钼钨铌磷杂多化合物的研究（Ⅰ）：杂多酸的合成和表征

提出了分步酸化一分步加料合成[PNb_2Mo_xW_(10-x)O_(40)]~(5-)(x=0,2,4,6)系列杂多酸的方法,给出了最佳配料比和生成反应的pH值,并进行了红外、紫外、极谱、电位滴定及热稳定性研究。     

磺胺二甲嘧啶的极谱伏安行为

本文考察了磺胺二甲嘧啶在多种底液中的极谱伏安行为，发现其在ＢｒｉｔｏｎＲｏｂｉｎｓｏｎ（ＢＲ）缓冲溶液（ｐＨ２．２）中产生一个良好的还原峰，峰电位为－０．８５Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ），峰电流与磺胺二甲嘧啶浓度在１×１０－７３×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内呈良好的线性关系，检出限为９×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，大多数金属离子和无机阴离子不干扰测定，可望用于定量测定用多种电化学方法研究了该还原峰电流的性质，结果表明，它是具有吸附性质的不可逆还原峰     

Zirconocene-mediated route to enantiopure 9-oxabicyclononanes functionalized on both carbon bridges

[reaction: see text] A zirconocene-mediated ring contraction of 4-vinylfuranosides generated either from d-arabinose or d-glucose is followed by sequential oxidation to the ketone and alkynyl Grignard addition. The resulting cis-cyclobutanediols are subjected in turn to thermal rearrangement and intramolecular oxymercuration-demercuration. The regiochemistry of the final ring closure is controlled by the nature of R.     

The first organically templated thorium compounds, [C4N2H12]0.5[ThF5] and [C5N2H14][ThF6].0.5H2O

Organically templated thorium compounds were synthesized for the first time under hydrothermal conditions; the piperazine containing compound consists of 2-D layers, while the 2-methylpiperazine phase contains unprecedented 1-D chains of face-sharing ThF9 polyhedra.     

Isolation of lipase producer and its performance in enantioselective hydrolysis of glycidyl butyrate

A racemic glycidyl butyrate resolving strain, preliminarily identified as a Rhizopus sp., had been isolated from soil. Its extracellular lipase was found to enantioselectively hydrolyze the (S)-enantiomer of the chiral ester, with optimal activities at pH 5.3 and 42°C. Higher en antioselectivity of theenzyme was observed at lower temperatures, while the best anantioselectivity was obtained at pH 5.5–6.0, with an, E value (enantiomeric ratio) of 57.
