to six benzene residues are investigated. In chloroform, the pentamer and hexamer are found to associate into large aggregates. In the solid state, all oligomers examined associate into columnar assemblies via stacking interactions, as shown by X-ray diffraction data from single crystals and powder samples. The columnar assemblies of the pentamer and hexamer should contain hydrophilic channels defined by the constituent oligomers.     

2-多氟烷基取代和葡萄糖基取代的2,4-二氢-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮类席夫碱的合成及其杀虫活性

为改善三唑类化合物的生物活性,以5-苯基-4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮为原料,将其与芳香醛在冰醋酸体系中反应,得到5-苯基-4-芳基亚甲氨基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮类席夫碱(4a～4i).在此基础上,化合物4a～4i分别与多氟烷基碘代烷和溴代乙酰基葡萄糖反应合成了一系列2,4-二氢-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮类席夫碱的多氟烷基取代物5a～5r和葡萄糖基取代物6a～6d,并用1H NMR,19F NMR,IR和MS谱以及元素分析表征了它们的结构.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分目标化合物具有明显的杀虫活性.

Quassinoids from seeds of Brucea Javanica and their anticomplement activities

Abstract

An investigation on seeds of Brucea javanica led to the acquisition of a new quassinoid, 20-hydroxyyadanzigan (1), along with five known quassinoids (2–6). The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of extensive spectral analysis. All of the compounds were assayed for their anticomplement activities through classical and alternative pathways. Compounds 1–6 exhibited potent anticomplement activity with CH₅₀ and AP₅₀ values of 0.032–0.075?mg/mL and 0.061–0.118?mg/mL, respectively. Moreover, the structure-activity relationships of these compounds are discussed.

     

气相色谱-质谱法同时测定染整助剂中18种氯代烃类有机溶剂

建立了同时测定染整助剂中18种氯代烃类有机溶剂的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。加入适量氯化钠的染整助剂样品经正十四烷振荡提取后,以DB-624超高惰性毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,1.4μm)为色谱柱进行分离分析,电子轰击(EI)离子源选择离子监测(SIM)模式进行质谱监测,外标法定量。结果显示,18种氯代烃类有机溶剂可在19 min内完成色谱分离分析,在0.2～100 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r²)均不低于0.999 2,检出限(LODs,S/N=3)和定量下限(LOQs,S/N=10)分别为0.033～0.063 mg/L和0.11～0.19 mg/L。在低、中、高3个加标浓度水平下,阴性样品荧光增白剂1#(液体)和柔软剂2#(固体)中18种氯代烃类有机溶剂的平均加标回收率分别为93.3%～104%和92.7%～104%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)分别为3.5%～5.3%和3.2%～5.4%。对23种不同性能的染整助剂进行测定,在3种染整助剂中检出四氯乙烯。该方法灵敏度和准确度高,精密度好,适用于各种染整助剂中18种氯代...     

Trackable Supramolecular Fusion: Cage to Cage Transformation of Tetraphenylethylene‐Based Metalloassemblies

Herein, the trackable supramolecular transformation of a two‐component molecular cage to a three‐component cage through supramolecular fusion with another two‐component molecular square is described. The use of tetraphenylethene (TPE), a chromophore with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) character, as a component for the molecular cages enables facile fluorescence monitoring of the transformation process: while both cages exhibit fluorescence emission via the restriction of intramolecular motion of the TPE motif, the interactions between TPE and 4,4′‐bipyridine introduced in the supramolecular fusion process result in partial fluorescence quenching and shifts in the emission maximum. This study provides a simple and efficient approach towards complex supramolecular cages with emergent functions and demonstrates that AIE features could provide unique opportunities for the characterization of complex, dynamic supramolecular transformation processes.     

Photoredox‐Catalyzed Isomerization of Highly Substituted Allylic Alcohols by C−H Bond Activation

Photoredox‐catalyzed isomerization of γ‐carbonyl‐substituted allylic alcohols to their corresponding carbonyl compounds was achieved for the first time by C?H bond activation. This catalytic redox‐neutral process resulted in the synthesis of 1,4‐dicarbonyl compounds. Notably, allylic alcohols bearing tetrasubstituted olefins can also be transformed into their corresponding carbonyl compounds. Density functional theory calculations show that the carbonyl group at the γ‐position of allylic alcohols are beneficial to the formation of their corresponding allylic alcohol radicals with high vertical electron affinity, which contributes to the completion of the photoredox catalytic cycle.
