Novel trisubstituted ethylenes, oxy ring-disubstituted propyl 2-cyano-3-phenyl-2-propenoates, RPhCH = C(CN)CO2C3H7 (where R is 4-methoxy-2-methyl, 4-methoxy-3-methyl, 3-ethoxy-4-methoxy, 3,4-dibenzyloxy, 3-benzyloxy-4-methoxy, 4-benzyloxy-3-methoxy) were prepared and copolymerized with styrene. The monomers were synthesized by the piperidine catalyzed Knoevenagel condensation of ring-substituted benzaldehydes and propyl cyanoacetate and characterized by CHN elemental analysis, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR. All the ethylenes were copolymerized with styrene (M1) in solution with radical initiation (ABCN) at 70°C. The composition of the copolymers was calculated from nitrogen analysis, and the structures were analyzed by IR, 1H and 13C-NMR, GPC, DSC, and TGA. Decomposition of the copolymers in nitrogen occurred in two steps, first in the 200–500°C range with residue (3–22% wt.), which then decomposed in the 500–800°C range.  相似文献

The relative rates of H-transfer between partners in ion-neutral complexes were compared with those in intramolecular rearrangements using results of first differential photoionization mass spectrometry measurements. Complex-mediated H-transfers are inferred to have rates of the same order as those for intramolecular hydrogen rearrangements, suggesting a similar range of motion of the reactive sites in both types of reactions. It is also concluded that at their fastest H-transfers take place between the partners in ion-neutral complexes within at most the time of several rotations of the partners in the complexes. Teotihuacan (50 km north-east Mexico City) was the most important ancient city in Mesoamerica and it flourished 200–750 AC. It is situated in the central part of the Valley of Teotihuacan, in Central México. This study was carried out in the 102 m-long cave under the largest single construction, the massive Sun Pyramid, being located on the east side of the “Avenue of the Dead”, in the northern half-part of the city. The study shows the results of Total Reflection X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry analysis and other techniques of a water sample obtained from the inside of the cave. The inside temperature ranged between 19 and 22 °C; relative humidity was between 98 and 99.3%; water-dropping velocity (water de-sorption capability) was 13.5 μL min− 1. Water samples from wells around the site were analyzed too. Metal concentration in all of the water samples matches the characteristics of the sampling site, well's depth, soil and minerals.  相似文献

The adsorption of rare gases on metal surfaces serves as the paradigm of weak adsorption where it is typically assumed that the adsorbate occupies maximally coordinated hollow sites. Density-functional theory calculations using the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method for Xe adatoms on Mg(0001), Al(111), Ti(0001), Cu(111), Pd(111), and Pt(111), show, however, that Xe prefers low coordination on-top sites in all cases. We identify the importance of polarization and a site-dependent Pauli repulsion in actuating the site preference and the principle nature of the rare-gas atom-metal surface interaction.  相似文献

Canova is a Brazilian homeopathic medication with immunomodulatory properties, recommended for patients where the immune system is depressed. Previous studies demonstrated that Canova induces up-regulation in numbers of leukocytes. The bone marrow microenvironment is composed of growth factors, stromal cells, extracellular matrix and progenitor cells that differentiate into mature blood cells. We now report the effect of in vitro administration of the medication on the mononuclear differentiation of the bone marrow cell. Swiss mice femurs were dissected cleaned and the cells of the marrow were flushed. The cells were plated, treated or not, incubated for different times and processed for light, transmission and scanning electron, and confocal microscopy analysis. Bone marrow cells showed an enhanced proliferation in vitro in response to Canova medication and Canova plus M-CSF and an increase was also observed in the numbers of the cell niches and ring-shaped nuclei cells. Confocal and transmission and scanning electron microscopy showed the stages of monocyte maturation, with resting and activated cells. With Canova treatment there was a marked increase in cell size, which is mainly attributable to the augmented cytoplasm, an increase in the number of mitochondria, expansion of the RER and an enlarged Golgi. The response to Canova treatment indicates that it influences mononuclear differentiation and activation of bone marrow progenitor and stromal cells.  相似文献

The oxidative stability of edible oils is an important feature to know due the undesirable changes that can occur in the storage. In this way, the oxidative induction time (OIT) value is an indicative to prevent this effect. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the omega-3 content and kinetic parameters of Sacha Inchi oil (SIO) and capsules that are formed with biopolymers, in addition, there were analyzed with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR). The SIO and capsules, formed using an emulsion, were analyzed with DSC in an oxygen atmosphere to determine the OIT value in isothermal conditions at 100, 120 and 150 °C. The kinetic parameters (activation energy, pre-exponential factor and z value) of SIO were obtained, and the stability time was predicted at different temperatures. The 1H NMR spectra enabled us to assess the identification and percentage relative before and after the isothermal DSC oxidation of omega-3 concentration and formation of their oxidized compounds. (E-E)-2,4-Alkadienals were the primary oxidized compound and is strongly correlated with the decrease in omega-3 content. Isothermal DSC is a useful to determine the OIT (min) and kinetic parameters to predict the stability oxidation in different edible oils and thus prevent the inadequate consumption of edible oils oxidized.  相似文献

To develop more potent small molecules with enhanced free radical scavenger properties, a series of N-substituted isatin derivatives was synthesized, and the cytoprotective effect on the apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by H2O2 was screened. All these compounds were found to be active, and N-ethyl isatin was found with the most potent activity of 69.7% protective effect on PC12 cells. Structure-activity relationship analyses showed the bioactivity of N-alkyl isatins decline as the increasing of the chain of the alkyl group, furthermore odd-even effect was found in the activity, which is interesting for further investigation.  相似文献

Micro‐crystals of two new compounds EuMnGe2O7 and SmMnGe2O7 were grown performing the flux method in a double‐spherical mirror furnace. One valuable advantage of this system was that the heating profile could be modified easily adjusting lamp positions and orientation as well. The micrometric crystals were observed and analyzed for chemical composition by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. This furnace is perfectly suitable to grow at low price, low temperature and short time new materials as a single crystal for basic research or to obtain raw material.
