Unraveling the condensation reactions of heterometallic {BiNb_4} moieties into hybrid Bi_xNb_y-oxo clusters with mass spectrometry

The most effective methodologies for the construction of polynuclear complexes usually take advantage of preorganized building blocks.Herein,we successfully developed a new versatile heterometallic{BiNb₄}moiety,which can be applied for the assembly of less explored organic-inorganic hybrid polyoxoniobates.Through controlled condensation reactions,three{BiNb₄}moieties can be assembled into a pair of isomeric Bi₃Nb₁₈clusters at different temperatures;whilst four{BiNb₄}moieties can be combined into two unique Bi₄Nb₁₆and Bi₄Nb₁₈tetramers in different solvents.Interestingly,we have used mass spectrometry to probe the above condensation reactions,which clearly confirmed a stepwise bottom-up assembly process by capturing the presence of bismuth subsalicylate precursors,salicylate coordinated intermediates,Nb incorporated{BiNb₄}moieties and the final Bi_xNb_y-oxo clusters,respectively.Moreover,the packing modes of the{BiNb₄}units induce different solution behaviors,and the{BiNb₄}units in Bi4Nb16can be recombined by post-synthetic recrystallization in acetonitrile to produce a new tetramer Bi₄Nb₁₈-R.Therefore,this work provides not only a useful{BiNb₄}building unit but also the mechanism for their condensation,both of which will promote the future development of metal-oxo clusters.     

模板法组装纳米有序阵列的研究进展

由金属、半导体、碳纳米管、聚苯胺等组成的纳米有序阵列体系,在能量存储或转换、传感等方面具有广阔的应用前景。模板法组装纳米有序阵列体系是以具有特定微孔结构的材料为模板,通过电化学沉积、溶胶-凝胶沉积和化学气相沉积等手段,让纳米单元在模板提供的受控环境中原位生成,形成纳米有序阵列体系。模板法具有可控性好、工艺简便、能耗低等优点。本文综述了模板法组装纳米有序阵列体系的研究进展,并对纳米有序阵列体系的应用前景作了展望。     

采用新型引发剂乳液聚合法合成高相对分子质量聚乙烯醇

采用新型引发剂偶氮二异(N-胺乙基)丁脒(ABEA)对醋酸乙烯酯的低温乳液聚合进行了研究。通过正交试验得出了高相对分子质量聚醋酸乙烯酯的最佳工艺配方。讨论了引发剂浓度、反应温度和乳化剂浓度对聚合物相对分子质量和转化率的影响。对高相对分子质量聚醋酸乙烯酯醇解工艺进行了探讨,并获得了聚合度为3500~4000的聚乙烯醇。     

MgSiO3状态方程的分子动力学模拟

The equation of state of MgSiO3 perovskite under high pressure and high temperature is simulated using the molecular dynamics method. It was found that the molecular dynamics simulation is very successful in accurately reproducing the measured molar volumes of MgSiO3 perovskite over a wide range of temperatures and pressures. The simulated equation of state of MgSiO3 perovskite matched experimental data at up to 140GPa at 300 K, as well as the fitting data of others and results from the first-principles simulation based on the local density approximation. The simulated equations of state of MgSiO3 perovskite at higher temperatures and higher pressures also correspond to the other calculations. In addition, the volume compression data of MgSiO3 perovskite is simulated up to 120 GPa at 300, 900, 2000 and 3000 K, respectively.     

MoO2微米空心球的水热合成及合成机理研究

Micrometer-sized MoO2 hollow spheres were synthesized hydrothermally with ammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate as molybdenum source, Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as structure-directing agent and C2H5OH as reducing agent, respectively. The products were investigated by X-ray diffraction, thermo- gravimetry and differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. A morphology transition of "blocks-solid spheres-hollow spheres" during the growth process was observed and the possible mechanism for the formation of MoO2 samples was proposed to be through a microscale Kirkendall effect.     

交互模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定生态地球化学植物样品中7种金属元素

植物样品中各元素的含量,是评价土壤质量及健康的重要指标。为满足测定大批量生态地球化学植物样品中多金属元素分析要求,建立了交互模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定植物样品中7种痕量金属元素的定量分析方法。讨论了ICP-MS的STD、KED(He)、交互模式3种方法测定植物样品中7种金属元素结果。结果表明,利用工作曲线法配制Hg标准溶液,更改⁸²Se在线校正方程系数为1.83,在ICP-MS的交互模式下测定植物样品中⁸²Se、⁶³Cu、⁶⁰Ni、⁶⁶Zn、¹¹¹Cd、⁷⁵As、²⁰²Hg可以得到准确可靠的结果,克服了植物样品中Se和Hg元素测定的难题。基于所建方法各元素校准曲线系数>0.999,方法检出限为0.000 4～0.08 mg/kg,加标回收率在96.2%～107%,测定GBW10010a(大米)、GBW10012(玉米)、GBW10021(豆角)3种标准物质,结果均在参考值范围内,相对标...     

一组新氨基酸描述子用于肽定量构效关系研究

用主成分分析从20种天然氨基酸0D～3D结构信息中收集到的共1369个描述子变量得到了一组新氨基酸描述子(SZOTT), 将其用于血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂和苦味二肽结构表征并以偏最小二乘法建立定量构效关系模型, 得复相关系数R_CU²分别为0.894和0.908, 留一法交互检验的复相关系数R_CV²分别为0.828和0.736, 估计均方根误差RMS分别为0.331和0.195. 研究结果表明, SZOTT描述子含信息量大, 操作简便, 结构表达能力强, 有望在多肽定量构效关系研究中得到进一步推广.

Orally administered bismuth drug together with N-acetyl cysteine as a broad-spectrum anti-coronavirus cocktail therapy

The emergence of SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern compromises vaccine efficacy and emphasizes the need for further development of anti-SARS-CoV-2 therapeutics, in particular orally administered take-home therapies. Cocktail therapy has shown great promise in the treatment of viral infection. Herein, we reported the potent preclinical anti-SARS-CoV-2 efficacy of a cocktail therapy consisting of clinically used drugs, e.g. colloidal bismuth subcitrate (CBS) or bismuth subsalicylate (BSS), and N-acetyl-l-cysteine (NAC). Oral administration of the cocktail reduced viral loads in the lung and ameliorated virus-induced pneumonia in a hamster infection model. The mechanistic studies showed that NAC prevented the hydrolysis of bismuth drugs at gastric pH via the formation of the stable component [Bi(NAC)₃], and optimized the pharmacokinetics profile of CBS in vivo. Combination of bismuth drugs with NAC suppressed the replication of a panel of medically important coronaviruses including Middle East respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus (MERS-CoV), Human coronavirus 229E (HCoV-229E) and SARS-CoV-2 Alpha variant (B.1.1.7) with broad-spectrum inhibitory activities towards key viral cysteine enzymes/proteases including papain-like protease (PL^pro), main protease (M^pro), helicase (Hel) and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2). Importantly, our study offered a potential at-home treatment for combating SARS-CoV-2 and future coronavirus infections.

A cocktail therapy comprising bismuth drugs and N-acetyl-l-cysteine is reported to suppress the replication of SARS-CoV-2 via the oral route. The broad-spectrum inhibitory activities of the combination upon key viral cysteine enzymes are verified.
