An extension of gap functions for a system of vector equilibrium problems with applications to optimization problems

In this paper, the notion of gap functions is extended from scalar case to vector one. Then, gap functions and generalized functions for several kinds of vector equilibrium problems are shown. As an application, the dual problem of a class of optimization problems with a system of vector equilibrium constraints (in short, OP) is established, the concavity of the dual function, the weak duality of (OP) and the saddle point sufficient condition are derived by using generalized gap functions. Ba(Zr0.3Ti0.7)O3 铁电薄膜的制备

介绍了用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底和石英衬底上制备Ba(Zr0.3Ti0.7)O3铁电薄膜的基本原理、工艺过程及工艺特点;Sol-gel制备的Ba(Zr0.3Ti0.7)O3铁电薄膜表面平整、厚度均匀.     

高能闪光照相对电子束参数的要求

对高能闪光机光源性能用Monte-Carlo方法模拟研究发现：并非击靶电子束半径越小、发射度越低, 闪光机的照相性能就会越好. 研究结果表明：为了使闪光照相图像视面上照射量分布比较均匀, 对束半径与电子束归一发射度有一个联合限制, 对于20MeV闪光机, 如果击靶电子束有效半径是0.12cm, 那么仅当束归一发射度≥550cm.mrad时,在2°内的照射量不均匀性才小于5%.     

ZnSe/SiO2复合薄膜光学常数与荧光光谱的研究

采用溶胶-凝胶工艺与原位生长技术，制备了ZnSe/SiO₂复合薄膜.X射线衍射分 析表明薄膜中ZnSe晶体呈立方闪锌矿结构.X射线荧光分析结果显示薄膜中Zn与Se摩尔比为1 ∶1.01—1∶1.19.利用场发射扫描电子显微镜观察了复合薄膜的表面形貌，结果表明复合薄 膜表面既存在尺寸约为400nm的ZnSe晶粒，也存在尺寸小于100nm的ZnSe晶粒.利用椭偏仪测 量了薄膜椭偏角Ψ，Δ与波长λ的关系，采用Maxwell-Garnett有效介质理论对薄膜的光学 常数、厚度、气孔率、ZnS 关键词： 2复合薄膜')" href="#">ZnSe/SiO₂复合薄膜 光学性质 椭偏光度法 荧光光谱     

基于DEM的山地可照时间的空间分布

以山区高空间分辨率的DEM数据为主要数据源，在提取纬度、坡度、坡向等相应的地形要素栅格数据的基础上，利用GIS技术对山区可照时间的空间分布进行了模拟，实现了山区可照时间空间分布规律的可视化表达，分析了山区可照时间的空间分布特征，对于山区的农业、林业和生态环境等方面的研究具有重要意义．     

On Exponential Hedging and Related Quadratic Backward Stochastic Differential Equations

The dual optimization problem for the exponential hedging problem is addressed with a cone constraint. Without boundedness conditions on the terminal payoff and the drift of the Ito-type controlled process, the backward stochastic differential equation, which has a quadratic growth term in the drift, is derived as a necessary and sufficient condition for optimality via a variational method and dynamic programming. Further, solvable situations are given, in which the value and the optimizer are expressed in closed forms with the help of the Clark-Haussmann-Ocone formula.

La掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12薄膜铁电性能的影响

利用Sol-Gel法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备出Bi4Ti3O12和Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12薄膜,研究了La掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的晶体结构、铁电性能和疲劳特性的影响,发现La掺杂没有改变Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的基本晶体结构,并且提高了Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜的剩余极化值和抗疲劳性能,对La掺杂改善Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜性能的机理进行了讨论.     

Successive phase transitions of [(PyO)(H/D)][AuCl4] (PyO=C5H5NO)

³⁵Cl NQR as well as heat capacity measurements of [(PyO)H][AuCl₄] and its deuterated analog [(PyO)D][AuCl₄] revealed successive phase transitions at 70.5 and 62.5 K, and at 71 and 63 K, respectively. The NQR frequency varied continuously through the upper transition point while discontinuously through the lower transition point. In the intermediate-temperature phase a remarkable decrease in the signal intensity was observed. These NQR observations as well as the feature of the heat capacity anomaly in which a broad peak is succeeded by a sharp peak with decreasing temperature suggest a possibility of normal-incommensurate-commensurate phase sequence.
