The new rhenium-tin complex Re2(CO)8(mu-SnPh2)2, 1 was obtained in 52% yield from the reaction of Re2(CO)8(mu-H)[mu-C(H)C(H)Bu] with Ph3SnH. Compound 1 contains two SnPh2 groups bridging a long Re-Re single bond, Re-Re = 3.1971(4) A [3.1902(4) A], Re-Sn = 2.7429(4) A [2.7445(4) A], and 2.7675(4) [2.7682(5) A]. A bis-Pd(PBut3) adduct of 1, Pd2Re2(CO)8(mu-SnPh2)2(PBut3)2, 2 was obtained from the reaction of 1 with Pd(PBut3)2. Compound 2 contains Pd(PBut3) groups bridging two of its four Re-Sn bonds. The Re-Re bond and the unbridged Re-Sn bonds in 2 are significantly longer than those in 1, 3.245(1) A and 2.8167(14) A, respectively. Fenske-Hall molecular orbital calculations on 1 and 2 have been performed to explain the metal-metal bonding in these unusual mixed-metal polynuclear metal complexes.  相似文献

An efficient catalytic system for Sonogashira–Hagihara‐type reactions displaying ligand acceleration in the copper‐catalyzed formation of C(sp2)? C(sp) bonds is described. The structure of the ligand plays a key role for the coupling efficiency. Various copper sources show excellent catalytic activity, even in sub‐mol % quantities. A wide variety of substituents is tolerated in the substrates. Mechanistic details have been revealed by kinetic measurements and DFT calculations.  相似文献

The slow dissociation of DNA threading intercalators makes them interesting as model compounds in the search for new DNA targeting drugs, as there appears to be a correlation between slow dissociation and biological activity. Thus, it would be of great value to understand the mechanisms controlling threading intercalation, and for this purpose we have investigated how the length of the bridging ligand of binuclear ruthenium threading intercalators affects their DNA binding properties. We have synthesised a new binuclear ruthenium threading intercalator with slower dissociation kinetics from ct‐DNA than has ever been observed for any ruthenium complex with any type of DNA, a property that we attribute to the increased distance between the ruthenium centres of the new complex. By comparison with previously studied ruthenium complexes, we further conclude that elongation of the bridging ligand reduces the sensitivity of the threading interaction to DNA flexibility, resulting in a decreased AT selectivity for the new complex. We also find that the length of the bridging ligand affects the enantioselectivity with increasing preference for the ΔΔ enantiomer as the bridging ligand becomes longer.  相似文献

An intercomparison of sampling procedures used by five laboratories for the determination of radiocaesium in vegetation and peaty soil was carried out at two locations in Cumbria. The multiple sampling has given information on the homogeneity of the parameters studied at each location. The parameters comprise soil bulk densities, total deposition of137Cs, deposition of137Cs in three soil layers, biomass densities, concentrations of137Cs in pasture, and activity ratios (134Cs/137Cs) in soil and vegetation. The determination of total deposition of137Cs gave no indication of differences between the laboratories. The results from the soil profiles do indicate significant differences between laboratories. One laboratory using a coring technique observed difficulties during sampling due to compression of the soil. The coring technique should thus be avoided or applied with extreme care for the sampling of depth profiles in peaty soil. The results from the sampling of pasture show no indication of differences between the laboratories. For the parameters studied the observed variabilities across soil depths and locations range from 10% to 81% in terms of relative standard deviations. A comparison across all results at the two locations indicate a 50% higher field variability at one of the sites relative to the other.  相似文献

The effects of changes in sample size and/or sample acceptance level on the performance of aflatoxin sampling plans for shelled corn were investigated. Six sampling plans were evaluated for a range of sample sizes and sample acceptance levels. For a given sample size, decreasing the sample acceptance level decreases the percentage of lots accepted while increasing the percentage of lots rejected at all aflatoxin concentrations, and decreases the average aflatoxin concentration in lots accepted and lots rejected. For a given sample size where the sample acceptance level decreases relative to a fixed regulatory guideline, the number of false positives increases and the number of false negatives decreases. For a given sample size where the sample acceptance level increases relative to a fixed regulatory guideline, the number of false positives decreases and the number of false negatives increases. For a given sample acceptance level, increasing the sample size increases the percentage of lots accepted at concentrations below the regulatory guideline while increasing the percentage of lots rejected at concentrations above the regulatory guideline, and decreases the average aflatoxin concentration in the lots accepted while increasing the average aflatoxin concentration in the rejected lots. For a given sample acceptance level that equals the regulatory guideline, increasing the sample size decreases misclassification of lots, both false positives and false negatives.  相似文献

Fluorogenic probes dual-labeled with reporter and quencher dyes use a change in fluorescence to monitor biochemical events (e.g., substrate binding or enzyme digestion). Such events change the reporter-quencher distance, which affects fluorescence. The preparation of donor (D)-photosensitizer (S) arrays, consisting of a manganese complex as D and a ruthenium tris(bipyridyl) complex as S has been pursued. Two new ruthenium complexes containing coordinating sites for one (2a) and two manganese ions (3a) were prepared in order to provide models for the donor side of photosystem II in green plants. The manganese coordinating site consists of bridging and terminal phenolate as well as terminal pyridyl ligands. The corresponding ruthenium-manganese complexes, a manganese monomer 2b and dimer 3b, were obtained. For the dimer 3b, our data suggest that intramolecular electron transfer from manganese to photogenerated ruthenium(III) is fast, k(ET) > 5 x 10(7) s(-)(1).  相似文献

Utilizing reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with electrochemical detection and optimization of the mobile phase using factorial designs and a constructed computer program to predict chromatograms, it has been possible to obtain a satisfactory resolution of seventeen of the major monoamine neurotransmitters, precursors and metabolites. A rapid (less than 25 min) isocratic system for the simultaneous determination of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine, dopamine, dihydroxyphenylacetic acid, 3-methoxytyramine, homovanillic acid, norepinephrine, normetanephrine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethylene glycol, 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylethylene glycol, epinephrine, metanephrine, vanillylmandelic acid, 5-hydroxytryptophan, serotonin, 5-hydroxytryptophol and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in addition to the internal standard isoproterenol is presented. The optimization strategy included selection of variables to optimize by a reduced factorial design a detailed study of these variables by a complete factorial design, theoretical predictions of chromatograms by a constructed computer program and test on the HPLC system. This optimization strategy can easily be applied to any problem of solute separation by liquid chromatography.  相似文献

Carrier solutions for stripping voltammetry in flow systems are deoxygenated by reaction with glucose added to the carrier. The reaction was catalyzed by glocuse oxidase and catalase co-immobilized in an enzyme reactor which was inserted before the injector. The oxygenated was removed at least as efficiently as with nitrogen purging and the voltametric behaviour of cadmium(II), lead(II) and zinc(II) was unaffected by the glucose/gluconic acid system. A particular advantage is the rapid start-up compared to the lengthy purging of carrier solution when nitrogen degassing is used. The enzyme reactor made from porous glass was effective for several months.  相似文献
