An improved evaluation of the neutron background in the PandaX-Ⅱ experiment

In dark matter direct detection experiments,neutron is a serious source of background,which can mimic the dark matter-nucleus scattering signals.In this paper,we present an improved evaluation of the neutron background in the PandaX-II dark matter experiment by a novel approach.Instead of fully relying on the Monte Carlo simulation,the overall neutron background is determined from the neutron-induced high energy signals in the data.In addition,the probability of producing a dark-matter-like background per neutron is evaluated with a complete Monte Carlo generator,where the correlated emission of neutron(s)andγ(s)in the(α,n)reactions and spontaneous fissions is taken into consideration.With this method,the neutron backgrounds in the Run 9(26-ton-day)and Run 10(28-ton-day)data sets of PandaX-II are estimated to be(0.66±0.24)and(0.47±0.25)events,respectively.     

聚苯硫醚熔体的压致凝固行为

采用施加压力的方法将聚苯硫醚熔体凝固,凝固后获得的聚苯硫醚样品经过降温和卸压后在常温常压下回收. X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析表明:约20 ms时间的快速压缩过程可以抑制熔体结晶,制备出非晶态聚苯硫醚块材,样品的表面及中心都是非晶态.非晶态聚苯硫醚的玻璃化转变温度和晶化温度分别为318和362 K.常压下的退火实验表明,非晶态聚苯硫醚在425 K等温结晶的产物为正交相晶型.压致凝固法中熔体的凝固不是靠温度变化,而是靠压力变化,样品表面和内部处在一致的温度下同时受压凝固,避免了热传导对非晶尺寸的影响,因此非常有利于获得结构均匀的大尺寸非晶态材料.     

Investigation of active-region doping on InAs/GaSb long wave infrared detectors

The eight-band κ·p model is used to establish the energy band structure model of the type-II InAs/GaSb superlattice detectors with a cut-off wavelength of 10.5μm,and the best composition of M-structure in this type of device is calculated theoretically.In addition,we have also experimented on the devices designed with the best performance to investigate the effect of the active region p-type doping temperature on the quantum efficiency of the device.The results show that the modest active region doping temperature(Be:760℃)can improve the quantum efficiency of the device with the best performance,while excessive doping(Be:>760℃)is not conducive to improving the photo response.With the best designed structure and an appropriate doping concentration,a maximum quantum efficiency of 45% is achieved with a resistance-area product of 688?·cm^2,corresponding to a maximum detectivity of 7.35×10^11cm·Hz^1/2/W.     

Entropic uncertainty relation of a qubit-qutrit Heisenberg spin model and its steering

We investigate the quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relation (QMA-EUR) in a Heisenberg XYZ mixed-spin (1/2, 1) model. Coupling strength, Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction and inhomogeneous magnetic field, respectively, contributing to QMA-EUR by a thermal entanglement in the hybrid-spin model are studied in detail. Furthermore, we compare the uncertainty of the bipartite hybrid model with those of qubit-qubit and qutrit-qutrit systems. Meanwhile, the effects of local PT-symmetric operation and weak measurement on the steering of entropic uncertainty are analyzed. We find that the local PT-symmetric operation can reduce the entropic uncertainty, and the entropic uncertainty can also be decreased by weak measurement reversal.     

Applications of Markov spectra for the weighted partition network by the substitution rule

The weighted self-similar network is introduced in an iterative way. In order to understand the topological properties of the self-similar network, we have done a lot of research in this field.Firstly, according to the symmetry feature of the self-similar network, we deduce the recursive relationship of its eigenvalues at two successive generations of the transition-weighted matrix.Then, we obtain eigenvalues of the Laplacian matrix from these two successive generations.Finally, we calculate an accurate expression for the eigentime identity and Kirchhoff index from the spectrum of the Laplacian matrix.     

基于P-N结的太阳能电池伏安特性的分析与模拟

通过分析实际P-N结与理想模型之间的差别,建立了P-N结二极管及太阳能电池的数学模型;利用Matlab中的系统仿真模块库建立仿真模型,设置参量,求解模型方程并绘制了图形.对太阳能电池在一定光照下旁路电阻及串联电阻取不同数值时对其开路电压、短路电流及填充因子的影响做了模拟,并与实际测得的硅太阳能电池伏安特性进行了比较.模型分析与实验测量的结果表明:等效的旁路电阻和串联电阻分别影响电池的开路电压和短路电流.仿真结果与实验测量结果一致.     

高效透明导电膜荧光屏的研究

介绍了一种新型荧光屏结构,采用透明导电膜代替传统荧光屏中的铝膜作电极.分别测试了新型荧光屏和传统荧光屏的加电特性.实验结果表明新型荧光屏具有较高的耐压性能,对提高X射线变像管的空间分辨率有重要作用,而且能延长变像管的寿命.采用透明导电膜制作荧光屏还具有工艺简单,成本低和成品率高的优点.     

一种用于电光开关的高速、高压电脉冲的产生

介绍了一种用于电光开关驱动源的高压超快电脉冲产生技术;电路采用级联的雪崩晶体管串和微波传输线结构,输出阻抗50Ω;在50Ω负载情况下,获得脉冲下降时间为1ns、幅度达到5kV、峰值电压为6.4 kV、幅度和半宽度稳定性优于2％、触发晃动为±15ps、触发延时为30 ns,脉冲峰值电流为128 A的高压高速大电流脉冲.     

Tunable CW Tm,Ho:YLF laser at 2

A tunable continuous wave (CW) low temperature operating Tm (6 at.-%),Ho (0.6 at.-%):YLF laser pumped by fiber-coupled diode laser is reported. The maximum output power is 4.16 W at 2073 nm by use of 30% output coupling, the slope efficiency is 33%. A tuning range from 2049 to 2081 nm is achieved with a birefringent filter (BF). The factors that contribute to the output power and tuning range are discussed.
