用ATRP法构筑核壳型梯度极性的多羟基多臂星状超支化聚合物及聚合物刷——三层聚合物刷的合成与表征

设计并通过原子转移自由基聚合方法 (ATRP)合成了核壳型具有梯度极性的多羟基多臂星状聚合物刷 .端羟基超支化聚 (3 乙基 3 羟甲基氧杂环丁烷 )与 2 溴 异丁基酰溴反应制得大分子引发剂 (HP Br) ,以Cu(I)Br和N ,N ,N′ ,N′ ,N″ 五甲基二乙基三胺 (PMDETA)为催化体系 ,进行甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)的ATRP反应 ,得到以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为臂的多臂星状超支化聚合物 (HP g PMMA) .又以HP g PMMA为引发剂 ,进行甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 (HEMA)的ATRP聚合 ,得到核壳型具有梯度极性的多羟基多臂星状超支化聚合物 (HP g PMMA b PHEMA) ,继续将其羟基官能团溴代化 (与 2 溴 异丁基酰溴反应 ) ,引发HEMA的ATRP溶液聚合 ,得到了多臂星状超支化聚合物刷 .产物的结构用1 H NMR、FTIR、GPC等进行了表征和测试 .     

微波衍生-离子对高效液相-磺化四苯基卟啉光度法同时测定痕量镍、铜、锰和锌

 用磺化四苯基卟啉 (TPPS4 )作柱前衍生试剂 ,在微波作用下进行衍生反应 ,研究了衍生和分离Ni2 + ,Mn2 + ,Zn2 + 和Cu2 + 的最佳条件。在 75 0W的微波作用下衍生反应 3min ,在C18柱上采用乙腈 水 (体积比为 2 2 5∶77 5 )体系作流动相 ,四乙基溴化铵 (TEABr)作离子对试剂 ,在 415nm处检测 ,建立了微波衍生 离子对高效液相快速分离、光度检测Ni2 + ,Mn2 + ,Zn2 + 和Cu2 + 的新方法。络合物和反应试剂在 15min内出峰完毕。Zn2 + ,Cu2 + ,Ni2 + 和Mn2 + 的检测限分别为 0 0 5 μg/L ,0 0 1μg/L ,0 10 μg/L和 0 40 μg/L。     

New Amphiphilic Polypyridyl Ruthenium（Ⅱ） Sensitizer and Its Application in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells

Amphiphilic polypyridyl mthenium（Ⅱ） complex cis-di（isothiocyanato）（4,4＇-di-tert-butyl-2,2＇-bipyridyl）（4,4＇- dicarboxy-2,2＇-bipyridyl）ruthenium（Ⅱ）（K005） has been synthesized and characterized by cyclic voltammetry, ^1H NMR, UV-Vis, and FT-IR spectroscopies. The sensitizer sensitizes TiO2 over a notably broad spectral range due to its intense metal-to-ligand charge-transfer （MLCT） bands at 537 and 418 nm. The photophysical and photochemical studies of K005 were contrasted with those of cis-Ru（dcbpy）2（NCS）2, known as the N3 dye, and the amphiphilic ruthenium（Ⅱ） dye Z907. A reversible couple at E1/2=0.725 V vs. saturated calomel electrode （SCE） with a separation of 0.08 V between the anodic and cathodic peaks, was observed due to the Ru^Ⅱ/Ⅲ couple by cyclic voltammetry. Furthermore, this amphiphilic ruthenium complex was successfully used as sensitizers for dye-sensitized solar cells with the efficiency of 3.72% at the 100 mW·cm^-2 irradiance of air mass 1.5 simulated sunlight without optimization of TiO2 films and the electrolyte.     

非水体系毛细管电泳-紫外检测法测定苯甲酸和苯甲醛

建立了用非水相体系高效毛细管电泳-紫外检测法同时测定苯甲酸和苯甲醛的新方法，考察了运行电压、非水相介质和电解质等因素的影响，在25℃下，以V（乙腈）：V（碳酸丙烯酯）=1：1的混合液为溶剂，缓冲体系中含15mmol／L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵体积分数1％乙酸，重力进样30S，运行电压20kV，毛细管总长45cm有效长度30cm，φ75μm，检测波长285nm。苯甲酸线性范围为5～40μg／mL，线性方程为：Y=13．473ρ＋13．336，相关系数r=0．9985，检出限为0．92μg／mL，RSD为3．8％。苯甲醛的线性范围75～1125μg／mL线性方程为：Y=5．2449ρ＋564．01，相关系数r=0．9997，检出限为15．60μg／mL，RSD为3．5％。已用于经空气氧化后的苯甲醛中苯甲酸和苯甲醛的测定。

Multistep purification of an antifreeze protein from Ammopiptanthus mongolicus by chromatographic and electrophoretic methods

Antifreeze proteins (AFPs) are known as thermal hysteresis proteins, which can depress the freezing points of the solution by noncolligative effects, but do not affect the melting points. Although some AFPs have been found in some plants, the identity of most proteins remains unclear, owing to insufficient quantity and quality to characterize them. In this report, we describe the purification of an AFP from the winter leaves of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus using a combination of column chromatography and gel electrophoresis. After homogenization in ascorbate-acid-containing Tris buffers (pH 7.4) the soluble proteins are captured by (diethylamino)ethyl-cellulose 52 material. An elution with 0.1-0.3M KCl leads to a crude active fraction. The crude fraction is further purified on a Superdex 75 prep-grade column and finally a Poros 20HP2 column. A complex, consisting of two proteins with relative molecular masses of 34,700 and 37,100, respectively, in sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis, is obtained by this protein purification protocol. The recovery of two proteins from the gel is carried out by electrophoresis. The purified protein, with a molecular mass of 37,100, shows thermal hysteresis activity (THA) and can modify the normal growth of ice crystals. The THA of this purified antifreeze protein is 0.24 degrees C at the concentration of 5 mg/mL.     

有机硅改性丙烯酸酯共聚乳液合成方法及胶膜性能的研究

用一次投料法、单体乳液滴加法和引发剂滴加法有机硅改性丙烯酸酯共聚乳液，聚合过程、胶粒形态及乳液稳定性的观测结果表明：单体乳液滴加法是合成该类乳液的最佳方法，研究了单体乳液滴加法中有机硅含量与聚合反及胶膜性能的关系，结果表明：有机硅含量在１５％以下时，聚合反应可以顺利进行，胶膜性能不仅依赖于聚合时有机硅单体的总量，而且还依赖于有机硅单体中活性硅氧烷所占的比例。     

燃料电池质子交换膜用新型磺化聚芳醚酮的合成和性能表征

报道了一种新型磺化聚芳醚酮材料的合成方法, 通过引入取代基对聚芳醚主链进行保护，用氯磺酸直接磺化方法在聚芳醚酮高分子侧基上引入磺酸功能基, 实现了聚合物磺化结构的可控定位合成, 得到了稳定性较好的磺化聚芳醚酮. 通过核磁共振(NMR)、 热重(TG)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等分析方法对其结构及性能进行了表征. 用溶液浇膜法制备了质子交换膜, 考察了膜的各种性能, 并与商用Nafion膜进行了比较, 其导电性、 热稳定性和吸水性远优于Nafion膜, 抗氧化性、抗水解性和机械强度也达到了较高的指标.     

γ-[SiW10O36]8-夹心型稀土元素单取代多酸化合物的合成与表征

利用缺位填充法合成了12个γ-[SiW10O36]8-夹心型稀土元素单取代多酸化合物K13[Ln(SiW10O36)2]·nH2O(Ln=La3+,Ce3+,Pr3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Eu3+,Gd3+,Tb3+,Dy3+,Ho3+,Er3+,Yb3+).通过元素分析确定其组成,由红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱、循环伏安及室温磁化率测定结果确认稀土离子与γ-[SiW10O36]8-相配位;183WNMR及荧光光谱结果则表明,稀土离子处于2个γ-[SiW10O36]8-构成的八配位环境中,标题化合物具有夹心型D2d对称性结构.
